The repair was excellent--a thorough cleaning was needed--and the price reasonable. The vacuum cleaner was ready within a week and works well now. I recommend this business and will go back to them for anything the Dyson needs. It was not necessary to use an official Dyson repair center, which was fortunate since the closest one to Greater Cincinnati appears to be in Columbus.

I dropped it at the shop 6/3 and the clerk couldn't provide any details even though the Riccar vacuum company states a 1 year warranty on this product. It is now 3 weeks later. Riccar has a 3rd party customer support that I called and waited on hold for 30+ minutes. I then sent an email explaining the issue. The company DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THE WARRANTY....HIDES BEHIND THE INTERNET....AND PROVIDED HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I did reach a clerk in the dealer shop and requested a warranty replacement. I was told the part shipped this week (some sort of computer board??). Joe Buring of Curry Electric came out to the cemetery yesterday and, with exceptional attention to detail, he installed a new GFCI outlet, repaired other parts of our electrical system, and left with the fountain running like new. He was so personable and a perfectionist at his job. We were completely satisfied with his work. This is the third time I have used Curry Electric. Just last week we needed a few electrical tasks done in our home. The scheduling process was a breeze and Larry Smith arrived within a day of our call. He came out on a sweltering day. He had to turn off the electricity to the part of the basement where he was working and the poor guy was drenched in sweat, but was one of the nicest, most efficient people I have ever met. Larry did a beautiful job repairing everything and the bill was so reasonable. We could not be more pleased and we will call on them for any electrical needs.
