Don't think too deeply. The actors, ambiance, decorations and room setups were well done. The ice room could've been colder with some dry ice. I do think it's pretty steep for a 35 minute escape maze and the behind the scenes was cool but short. The whole experience took us an hour, including bathroom breaks. I recommend going early because it seemed like the actors don't get a lot of breaks so I'm glad I got to see their more passionate acting when they're not tired yet. We had a birthday in our party and I even emailed them asking to see if they could put a candle on the dessert - they said no but they will be doing something special. I also noticed others who celebrated birthdays had happy birthday written next to their name - that was not the case in our party.
