Major hit or miss. I think it depends on whose working that day because I would've given a four stars were the standards I had experienced a few weeks ago met in my most recent visit. When I came a few weeks back the people at the register were extremely helpful and very warm in their reception of customers. The cinnamon rolls as well were soft, pillowy, warm, and gooey. However when I came a few days ago, the cinnamon rolls were dry, not gooey, and barely any frosting. Also they got my order wrong even though I had made an online order so there was no miscommunication. One tip I have is to just order in person as opposed to on the app because the app charges you a fee in addition to your order total. I haven't had a Cinnabon for years and I didn't get one my last visit either. L doesn't need all that sugar. We were passing by and I got a cold brew coffee. It was pretty bad, I've had it once or twice years ago when I wasn't too picky about coffee but now I know better. It was terrible. Don't get it. This uber famous American cinnamon roll franchise has been in my mind for a while. I'm always drawn to the smell that waft through the air whenever I pass by cinnabon stall, but it took me quite a while until I get to try. They come in 3 different sizes and I went for the small one (but not the mini). The bread was chewy with sweet smell of cinnamon sugar. The cream cheese was also very sweet. It was good but I'm glad I didn't go with regular size because I think that will be way too overwhelming. And, after drooling over all their pretty posters, I chose their... MEGA FRUIT CHILLATTA!! This is the prettiest smoothie on earth. I'm not exaggerating. Although, I am still suffering from a smoothie brain freeze. Regardless, I'll try in my best mentally incapacitated state to continue reviewing... They dressed this smoothie up and down with cute swirly raspberry syrup, then they hit it up with some whipped cream, and then they bitch-slapped it with some more cute swirly raspberry syrup over the top. It looked like (picture it with me now) a candy shop in a cup! My fillings started shaking when I held it in my hand.., to the point where I started wondering about co-payments. Surprisingly, I enjoyed the smoothie from beginning to end. The sweetness wasn't overpowering at all, and it was flavorful with a chilling side effect; (unlike Michael Myers, who IS overpowering, not tasteful at all, but rules when it comes to that whole chilling side effect thing). So, there I sat, in this 'place of business' shielded from the devilish heat outdoors whilst being thoroughly massaged inside and out by the AC & smoothie double team. The best $4.50 I've ever spent! The young asked what I would like, and I told him, "May I please have two classic Cinnabons, one with pecans." The guy proceeds to start packaging three Cinnabons. I stopped him and said, "No. I'm asking for two classic Cinnabons, one with pecans. I don't want three." He looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and so I repeated myself. At that moment his female coworker screams at me, "Bro, Bro, Bro, the pecan bun comes with caramel and nuts." After hearing her rude tone and comment, I replied, "One, I'm not your bro, and secondly I repeatedly asked for two buns, one with pecans. I never asked for caramel. I am specific in what I'm asking for." She then argued with me that I never said one with pecans. I said that I didn't want to argue with her, then as she handed me me change, she rolled her eyes, put her hand in my face, and said "Bye!" Good cinnamon rolls, especially the big traditional ones. Is it just me, or is the icing different on the big rolls versus the mini ones? The mini ones seemed too thick and cream cheesy frosting/icing, where I wanted that gooey oozey glaze. Making myself drool here thinking about it. Always somewhat of a line here, but not crazy long and it does move fast -- it's not extensive or intricate ordering here. A few seats to the side where people can sit and eat their snack, but this is a to-go sort of destination. Also, where the seating is, you can watch as the workers make fresh rolls, rolling out the dough, putting on the butter, cinnamon, rolling it yet again, and slathering on the icing. I appreciate that transparency -- no funny business or people sneezing, coughing, or picking their noses onto your food. They also sell churros too, and blended drinks. Since it gets busy (it's a great location at the mall), turnover is fresh. It's probably rare to get a dry, old, caked roll when they are constantly baking new ones to support the demand! Yeah, it's super fattening and sugary, so don't go expecting this to contribute to your health or diet regimen. This will RUIN it, but it's a worthwhile treat here and there. read more

To begin with,one of the employees was filling a box with food without using gloves and using his bare hands and when some of the food would fall they would pick it up without gloves and put it back in the box.Then,I called the manager to make the complain and he was not wearing gloves either and when I made a complain he started talking with a rude attitude and supported the employee who was not using gloves then they both wore gloves and I left.Later,I came back to see that the manager and the employee were not wearing gloves and I complained again so the manager went to the employee and I heard the manager talking to the employee saying "do not worry".Plus he said he did not care and did not where gloves. read more

You know this place is around because of its smell of warm cinnabons drifts over the area. If anything in this place will draw you in, it's probably the smell. The cinnabons are really good, especially the icing. The buns are also baked well and they're pretty large and gooey. They do get sticky, though. Ok this is starting to sound dirty.
