Came in here for some Cinnabon's (obviously) and something to drink. Someone in our party wanted to buy just a soft drink and ask the cashier if he could just ring that up. The cashier without even looking up pointed and said "go to the back of the line" GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Another person in our party asked for a Cinnabon and a soft drink they only gave him the Cinnabon and he asked for his drink, the cashier rudely said "I didn't ring you up for that!" Came here since this is the only Cinnabon open past 9 and in a central area (only Glendale and north ridge mall for the valley peeps). First of all, one Cinnabon is around $9 + since it's city walk and they have to price it up for some reason which doesn't make sense since the price should be consistent across. The Cinnabon we got after waiting around for the clueless and rude employees was hard, barely had any frosting and tasted off from what it usually tastes like. It also had a stale flour flavor. Stopping by here is a great way to start off your morning at Universal. You can honestly never go wrong with Cinnabon. Quick service, fresh product, friendly staff, and of course the food is top tier delicious. My one complaint is that there is no immediate indoor seating. The lobby is just big enough for the counter and a few people. You'll find yourself taking your order to-go every time, and if you have your hands full or it's cold outside, that can be an inconvenience. Besides that, pretty good experience here! read more

I was not happy with my purchase. The young ladies behind the counter were very nice. I purchased a mocha latta chill, didn't taste like coffee at all. There was no ice for my drink. I spent $5.19 + tax on a chocolate milk. Very disappointed. Next time I'll just walk over to Starbucks for a coffee. The Cinnabon was awful. It was not soft and gooey like the other Cinnabon's I've purchased at other locations. I did notice the young ladies making more Cinnabon's. They were frozen and putting them in a pan. Went to get a snack after watching a movie. The manager was rude and demanding of a staff member who she felt was working slow but she was helping me. I was with 6 people and asked that I get fresh cinnabons that just came out of the oven. They first told me they had to cool down and couldn't sell me them, but as soon as I walked out I heard another customer ask for a fresh one and guess what, she got it. By far the worst Cinnabon i have ever been to. I never thought it would be possible to ever give a Cinnabon one star. I was craving one after a long ass day in the sun/seeing Batman in IMAX. Of course, i gave into my craving, as i usually do. I have no self control. This time i wish i hadn't. First of all, it was probably at least 105 degrees in this little place, and everyone working was sweating profusely. There was also a big bowl of dough just sitting out on the counter with flies flying around it. It looked like it was melting. But stupid me still decided to ignore all of these disgusting turn offs and still get one. I saved it until i got home because it was wayyyy too hot to sit and eat it there. When i finally got home i was so ready to eat it. It was as hard as a rock. really? a cinnabon, not soft and gooey and warm? yes. it was a sad, sad, day. normally putting it in the microwave would do the trick in softening it up. But it was stilllllllllllllll hard as fuck! I was so pissed. but of course i ate it anyway. and it was notttt good. I would not expect such a hip and very popular tourist attraction to provide such lousy service. The locations throughout the shopping centers murder this one . If I could give zero stars I would. The service was awful and the Cinnabon was over cooked and hard. The girl who helped us had a bad attitude. I'm currently pregnant and had been craving a Cinnabon. So I had asked the rude employee who was taking my card to scrape some of the extra frosting and put it on top of the Cinnabon I was purchasing. She gave an annoyed look and said "if she wants to?"
