I had some points I wanted to use and was in the area. Came by-ordered on the kiosk and my cookies were out in less than 5 minutes. This location is right in the corner of magnolia and it's jam packed! Parking is rough but if you come at the right time or don't mind parking further out and walking it's right across the street from Portos.

This Crumbl location opened just a few months ago. I have visited twice already. On my first visit, I had the chocolate chip cookie and on the second time, I had the pecan. The staff is always friendly and readily available to assist you. One staff is taken off due to parking issues and the cost. Being just across Porto's, finding a place to park is always a struggle. Also I can't see myself spending $5 for a cookie wherein you can buy one from Porto's. However, it's ok to indulge once in a while.

I came in for a pick up, the store was quiet and empty. I ordered at the tablet at the counter and it was ready in just a few minutes. The cookie had a good balance of chocolate and strawberry flavor. Parking- street parking or a few spots behind the building

This place is cute. Self Order and the cookies taste good. The service wasn't spectacular, it's not that serious but we weren't greeted when walking in or asked if we had any questions but I'm not offended I'll probably be back to grab the Oreo cookie mini cake.

Dirty establishment. Employees do not even greet their customers in and seem very unenthusiastic. No communication to customers whatsoever, they kinda just expect you to use the tablets. I prefer visiting the NoHo West location despite this being a lot closer.

Ordering online was convenient and easy. When ordering, you can text when you are close to the shop and then they will prepare and box it fresh. Staff is nice and friendly. We usually order the regular size but opted for the minis this time. Was disappointed with the ratio of size to cost (6 palm size cookies for $17). 6 larger cookies is $24.99 and felt like a better deal. Cookies were delish though. Coconut cream was good, chocolate milkshake was meh and the brookie was fantastic. Storefront is small and parking is hard to come by on a busy weekend. There are 2 EV charging stations on Hollywood way 1/2 block away across from target (that may more convenient). Interested to see how long it lasts at this location given steep competition from Porto's across the street.

We Burbankers don't like to brag but, yes, we've got our own Crumbl. Where Hollywood Way meets Magnolia, directly across the street from Portos. In the mood for a dessert that's a bit sweeter, and a bit pricier, with giftable presentation? Crumbl! It's all about the cookies, the flavors change every week, and cost about $5 each. The IYKYK pink Crumbl box will get you into the pickiest homes if you don't want to arrive empty-handed. The cookies themselves are super rich, super big and super good. Crumbl even sells a Crumbl-cookie-cutter ($5) which cuts your cookie in four pie-shaped pieces. There's a four-pack box, a six-pack box, and something even more jumbo. Staff is super nice and super patient as you figure out just much a cheat-meal it's going to be. Worth it though. They make the cookies right there! Street parking, natch, but remember -- Burbank is the city without a parking meter.

They just opened one here at Burbank. I've heard all about them. I got one chocolate chip cookie for free. Just need to show them you've downloaded their app. I bought one lemon cheese cake cookie, which is great; I also got a tres leches one, which is a bit too sweet for my taste. They are pricey. $5 each. If you buy 4 or 6 or more there will be a discount . The more the cheaper. But I will recommend the lemon cheesecake one for sure. They got self service machine. I love that. The store is neat.

Ordered on Uber Eats over an hour ago and they told us we need to wait another 30 minutes for this!!!!!! The couple next to us picking up theirs ordered on the kiosk inside 15 minutes prior! Employees slow, careless, don't have cloths to wipe their hands covered in frosting...just so messy, unorganized. I was speechless.

    Crumbl Grand Opening in Burbank

We came for the grand opening in Burbank and heard about it from Facebook. We bought a 4- Pack of the Semi Chocolate Chip flavored cookies and got our Free Chocolate Chip cookie to celebrate the Grand Opening! Super happy the location is in Burbank and it is finally open! They did forget our free cookies and we didn't bother to check until we got home so we had to make the trip back to receive the cookies which was a bit annoying but we understand it is their first day. We love Crumbl and will come back!

Firstly, the cookies are all 10/10 in taste, presentation, and looks exactly how it was promoted. The bakers kitchen are very nice and professional. Inside is also a very nice atmosphere while you are waiting on your cookies. Tip: Download the app, it's so much easier. Patience is a virtue also, all great desserts need time to be made! :) Thank you to all the Crumbl bakers and employees there. You guys are amazing!

Their New York rolls were full, rich, flaky, and flavorful. Unfortunately, over the past year, the quality has gone completely downhill. The croissants are now dry, overcooked, and tasteless , even early in the morning. It honestly feels like they changed the butter because the flavor is gone. The pastries look beautiful for Instagram, but the taste no longer matches the image. People probably come for the terrace and the "Paris" aesthetic, but nothing about these pastries feels authentically French anymore. The owner is Iranian and honestly should stick to Iranian pastries instead of trying to market this place as a French pâtisserie, because it is nowhere close to the quality or refinement of a real French pastry shop. On top of that, customer service is terrible. The employees are rude, impatient, and act bothered when you ask simple questions like the price of a croissants ; especially since prices are not clearly displayed. Paying almost $7 for a croissant or New York roll, and $10+ for many pastries, would maybe be acceptable with excellent quality and service... but definitely not with dry pastries and rude staff. Parking is another nightmare. There's no dedicated parking lot, so you have to park on San Fernando, pay for parking, and parking enforcement is constantly circling waiting to ticket people the second your time expires. This was my last visit. Save your money and go elsewhere for pastries -- honestly, even Whole Foods does better at this point.

Most of the tables were taken, but I didn't feel like people had to wait around for a table. I felt pretty rushed when ordering, so I didn't get a chance to ask about some of the fruit mousse things. I did order the mushroom, peach, and mango. The mushroom was creamy and definitely had hazelnut spread or mousse in there. The peach one was delightful and tasted like summer. The mango was subtle, but tasted better if you held it in your hand and bit into vs using a fork - don't ask me why. I also ordered two Ajarskis (boat-shaped pizza with cheese-filled crusts, topped with runny eggs). I was a little surprised by the price, but they are pretty large and hearty so I only ate 1/4-1/2 and was able to spread each one out over 3 meals. The veggie one was LOADED with veggies and so delicious. The bread on it was homemade and perfectly crusty. The Armenian was delightful and light. I'd HIGHLY recommend this place!

Got here early Sunday afternoon because the line was not absurdly long -- about 6 ish parties in front of us and waited around 15-20 minutes. The interior was really small and there's really only room for to place your order -- if you ordered a drink or sandwich you'd have to step outside to wait. There are a couple of small round tables covered with umbrellas for small parties if you want to do a small meet up or wait for your goods. We had wanted some croissants and apple tarts but unfortunately they had run out of the Apple tarts by the time we ordered (another excuse to return next time). We were convinced by the nice lady at the register to pick up not one but two almond croissants because they were fresh out of the oven and I'm SO GLAD we did. It was still hot/warm when we took our first bite after walking back to our car -- flaky amazing lamination with a steaming frangipane filling, for sure the best almost croissant I've had. The regular croissant was also good but not fresh/warm like the almond croissant so it left less of an impression but I can imagine it also tasting amazing if we got it fresh. Well... next thing you know, I'm standing in line too after a very full lunch. I ended up trying the Chocolate Almond Croissant for $6.50, and let me tell you something -- I am a HUGE croissant girlie. While I'm not normally the biggest chocolate person, Spain and Portugal recently changed my perspective on dark chocolate, and apparently now I'm in my dark chocolate era. And honestly? This croissant was BETTER than the super popular pastry we had in Barcelona, Spain. The chocolate wasn't overpowering at all -- it had the perfect amount of dark sweetness without being too rich. But the real surprise was the almond filling layered at the bottom. Oh my gosh... chef's kiss. Nutty, creamy, not overly sweet, and perfectly balanced. Chocolate Almond Croissant -- 9.2/10 I can only imagine how life-changing this would taste fresh out of the oven piping hot. Service was fast despite the line moving constantly, but just know there's no indoor seating. It's very much an order, pick up, and go type of spot. Ambiance was welcoming and super friendly gals. Definitely a must-try, and I'll absolutely remember to stop by again anytime I'm in Burbank. Happy eats!!
