I tried Cinnaholic once before in L.A and loved it. So when I heard they were opening in Knoxville, I waited as patiently as possible for them to open! Today was their grand opening and they had $1 cinnamon rolls until 2pm. We got there around 11:30 and got in a line that ended near Moe's. It moved relatively quickly so we were out within 45 minutes. You can get an original cinnamon roll or create your own. They have a ton of frosting flavors and toppings. Some of the toppings include cookie dough, brownie bites, fruit, Oreos, jam, caramel, nuts, etc. And everything is vegan!! We tried two of their suggested cinnamons, pecan pie and the Smokey mountain. Both were great but the pecan pie was incredible! We also got two more to go, Cookie Monster and one with Oreos, birthday cake frosting and sprinkles. Besides cinnamon rolls they also have cookie dough by the scoop, cakes, brownies and cookies. I love this place! As soon as you walk in the smell of freshly baked cinnamon bun goodness wafts to your nose. You would never guess the cinnamon rolls are vegan by taste. My favorite is a cinnamon bun with caramel frosting, blueberries, and pie crumbles. The cinnamon rolls are definitely on the expensive side (around $5), but they do have a rewards program. read more

This place is so so good. I honestly cannot believe that they only use vegan ingredients. Believe me when i say you will not miss the dairy- AT ALL. My wife got the "Cookie Monster" (pictured), and I got a coffee cinnamon roll with raspberry jam and brownie bites (and I definitely ate the WHOLE thing before taking any photos). They also have specialty coffee drinks! We just ordered black coffee and it was really good! My friends recommended this place and I will definitely be back. I just wish they were more centrally located to Knoxville, but the drive is so worth it. read more

We'd just moved here from Ohio about a week and a half prior and our kids were stressing us out. Instead of reaching for the booze after they went to bed, I impulsively ordered Cinnaholic to be delivered to us. I ordered the BYO cinnamon roll with caramel frosting and peanut butter cups and surprised my wife with a scoop of cookie dough. Both items were great! My cinnamon roll was fresh (warm and soft) despite it being delivered. The caramel frosting was good and the Pb cups were much larger than I expected (so they contained plenty of Pb). My wife makes a killer chocolate chip cookie so it's pretty telling that she loved Cinnaholic's cookie dough. The secret to her cookies is salt and she said Cinnaholic's has the right amount. The options for customizing the rolls were so plentiful, I can't wait to try a different combo (maybe cake batter frosting and Oreos next). We'll definitely be ordering from here again! read more

The service was fantastic! The cinnamon roll was okay, but I don't think I'd pay $5 for another one. It tasted good, but not better than a pillsbury roll that you get at the grocery store. If you need a vegan option or don't feel like making something at home, I can see this being a good option. read more

Mannnnn. YUM. We (my husband, baby, and me) stopped here for a sweet treat. We had been to a Cinnaholic before in TX, and had good memories of it, so we were excited to stop here while in Knoxville for a work trip. The shop itself is in a great area, very clean, and tastefully decorated. So many delicious options & you can even taste test the icing flavors before you decide. Our cinnamon rolls were perfect and a cup of their hot coffee helps balance the sweetness. But the real star here is the girl who was working. I wish we had gotten her name (but she did say that her parents own that location, and she helps work the shop sometimes, so shout out to YOU, sweet girl!). She had an amazing attitude & genuinely loved helping the customers. Such a breath of fresh air. I had a hard time deciding what to get, and when she gave us our order, she had given me an extra treat to try. So thoughtful. She went the extra mile in every way. Don't think twice - you need to try this place if you're in the area! I recently went into this bakery a few hours before a bridal shower and even though they need a 24hr notice for something like that, they were beyond helpful! I wish I got the employees name but she whipped up a variety platter for 12 people in a matter of minutes and everything we tasted was divine!
