We were looking for a sweet treat and were thrilled when we saw this Cinnaholic store. I've only ever had them in Vegas, so I was happy when I saw this one. I love the cinnamon rolls at Cinnaholic because they are definitely satisfying. The store was clean and inviting during our visit. We were the only customers in the store, but we chose not to eat here because we got the feeling that the woman behind the counter didn't want to be bothered. Overall, our cinnamon rolls didn't disappoint. They were warm, sweet, and delicious. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was due solely to the service we received. The woman behind the counter was not friendly or welcoming. She was in the back room when we walked in and she didn't smile or offer much of a welcome. She rushed through our order and handed us our rolls. It seemed to me that she just wanted to get us out of the store quickly so she could get back to her cellphone. We definitely didn't feel welcome based on the service we received. Not sure I'd return to this particular store based on the service we received, but as far as the cinnamon rolls, I definitely recommend them.

The cinnamon roll was way too sweet. The frosting was a huge scoop slathered on top. It made the cinnamon roll extremely sweet and all you can taste is frosting. The ambiance is very relaxed and the cashier was very kind. The concept is cool and innovative! However, it was just way too sweet and overpowering.

Cinnaholic is a great place for sweet dessert lovers! Build your own cinnamon roll, choose from an extensive menu, or try other items such as cookies/drinks! The campfire smores roll was loaded with toppings. Keep in mind it definitely is a bit sweet and heavy, so it may not appeal to those with a milder sweet tooth. Service is always friendly, and the ambiance is nice and simple!

This place had the worst customer service. I'm not sure if there's a language barrier where there are misunderstandings, if the employees just aren't paying attention because they're too busy chatting with each other or if the employees truly just want to rush out of work and don't care about taking the correct order. The worst part is that I gave them a $5+ dollar tip at the beginning of the transaction just to take my order which was all wrong in the end. I took my out of town sister and her kids to the Mckinny Cinnabon (highway 121) to order 5 cinnamon rolls and the only two employees working told me they were closing in 10 minutes as to pursued me to leave and not order. That was strange because it was 6:36pm (based on the timestamp of my receipt) so I guess they close at 6:46pm? I told them our family would just take them to go and eat them at home and not delay them from closing. The two employees were talking to each other while they were taking my order. We spent more than $41 at $8.25 each and got completely different cinnamon rolls than what I ordered and only 4 were input not 5. I pointed out when I got my cinnamon roles they were wrong and that I ordered 5 not 4. They offered me a 5 already made cinnamon role at a charge of $8.25 that wasn't the role we even ordered or wanted. I just took the bag and left with the 4 wrong cinnamon roles.

Bought these as half a dozen for a friend's birthday and they were the UGLIEST things I've ever seen. For $50... absolutely annoyed the helll out of me. Why wouldn't you let the buns cool before decorating them??? As soon as I got home and opened the boxes it was a complete mess. No they didn't drop or move you can tell all of the icing and toppings was melted off. No wonder the worker didn't want me to open the boxes there to combine them in one big box.. nah this ruined my gift and ruined my day. Flavor wise this was NOT worth $8 a bun.. save your money.

Their classic cinnamon rolls are delicious. Depending on the month the icing may be a different color. I first experienced Cinnaholic while living in Las Vegas an I'm so happy to have a location close by. I've never tried any other cinnamon rolls but if they're anything like their classic then you're in for a treat.

Beautiful, monstrous, gourmet cinnamon rolls! My sister and I ordered three different kinds to take home and share. The flavors are bold, yet sweet and the dough is perfectly baked to a light, golden brown. And the employees' sweetness matched. We'll for sure be back!

My husband and I went Saturday night 9/28/24 and ordered 4 Cinnamon Rolls. 2 of them were good, the other 2 were just okay to me. However the 1 star is because of the customer service. Upon walking in 1 lady did greet us, however, the lady taking our order has such a BAD ATTITUDE and it made me because my husband gave a 15% tip and this is the "customer service" we received. We will not return to this location again.

As a vegan of 7 years I am always looking for the best vegan eats and sweets. So while I am visiting some friends in Texas I found a Cinnaholic down the road! I first had Cinnaholic in San Jose, CA however they permanently closed very recently which is a major bummer. Anyway, I introduced my friends to the delightful cinnamon rolls here and although my friends are not vegan they loved it! They said if I hadn't told them it was fully vegan they would have never known. We visited the McKinney location and the service was quick, staff were welcoming and polite and had us in and out in less than 10 mins. I loved the year round Christmas tree they have decorated for the spring season :) we ordered an original roll, some baby buns with cake batter frosting and the cookie butter roll. I usually go for the monkeys business which is chocolate and bananas or the s'mores (you can't go wrong with marshmallows and chocolate!) but I wanted something different this time. The cookie butter was absolutely amazing and I went back the next day to get it again! Cookie butter frosting, cookie butter crumbles, oh my! So so good. I highly recommend for any and all who love a good cinnamon roll whether you are vegan or not, this is something you don't want to miss! -cinnamon rolls - signature or build your own -cookie dough - regular, signature or build your own -baby buns - comes with your choice of frosting

Delicious!! The environment is super friendly, the customer service is amazing, and the food is worthy of breaking any diet you're on! We ordered the Texas Praline and the Pumpkin Cheesecake rolls. They were both so good! The employee did a great job telling us about the ingredients in everything, making sure we were aware of possible allergens, and she was overall pleasant and friendly! 10/10 will definitely be back!

Blueberry Pie Cinammon Roll from the Richardson Location.

Okay so basically I feel like the Richardson Cinnaholic location spoiled me and raised my expectations waaaaay too high. Last weekend I went there for the first time and was absolutely blown away! Everything was absolutely perfect. So whenever I saw that a McKinney location, recently opened, I was elated! I mean hello, who wouldn't want to live 10 minutes away from the heavenly place that cinnamon roll dreams are made of? With that in mind, naturally, and perhaps naively, I was expecting to receive the same level of perfection I was met with last week. Sadly, that was absolutely not the case. As you can see from my photo, they DEFINITELY didn't give me anywhere near the amount of toppings I received at the Richardson location. There was more icing than anything else and the other toppings seem to have been an afterthought. Also, the cinnamon roll wasn't as fresh and fluffy as the one I received at the Richardson location. Was it the worst thing in the world? Of course not! It just absolutely did not meet my (perhaps, unfairly set) expectations. After comparing both photos, I really can't wrap my mind around the fact that I paid the same price for both of them, especially since the one from this location is noticeably unimpressive in comparison to the other. Maybe this was just a fluke since they just opened and things will improve after they work out the kinks? Who knows. I truly hope so. But yeah, even though I'm pretty bummed about it, a lesson was DEFINITELY learned. I am willing to give this location another chance in the future, but in the meantime, the next time my craving strikes, I will absolutely make the 20 minute drive to the Richardson location.

I am excited to have a place to go to that my entire family can enjoy!! I mean who can turn down a cinnamon roll? I can tell you who can and they are people who are vegan who generally don't have a vegan cinnamon roll option lol. They have everything from basic cinnamon to anything but basic! And they're GOOD! The girls working were so nice. I probably waited less than 10 mins for my order. I saw a lot of people coming in for their online order or doordash pickup so I'm glad to see those are options for when we don't want to wait or want an amazing dessert delivered to us!

My sister and I were just looking for a place to get some breakfast and this spot popped up in our page. We thought we would go and try it and had zero regrets. It was so, so yummy and the service was awesome. The owner was so friendly and patient while we took forever to choose what we wanted because of all the great options. It is a little small but there's enough space for one - two couples to sit inside the store if needed. They also have vegan chocolate chip cookies that were fire . Because I am a cookie lover, I enjoyed that even more than the cinnamon rolls but no matter what you choose from here, you cannot go wrong!

Caramel Apple Roll without nuts. I started eating before I took the picture. Oops! you would have done the same. :)

I placed my order, but the team here seems really disorganized...even spacey. I wound out up waiting 15 minutes for the most disappointing nachos I've ever had. I remember having nachos at the dollar theaters in the 80's and 90's, and that would've been a massive upgrade from the dish I was served. Never confuse vegan with healthy, the two are not mutually exclusive, so when you are eating nachos from here being in the saltiest most basic chips, do not be surprised. They are just the base to the monstrosity that is Vegan Vibrationz nachos. While there was definitely care in assembling the nachos, the flavors were just not great and the time it took to get the nachos was just ridiculous. The main binder was a slightly spicy sauce squirted on some lettuce and tomato with beans. I really think my order was forgotten and then when I was inquiring about it over and over, they finally assembled the nachos. Overall, not the best experience and the nachos were blah. I love the idea of a vegan place to eat at Legacy Food Hall, but the food and the service here missed the mark.

I asked for the most popular item and they served me the Crunchwrap. This has plantbased meat with taco seasoning and a sauce that is either tahini or thinned almond butter styled. It's fairly tasty. I can't say it's my favorite like other Yelpers but again I am just happy for the plantbased option. Like all the Hall, be prepared to overspend.

I love the dimmed lights and homey yet upscale feeling this place gives. We had a really amazing server who offered up some great recommendations as first time customers. She had only been there two weeks, but told us she went through a two week training prior so they know their stuff!! Don't be afraid to ask questions. How I would rate our meal: Drinks: I got the amethyst dream and he got the smoke haus. Presentation of both was really nice, enjoyed both drinks but would probably try something different on our next visit. Appetizer: we got the Caesar salad to share. Loved the croutons and the dressing. It seemed a bit small but possibly for one person it would be enough! Entree: I got the crispy chicken breast, the piece of chicken is huge!! All the flavors of the dish come together so well, it's truly one of my most favorite things I've eaten recently! We also tried a side of mashed potatoes which were good and my fiancé got the red fish which he enjoyed. It is pretty light though, so maybe wouldn't recommend if you're REALLY hungry. Dessert: we got the milk and cookies. I wasn't honestly too impressed. I think I expected them to be warmed and gooey and they were not. However reheating the chocolate chip at home was good! For it being a farm to table restaurant, I found the prices to be very reasonable! I already know what I plan to order on our next visit. While waiting for our table we wondered up to the 3rd floor. They had live music. The place was jumping up there. We are going to have to look up who is going to be playing and have another married date night. The only downside to the evening was unfortunately the host at the front door. The french fries were a miss for me as they are cooked in a fry cooker and just don't have the same flavor that regular fries too.
