Decided to try this place out while we were in the Tustin area. I have to say I would definitely come back here. The cashier was super sweet and after reviewing the menu with my daughters I asked if they had the Labubu Dubai dessert because my youngest saw it on the tv screen, but on the menu it was not listed. When I asked the cashier about it, she assured me they have it and can make it for her. Wow this totally made her day and she was so in love with how it turned out. Juice Time is located in the same plaza as Gen, Kean Coffee Roasters, and Okidoki by Meiji in Tustin. We found them when having dinner in the plaza and we were curious because of their bright light. I feel like Juice Time was an awful choice of a name because it limits them from what a consumer thinks they can buy here if they weren't looking. They are more of a dessert shop with ice cream, crepes, waffles, and all sorts of goodies, and they specialize in the Dubai Chocolate products. The 3 of us were full from dinner but we were curious so we decided to share a Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream ($8.99). The base was a vanilla soft served with the Dubai Chocolate ingredients drizzles on top. It was a naughty delicious treat and I'm glad we shared it because it was too decadent for me to eat the whole thing. I'm not even mad that it's pricey but I didn't like was the 3% service charge I saw on the receipt after we paid. Also, the tables could be cleaner. I feel like there is an alluring experience element with these type of dessert spots. I would take someone here for the experience since they have gimmicky stuff like a strawberry Dubai fruit cup with chocolate labubus. Decided to come here because I just finished eating at Okidoki and was feeling dessert. It was conveniently next door and it was one of the best ice cream shops I've been to. Their service was amazing! So we came in with my niece, and while we let her look at the menu, the cashier gave her this little toy that made her light up! Thankfully, there weren't anyone in line because she was looking at all the little photos and seeing what she would want and literally sat there for five minutes going through the menu. They have so many great options from juice to waffles and everything in between. We ended up getting the Dubai chocolate waffle and that was not disappointing at all. The expansive menu has a ton of smoothies and sweet treats that we're excited to try. Staff was super welcoming and warm. The first time my partner and I stopped by, we each got a sundae - lotus cookie and pistachio. Interesting concept for sure. There are so many choices to satisfy your sweet tooth!!! We had the pistachio ice had with real crushed pistachio on top. The ice cream was creamy and NOT to sweet. I also had the mini pancakes a little more dense than traditional pancakes but still had a nice texture that complimented the light sweet flavor with chocolate sauce on the side. I just had the most wonderful experience at Juice Time my first time visiting. The environment is bright and spacious and inviting and beautifully maintained. The young lady who helped me was kind and welcoming. The menu is quite extensive and (I was pleased to see) in two languages, and she offered help with explanations and recommendations. I tried the Lotus soft serve with the addition of caramel, and oh my goodness, I haven't had anything so delicious in a long time. The portion was extremely generous (I took half home). It comes with a Biscoff Lotus cookie and sprinkled generously with Lotus cookie dust. The additional caramel was incredible quality. (It's totally different to the uninspiring liquid syrup that you find elsewhere.) I don't know how Juice Time manages to make it so substantial and yet soft... something like what comes on a really good caramel apple. Friendly staff, obviously happy customers, and amazing quality.
