My family has been going to this restaurant since before I was born and I've been going for 25 years now. I've since moved away from the desert but every time I come out to visit my parents I always insist on coming to Ciros for at least one dinner. We always get the pizzano.....and it NEVER disappoints. This was a quick pit stop on our road trip and wanted something to be picked. we ordered pizza and pasta nothing fancy and we were told the 15-20min for pickup. Once reached there had to wait another 15 min or so for small order. I guess as this places looks pretty often visited by the locals any takeouts of the small order are lower priority. I am not totally against this jut the hospitality business should respect the timings. Now lets come to the food. The quantities are fine portions. Quality of the pizza and pasta is fine. Taste is fine unless you are coming with some high expectations. read more

I just had the pizza here and it was very good. The crust is thick at the edges and thin towards the center. The center was a little flimsy from all the juicy toppings. mmmmm It seems that all the locals come to dine here, so you can't go wrong with that. In town for a couple days looking for good food before going to a movie. Found Ciro's on Yelp. Really enjoyed the Hawaiian pizza. Canadian bacon on the pizza was whole slices of Canadian bacon not slices or not ham. Restaurant very casual, not sure but seems like a family owned business. Servers were very nice, a few servers that passed by asked how We were and were we enjoying our food. If you like pizza and basic Italian food try this place. We arrived just after six pm. First they ignore us, then three people ask if we have been helped. While we get bread right away thirty minutes later our waitress comes backs to ask what our order is. Then she repeatedly says that the salad is coming and now it is 7:15--we still have no pizza. They need more help or more competent help. I don't know. Now they say "we are so busy." pretty good pizza especially the Ciro's special. Oddly enough, they use canned mushrooms -- but somehow it works. Maybe it's the briney goodness they offer. Dining room is very simple with booths and tables scattered across the floor. Come early for a table, but if you have to wait, you can pass the time watching the cooks prepare outgoing meals from the lobby seating. It's kinda cool in a fish bowl meets pizza way. read more

Went to Ciros on a Thursday night. It was moderately crowded at first but emptied because we were there so long waiting for our food. It took one hour for our pastas. No excuse from the waiter. The Thai pasta had so much cream in it that it was not edible- drenched in cream. My friends shrimp pasta was in so much oil that he barely ate it as well. We paid for a terrible meal and was never even asked how our food was. Just a bad experience overall. Too bad because I was hoping it would be good. read more

This place was recommended to us so we had high expectations. When we pulled into the driveway, we were little disappointed at first. It looked more like a pizza and pasta place that an elegant Italian restaurant like the name might implies. On the plus side the prices are extremely reasonable and the menu varied. The service was good. The chicken marsala was not one of the better meals I've ever had. The chicken was dry and over cooked. The vegetables that came with it were little over cooked too but still okay. In fact it tasted pretty good. The bolognese sauce was not the rich meaty sauce that we have come to expect at other restaurants. And there wasn't very much of it. It was just so so. Although tasty. Great stop on our drive to Disneyland. They have Odouls! The Tuesday night special of 1/2 off a large pizza is a great deal. My 3 kids and I shared a large with basil on half and prosciutto on half. I don't understand how this place has some good reviews. So I asked for water and the water tasted dirty i don't know if their water pipe needs to be cleaned or they serve tap water. So I had to stay thirsty throughout my experience. I ordered a fettuccini Alfredo and it had NO flavor at all just tasted like fettuccini with water sauce. My boyfriend ordered the Marinara baked pasta and it was better than the Alfredo. The service took forever as well. The lady that greeted us said our server would be right with us and it took him a good 15 minutes to get to our table. They brought out my boyfriends dish and brought mine out 5 minutes later. I will definitely not be going back to this place. The Fettuccini was definitely not worth $13. read more

Welcomed as soon as we entered and seated wherever we liked, unfortunately it was kinda warm inside. The waiter Gerardo was excellent and very friendly, kept checking on us. My son had the kid meatballs and spaghetti and loved it. We had the Alfredo with chicken and lasagna, the sauce on the lasagna was okay but the sauce on the Alfredo was excellent can't wait to have it on another visit! Drove a good distance to try this place out and wasn't disappointed. We had the chicken parm and a calzone. Both wonderful. The calzone was a little different it had sauce on the inside so it was more a stuffed pizza. But still good. Salads were good. Desert was delicious. Two reasons why I only gave a 4 star rating. The cleanliness & the service. The whole place needed a good dusting and the restroom was kinda scary. The server was nice but we rarely seen her. But overall I would go back. read more

A sweet little mom and pop spot on Hwy 111. Nothing fancy just a down-home pizza and pasta joint. We had the lasagna and eggplant parmigiana. Perfect serving size. Fresh iceberg lettuce salad. Dishes came out sporadically, which is not how a good kitchen operates. But with a mix of pizza and Italian dishes, not a big deal. The eggplant Parmesan was just okay. Although it tasted good, the eggplant breading fell off the underside and was wet from the eggplant. Pizza was undercooked. The table next to us had a pizza that looked like it was cooked much better. The chicken vegetable dish (sorry forgot name) was a loser. It was a bad sign when the woman at the table next to us received the same entree and left her entire plate while eating her husband's pizza instead. Super delicious! My husband ordered a medium half DC's style and chicken Alfredo pizza with cheesy garlic bread. Surprisingly, the DC's pizza does have green olives which I hate but I noticed after the fact that I finished eating that they were on there. That's how good it was. Those of you Ranch lovers out there would appreciate the homemade ranch here since the flavor and seasoning is on point. It's not the best pizza I've ever tried but I would come back to try other specialties. read more
