Technicians Edward and his team came out promptly and they sorted the problem and they found mold. To remediate it, they were here 2 hours taking videos documenting everything. They found water damage in 2 bedrooms, the hallway, the walls, the ceiling & flooring. They set up fans and air cleaners to dry things out. They were so professional, thorough, efficient and especially important, during this upsetting crisis, they were very patient and kind.
