But boy was I surprised. When I pulled in, it was completely quiet. A gentleman immediately approached my car to retrieve my keys. "Hi, I'm Gabriel, I'll take your car," he said, as he showed me the way to the office for paperwork. Once inside, I spoke with Karla, the receptionist. Karla was the one who when I called on the phone in a pleasant voice, gave me directions to get there, she was better than an app. I was offered complimentary water or coffee and the option to take a seat while waiting for the service. As I opted to take Karla up on the coffee, I glanced around at the interior of City Collision Center, unlike most car repair places; City Collision's décor was that out of superior car dealer in Beverly Hills, with its lavish furniture and fixtures, very nice. Because I arrived pretty late to receive repairs, I expected after my car was assessed, for Gabriel to return with the news that I may have to leave the car overnight, so in waiting, I plugged in my phone to re-charged. As I was just about to sip my complimentary coffee, in walked Gabriel with my keys in his hand, "Your car is done." he said in a pleasant quiet voice as he smiled. Wow, I didn't even have time to charge my phone or sip the coffee. I was amazed. Will I return when I need any car work, you bet I will and will I tell my friends, yes? I've had my car repaired at City Collision Center twice now, and both experiences have been absolutely excellent. The quality of their work is top-notch, and their communication throughout the entire process sets them apart from other auto body shops. From start to finish, I was kept in the loop with regular updates. Eric, my service manager, was great about sending progress updates and making sure I understood where things stood. I really appreciated the transparency and attention to detail. Jessica and Veronica were my main points of contact for everything outside of the repairs. They were amazing; extremely organized, professional, and always attentive whether I called or stopped by. They handled all the paperwork seamlessly and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. City Collision Center also worked very smoothly with my insurance company, which was a huge relief. These guys are awesome! Lets start with victor, the guy is simply awesome! Made me feel welcomed the moment I came inside. He asked me what he could do for me and told him I had an accident in my truck so he walked over and took a look at it. The guy is a pro and knows exactly what he's talking about, in a matter of minutes he told me what I needed and told me that the job could be done easily. He answered ALL my questions and me feel secured about leaving my car with them. The facility itself is very nice too! It has a lot of room and filled with many cars both normal and exotics. It's not very often you walk into a collision center and see lamborghinis, ferraris, Bentleys, and audi R8s. That just goes to show these guys dont mess around when it comes to repairing cars because they work with million dollar cars. Left my car with them in thursday and came back to pick it up monday. My car looked brand spanking new! They made it look like nothing ever happen to it especially the paint. I was very impressed with the quality victor and his crew put into my car I will definitely come back to this place for all my collision needs and highly recommend everyone to check this place out. read more

First off, Gary is amazing. He handled all of the calls with insurance and made sure what needed to get done got done. His team is exceptional and they all work super hard, and super fast. Second, my car turned out like new! I had been in a fender bender with a parking garage (the garage won), and was told the entire door would have to be stripped, fixed, and re-painted. I simply can't tell where the new paint is, and my car is a tough light blue/silver to match.  The last car shop I ended up at took 3 weeks + to finish my car, and kept pushing the time further out. At City Collision Center, I was given an estimate and the car was finished right on schedule in just a few days. As with any car repair, there can be some unexpected issues or extra battling with insurance, but the difference is extremely apparent at Karry's. They went above and beyond to make things right, and Gary truly had only the best of intentions. Everyone here really cares, and I've never felt so comfortable handing over my keys before. While I hope to not go back any time soon, I know exactly where I would go again to give my car the greatest treatment. Thanks again, everyone! :) read more

My car was dented in a parking lot. When I took it to the Tesla dealership, they determined they couldn't fix it and only recommended City Collision Center for the repairs. My insurance company told me that they highly recommended City Collision Center as one of their premium repair centers. I took my Tesla to them for the needed repairs. They examined the car and gave me an estimate, and told me they would call me within a month to return; because it would take that time for the parts to arrive. They called just before the month was up. When I dropped my car off, the staff was very professional and friendly. Angel offered to take me to the car rental agency, so I wouldn't have to wait a long time for them. Veronica kept me informed on a regular basis about my car's progress, and wrote a check to replace the raincoat that was lost at the center, after Amaury had done an extensive search for it. I found the staff, especially Veronica, Angel, and Amaury to be professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I hope to never need their services again, but would return if I did, and would highly recommend them for repairs on their vehicles. read more

This was my first experience dealing with an auto collision repair shop and just like anyone else I dreaded going through the whole process. I just wanted my car back to the way it was. By far best service ever!! Prices are affordable ...great customer service...returned my call within 2 minutes ...I drive a 2012 range rover and had recently got in a bad crash... I called the shop and they had a tow truck pick me and my car up immediately..took me.to the shop where they gave me the option of getting a rental immediately...my car was flawlessly painted and the body work had me speechless..it looked brand new!!!they also had my car out in 2 days..which made it convenient for me and had detailed it for me...I mean which shop details your car these days?? I left my wallet in the car with $700 cash, they called and returned it to me with nothing missing, thanks! My Model S was struck by a corvette from the rear all the way to the front. My electrical issues were insane!!! The car was boarding line totaled. My experince with City Collision was fantastic! Stopped by "City Collision Center" on a recommendation from Ken Grody Ford. Needed a quick estimate on some minor damage to my 2015 Ford Mustang GT's rear bumper, and some minor paint scratches to my passenger door. Well I was met immediately by "Angel Larios" who works at the business. He provided a quick and painless estimate for my rear bumper. But more awesomeness didn't stop there, he had an employee buff out the minor scratches to my passenger door and some additional scratches to my right side front bumper as well. I had a minor scratch on my bumper and came in to see if they could fix it easily or if I was going to have to get the entire bumper painted. I walked into this beautiful lobby and was greater right away with professionalism, offered a water, and waited no more than 5 minutes to be seen. Angel helped me right away. He looked at the very minor damage, buffed it out free of charge within 15 minutes and it looked good as new! I was so relieved that I found such a helpful and honest place. I took my car to different collision center in Costa Mesa with my Tesla. They had no costumer service and very rude and unprofessional. So I took my Tesla in to city Collision Center all I have to say is WOW. Everyone was very nice they were very professional. Gary took very good care of me explained to everything in detail took excellent care of me and my Tesla. They were so nice and caring. For the last few weeks / months I have gone back and forth with this one. I feel like the manager is vey bad at sending out emails and the body shop does not know what to do. The only person that knows anything is Veronica. EVERYONE else I have had to deal with is the dumbest crew I have ever delt with! Julian is a bad manager and I believe this "dude" loves to come up with excuses and gives everyone a run around. I will be filing a claim with USAA and Tesla. This place is so bougie and so nice! Right when i walked in, they asked how can they help me and then offered me water real quick. I'm digging the service so far! I recently got a new Lexus but someone keyed my passenger side's door already! I was pretty upset by this but i read the reviews at CCC so decided to check them out. They fixed my door within 3 days, and it looks just like new. The paint job was amazing and i am a happy driver again! Def would come back again, especially since the place and the staff are incredibly nice! read more
