The lady working the front desk came across as very rude from the moment I walked in. There was no greeting, no smile, and it felt like I was inconveniencing her just by placing an order. When I had a simple question about the menu, her response was short and dismissive, making the interaction uncomfortable. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately that was completely missing during my visit. That being said, I also want to give credit where it's due. The food was outstanding. The burger was cooked perfectly, the toppings were fresh, the fries were hot and crispy, and everything tasted like it was made to order. Whoever is working in the kitchen is doing an excellent job because the quality of the food was far better than the service I received at the counter. It's disappointing because this place has the potential to be one of my favorites based on the food alone. I would gladly come back for another burger, but I really hope management addresses the customer service at the front. Great food can bring people in, but rude interactions can easily drive customers away. I hope this was just an off day, because the kitchen deserves a lot of praise while the front-of-house experience definitely needs improvement.

They checked with us several times to see if there was anything else we needed. My wife is a traditionalist. She likes her fries and a regular ole burger, nothing fancy at all. She loved the fries, and her burger was perfect. I love a good chili cheeseburger and onion rings. Oh my, when I took the first bite, I was in heaven. I had a very happy tummy.
