I just got a pedi n full set. The reason i went is because i saw that they did the 3d nail designs n im content with it. Not so much with the pedi the lady was so annoying. Trying to get me to get things i didnt want to. I had to tell her no in rudely manner until she got it. If ur gunna go i would recomment getting andy. I come here every two weeks for my nails. Let's just say that I've been coming here since I was in elementary with my mom. I always go to Julie or her husband for my nails they do my coffin shape the best. It looks natural which I love. I totally recommend this place to anyone who wants that natural nail look. read more

I've never gotten a mani or pedi here, but I have gotten my eyebrows. I totally suggest setting up your appointment or walk-in with Cathy. Every time she has done my eyebrows I'm always very happy with the results. I did go in one time with an older lady and it wasn't as good. She listens to what I want, and I've even taken my mom here, and she is super picky about her eyebrows, and she loved it! read more

It was my first time getting my nails done ever. I was recommended to see the owner, but instead I got Kathy. She was nice at first, but when I asked her to use a new towel she didn't seem quite friendly anymore. I asked for super short nails, but as she was cutting the nails she almost cut the tip of my right thumb. She apologized of course, but overall the whole process was quite painful, again it was my first time but I have a feeling it was not supposed to hurt this much. Not to mention that the nail size on both hands look pretty uneven. On the positive note, I was in and out fairly quick. I am not sure if I'll come back, but if I do I'll probably ask for the owner. read more

Came here yesterday to change my gel color because it was peeling off. I chose a black gel color. The girl did so many layers and have me underneath the curing light for so long, she also made a mess she got it all over my skin and kept telling me that she's trying her best but it looked horrible but I just had to go so I left with them how she left them... Really bad! Today they're peeling off and they are still wet in between the layers a gel that she put. Now once again I have to go get them fixed! Horrible job I will never come back! read more

The worst customer service! I went there to get silk nail wraps, I should have known by the dingy look of the shop to just go down the road to Prestege. they talked me out of getting what I wanted and I ended up getting gels, that I did not ask for, I used the first lady who greeted me and she would not listen to what I was asking for, she was acting like I was wrong with what I wanted. She burnt my nails 3 times with the electric file, twice on my pinkie all the way to the nail bed after telling her that i was sensitive. I left in tears. When I came back 4 days later after being very disappointed with the outcome of the look because they where separating at the tips, they had bubbles in the acrylic and they where too rounded. all I wanted from them was to take my nails off. i went to them to give them another chance to make up for my horrible experience and let them know i wasn't satisfied. The first thing they told me was that they are not giving my money back, i had to explain that was not what I was asking for! The barely agreed to take them off almost allowing me to walk out of the salon for the second time in tears and highly disappointed, they treated me very horrible while taking them off barely paying attention letting me sit for awhile. needless to say i walked out of there with my nails still half on and even more disappointed. They ruined my nails and I feel like I over- paid 30$ to be dissatisfied for 3 days with ugly nails and now my own nails are sore, ruined, and scraped up and my poor pinkie! It will be a cold day in hell before I ever go to this place again. They are the most unprofessional nail shop I have ever been to. And it stinks in there. The day I like an idiot went there a large black man came in to have a pedicure. He may have even been diabetic, so I know he needs to have a pedicure regularly. The stupid lady I think her name was Kathy kept staring at him. She was staring so hard that she stopped doing my nails to watch him. She even went over to him to ask him something and I could tell by the tones in his voice when he answered her dumb ass, he was irritated. She finally left him alone only to stare even harder. I told her when she's done staring and ready to finish my poorly done nails let me know. As she finished my nails, she looked up at him I don't know how many times. I've been coming here since I was in middle school (10+ years now) and love this place. It's not fancy, it's not even the best looking but it's affordable and consistent. Ask for Tom and you won't be disappointed. They did upgrade to new spa pedicure chairs not too long ago and they're great. read more

I looooooove it here ! Prices aren't expensive or overpriced and it's actually pretty entertaining to here the ladies and employees speak their language (Vietnamese by the way). It's a outgoing environment and when I'm getting a massage on the spa chairs, theirs TV's and they are also very easy to chat with.
