Was here less than a year ago and the food was fire!! What a difference a few days makes Ordered the corn soup, vegetable mu shu, yang chow fried rice, and orange chicken. First the smell of the food upon arrival was pungent but not reflective of the dishes served. The mushu was bland, orange chicken lacked any crispness and smelled burnt and the rice was a mixture grainy and mushy. My son loved the corn soup Server was also incompetent. Did not write our order down, asked me to repeat it before leaving the table and then can back to ask me to repeat it again. Left most of the food on the table. Would have felt bad giving it to any one on the street. Not sure if there was a change of ownership but pass on this if you're looking for good Chinese food

Great Chinese food joint in between a panda and chopsticks but better service and larger portions. The server there is fantastic he runs the show and continuously checks on everyone. Lunch specials too! Plenty of parking and indoor and some exterior seating. Casual table service style

At City Wok- Wok, wok your way into a variety of Chinese Cuisine!!! The aromatics used in the appetizers, entrees, soups, salads, noodles, rice. Chicken wontons were piping HOT with two side sauces chili spice and plum sauce. DUN-DUN-DUN, OMG the crunch of the wontons are unbelievable, ground chicken packed into each wonton, seasoned just right on a bed of cabbage. Secondly, the Chicken Chow Mein is the freshest I have tasted in a long time. The Chow Mein noodles are slightly crisp, yet have a tender center-mixed with chicken, bold flavors, peas, carrots, bean sprouts and onions. The hospitality here is unmatched thank you Jeremy -thanks for taking my order and Daniel- your professionalism exceeds five star dining service!!!

This is a really good place to try everything. They have a lot of great items to choose from but me personally I did the chicken chow mein and I loved it. I didn't even have to wait five minutes. They're really good here but let me tell you they have a full menu there's so many things to check out the Mongolian beef is next on my list, but I'll tell you they're fast friendly and this place has a lot of great seating and parking.

Been coming here for years, and the food was always consistently good NOT anymore. This weekend I came in expecting my usual favorites, only to be told by my waiter that they've changed all the recipes to be "healthier" and are now under new management. The food was honestly bad, a real letdown after years of loyalty. To the new management: stop trying to fix what wasn't broken and change it back. On top of that, the ambiance was hideous they tore down all the photos and painted the framing a cheap looking yellow. Total downgrade across the board. I won't be back until they reverse these changes. My family was truly disappointed.

I have no idea how I haven't left a review for this incredible Chinese food! YES, IT'S THE SAME ONE AS ON SOUTH PARK!!! Their other location is in Colorado!! This place is sooo slept on. You must get it there. You absolutely must. They fire it all up fresh and hot in big woks. The "crunch" on the breading of everything is real. Crispy skin on crispy beef or orange chicken makes all the difference in the world, The chow mein is so good that it's wild!! The noodles have the perfect chew. The sweet and sour soup is my favorite there is. The depth of flavor is soooo good that you want to just keep eating. I was here on business from Dallas, but so happy I had the time to pop in. When you get it there, the portions are so much bigger and crispy! Giant refillable drinks too!!

I have been back since my last review and the food has been amazing! The pad Thai is always our favorite and the City Wok chicken is a must-get every time.

Decent Chinese Take Out. I didn't leave feeling too heavy which is rare for a Chinese restaurant. I tried the sesame chicken and it definitely hit the spot. The garlic green beans were also very tasty! I was not a fan on the hot & sour soup. That was my first time ever trying that kind of soup and I don't think I would again. Pretty fast service and they have a good sized lunch special...even though it's ~$15 after tax. But everything is expensive these days in LA. They had plenty of seating inside but the parking situation can be a little tough when the shopping center is busy. I wouldn't mind coming back here.

Very nice food and good service!!

The kind of dish where you keep saying "one more bite" and suddenly you're scraping the container wondering where it all went. Major bonus points for the generous chunks of eggplant. As an eggplant enthusiast, I felt seen. Was I secretly hoping for Thai eggplant? Yes. Did that stop me from inhaling the entire curry like it owed me money? Absolutely not. Pickup was fast, and I think I met the owner when he handed me my order. Super nice guy! The food was amazing, the service was warm, and now I've accidentally created a new problem for myself because I'm already planning my next order. 10/10. Send curry. I'll be back.

In addition to their expertly-crafted pastries, Sweet Lily offers a great variety of French dishes and packaged food items. My group ordered the Sugar Beignet, Raspberry Croissant, and Coffee Croissant - which were all wonderful. The Raspberry Croissant had a not-too-sour fresh jelly filling and was definitely the crowd favorite, but the thick, latte-flavored filling in the Coffee Croissant made it a close second place. The fresh-squeezed orange juice at $5 felt like an absolute bargain, and the Cappuccino was also well-executed. The real stars of the show were the entrees, though. Both the Avocado Toast plate and Croque Monsieur truly tasted like a trip to France. They were hearty and full of flavor, without feeling too heavy. The Sweet Lily twist on Avocado Toast includes melted mozzarella and slices grapes, which really elevated the dish! The potatoes and salads that came as complimentary sides were a welcome surprise, and just as craveable as the entrees themselves.
