The staff had been locked outside since 0530 and was standing there like idiots - only one young woman out of SIX seemed concerned that the dogs were locked inside alone. They reported they had called their manager repeatedly and knocked on her door - no response. At 0800, I finally called the Irving Fire Department to rescue my dogs and all the other animals in the building. They arrived with two trucks, a chief and two police cars. The firemen had to threaten to break down the door of the manager apartment to get her to open the door. There were 11 other customers who were equally as pissed off - several stormed off and I was shocked at the few that stayed and left their dogs knowing the situation. All the dogs had been unattended for more than 12 hours. My dogs were not bathed as scheduled. They reeked of urine and stool and were full of anxiety. The policy of the animals being unattended at night is unsafe and not what I am paying for. The manager not showing up to work amplified an already dangerous situation. I was told by the young woman that checked me out I would be contacted about a refund as she felt I deserved this. I have heard from no one at PP.

When I arrived with my dog, Buddy, and asked for a tour, the receptionist initially told me I couldn't bring him inside because they didn't have his vaccination records. I explained that I had already created a profile and uploaded everything. She paused, said "Oh," and then changed the reason--now stating I couldn't bring him in because it might "wind up the other dogs." At that point, I didn't argue and put him back in the car with the A/C running, but it was disappointing. A tour should absolutely include seeing how your dog reacts to the environment. Inside, the facility felt dark and quiet, with most of the lights off. Aside from the receptionist, I only saw a cleaning staff member. The tour itself was underwhelming at best. There was no effort to engage--no questions about my dog, no interest in my needs, no explanation of their services or daily routines. It felt more like an obligation than a business that wanted my trust. She showed me the "Ultra Suite," which includes a queen bed, webcam, and TV. Unfortunately, the room looked unkempt--the bed was unmade, the blanket was messy, and it appeared it hadn't been cleaned since the last dog. For $155/night, that's unacceptable. She did apologize, but it didn't inspire confidence. Next was the "Deluxe Suite," which was significantly smaller with a basic dog mattress on the floor. It felt more like a kennel than a "suite." There was only one dog there during my visit, yet the odor in the facility was overwhelming. I couldn't wait to leave. After showing me a few rooms, the tour simply ended--no discussion of availability, no overview of care, no attempt to answer questions or build trust. It was awkward and, frankly, disappointing. I'm very glad I chose to visit in person instead of booking based on the website alone. There is no scenario where I would feel comfortable leaving my dog here.

The end of program training with me and my kids was impressive but I was not sure they would continue behaving at home. Jake was our trainer and he was very good at explaining to me how to use their system and how to continue things at home. The first few days I was worried as my dogs did seem stressed from the entire experience. However, after being home a few days they bounced back and I felt brave enough to work on the things Jake taught us by using the collar. I have to say, I am very very happy with the results. My older dog RUbie had many issues with being aggressive towards other dogs and making walks miserable. Jake completely fixed that and she is now very tolerant of other dogs. They both have stopped jumping, barking all the time in the house, and counter surfing. My home is so much more peaceful. I am continuing to work with the dogs and am realizing that I must continue to use the collars and work with the dogs daily to continue to see results. I am very very happy with Jake and All Dogs Unleashed.

I get it- they dry hair quickly, but mine is just super sensitive to them. A few weeks ago, I reached out to Furry Tails via email and explained my dog's fears. The gentleman (I believe his name is Jake) quickly responded and assured me that he understood and that he could offer a kennel dryer. I took her in today for her grooming appointment. Of course, she immediately put on her brakes (locked her legs) and I had to coax her into the salon. Thankfully, Jake was waiting at the counter. He remembered Verda Belle's fears and did his best to become friends with her by talking softly to her and offering a treat. Of course, she was making me feel guilty, but I also could see she would be in good hands. She was there about 2.5 hours since it took longer to dry her. He called when she was ready and when I arrived, he assured me that she actually tolerated it all well. Whew! She looks amazing! He groomed her as I had requested and she smelled great. It is wonderful knowing I have found a kind groomer who actually treats animals with gentleness and love!

I believe that she went through a tough time before I adopted her. I saw the great yelp reviews and I decided to call and she answered right away and agreed to meet my dog and I was that afternoon for a walk through. I wound up leaving my dog over the weekend and Julie was very sweet and you can tell she is an animal lover. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with her. She has excellent communication skills too. My dog came home and was happy to see me but she was a happy happy dog so I that's a great thing.
