They charged $160 for a diagnostic which would be fine except I gave them the report from AutoZone who had run a diagnostic hours prior. And typically when you do the work, a garage will then credit that diagnostic fee to the work being done. They charged $604 total after I protested about the spark plug parts cost. Originally they wanted $200 for the spark plugs part. After protesting, they charged $176 for the Spark Plugs (parts) alone. $240 for the labor and $160 to diagnose something that was already diagnosed. When I told them the max fee for spark plus is $50, (I'm ok with companies marking-up costs but not at over 240%), they gave me $40 off. Still an astronomic cost for changing spark plugs, especially in Tucson. They did give me my car back in 1 day though, which I appreciated.

This fuse being damaged caused many issues including my entire dash to stop working (no lights, no speedometer, no radio) and my right headlight and tail light both stopped working as well. My car also seemed to have transmission issues, it would accelerate very slowly and every time I shifted from "reverse" to "drive" the whole car would jump forward. I had gotten in a minor car accident maybe 2 weeks prior to the fuse blowing so i was not sure which incident caused all these problems. I brought my car to Scott, an incredibly kind and sociable man, and he called me to tell me my car was ready to go about 26 hours after I had left my car with him. I only expected my front and rear lights to be fixed and maybe my radio as well. Nope - my car is running better than ever (must not have been transmission issues but rather electrical) and he even did his best to fix the cosmetic damage from the accident. Worked out a couple of dents and removed a damaged wheel well as he stated it would have damaged my tire should I continue to drive with it. 5+ stars!! Justin is the guy you are going to deal with and he is super honest and knowledgable, and I swear they can figure out and fix anything. I have had my 2006 Silverado in trhe a couple of times as well as my 1997 Subaru Legacy. They quickly diagnosed the issues I was having and fixed them well and quickly. They use good parts and, my favorite thing about them is that they don't try to upsell you on a bunch of stuff. They will let you know if they find other things that need attention and give you a good honest opinion on the urgency of a repair. They are easy to miss since you can't really tell that its a garage from the front. I had the rear panel dent…read morerepaired and had removed all the trim and tail lights to clean and buff them, replace the hardware and gaskets, etc. The last piece was the aluminum trim between the tail light housings. I put it in upside down and didn't discover what I had done until I closed the trunk lid. The only access to that lock is through the rear passenger compartment. I got as far as getting the seat bottom out before I couldn't get any further and I went to do a search on the internet. Nick responded quickly, got the seat back out [rusted screw and washer, removed the two bolts that held the trunk lock in the rear panel with a 2 foot extension and got the trunk back open and remounted the tim panel. I would have gotten stuck back there screaming for the next three days. This guy has a gift. Nick cannot be recommended highly enough.
