What a great start to my morning. So waiting for my tire and... their lights, cable TV, and WiFi all work fine? Okay whatever, it is what it is... No line of waiting people, lots of empty work bays, and my truck got taken right back but still somehow I've still waited over an hour and a half to get a nail hole fixed?! Last week, I brought my car in for service, and I returned today specifically to have the alignment properly addressed. Unfortunately, not only was the alignment issue not resolved, but I also felt that I was misled during the process. Instead of correcting the alignment problem, I was told that I needed to purchase new tires because my current ones are "old" and not the same brand. This recommendation felt unnecessary and unrelated to the actual issue I came in for. It appeared to be an attempt to upsell me rather than fix the problem at hand. Most concerning is that after today's visit, my car is still not driving straight--it continues to pull to the right, which indicates that the alignment has not been properly corrected. I would not recommend this shop to anyone if they continue to trick their customers like this inappropriately just to get money out of them they should not even be promoted at all. Not a good establishment to get service for your car. I expect the following: * A proper inspection and correction of the alignment issue * A clear explanation of any legitimate issues, without pressure to purchase unrelated products * Accountability for the incomplete service I received I value honest and professional service, and this experience has not met those expectations. I need you to replace the o-rings connected to the AC compressor. I know this is the issue because there's a visible refrigerant leak/stain on top of the compressor. Also, my car make and model is notorious for this particular AC leak. Could you fix this?" George: "Ok we'll take a look at it." I come back to pick up the same day... Mechanic: "I filled it back up with refrigerant and dye because you have a 'pinhole' sized leak somewhere I can't find. When the refrigerant runs out and the air blows warm again, come back and see us so we can check it out." Me: "Okaaaay?" Me: Gets UV light to see the dye the put in, the dye confirms what i originally told them, i replaced the o-rings myself after air blows warm and refrigerant leaks out again. While they may do decent work overall, I will most certainly never be back because they gave me a band-aid solution and did not address what I initially told them to look at. I could've have gone to AutoZone and filled my car with refrigerant and dye for 2/3 the cost of what they did. I contacted the shop and sent a very professional message asking for a way to resolve the matter. After a week of no-reply, here is my review. 1/5 stars and would NOT recommend.

A few days later , still warm. He took it back, replaced the needed parts and charged me reasonable amount. Steve even paid for an Uber for me to ride home while the work was done. What a gentleman! My air is now perfectly cold! I have a 2013 Subaru Outback 3.6, which I love. I want it to outlive me! Thanks to Steve and Atlantis Auto repair and the grace of God, I think that goal will be accomplished!
