I felt more comfortable here compared to my previous car alarm installation experiences at big box stores like Best Buy. I was in/out in less than an hour. The only negatives I found was that this place is located in a real small plaza so parking is scarce, especially during the lunch hour (which is exactly when I happened to come here). I highly recommend CK Auto for your car needs. Ken and his crew were very knowledgeable, quick, and thorough. I brought two cars to be worked on at the same time, my 2013 Scion FR-S and my 2007 Highlander Hybrid (a.k.a. Prius Boat). I had tinting done on the Scion and bluetooth installed in the Prius Boat. They really only had time to install the bluetooth but they were able to accommodate my request for tinting to be done at the same time. This was super helpful as I didn't have to make multiple trips and was able to get them done right away. First, let me explain that my Scion FR-S is my baby. I haven't let anyone touch it or breathe on it since I've owned it. I read reviews for every tinting place in the Bay before settling on CK Auto. It had great reviews and great comments. I decided to let the CK team work on my car and they did not fail this crazy car baby mama. They did an amazing job. The tints turned out perfectly and it really does look like this was factory done. The car looks sleeker and I feel less like I'm driving a fish bowl. I've already noticed the amount of reduced glare and sun protection. For the Highlander, since it's from 2007, it didn't have bluetooth but it had a 6-CD changer, which is vintage now. I didn't want to change out the stereo and decided to keep the vintage CD player cause someone in my family still uses CDs. I called last Monday and asked if I could install only bluetooth. Ken told me he'd order the part and get back to me Wednesday to schedule an installation time. Come Wednesday, he called as promised and we scheduled some time. The installation was fast and they showed us how to use set everything up. It works great and now we can drive the boat while talking and rotating through our Jodeci and Boyz II Men CDs. I will definitely be returning to CK Auto Image. I have a long list of mods I'd like to do for the FR-S child and I'm only trusting Ken and his crew to work on my car! Thanks Ken and team! read more

Great place, friendly employees, honest, quick service, good price. I came here after being screwed over by many car stereo places which shall remain nameless. This place was willing to install my radio for much cheaper than the other comparable places. They did everything they said they would, and very quickly. They said they might or might not need a certain cable, which they ended up not needing. And after all that it was even $10 cheaper to do the installation than they quoted! A+ definitely recommend. I bought a used car recently and I got the best deal on the best car I could knowing I could work with Ken again to make it into THE car I want. I would like to start off this review by saying they did not ask me to even give them a review, i rarely leave reviews but felt i should for this business. A minor thing was the time it took, it took in my case 6 hours (11am-5pm). But quality takes time! I checked the vehicle and not a spot anywhere, it really looks like they put there time and effort into it. After the installation, they made themselves available to show my wife how to use the equipment and they stood behind their work. I went here after seeing all of the positive reviews. 1) Scratched my center console terribly when installing the new head unit (note: this is a brand new car and the installer even noted that). Didn't even mention it to me and I saw it the first time I got in my car after the install. 2) Couldn't get steering wheel controls to work. Took 3 visits, still didn't work... 3) Each time I went back to get my car (3 times), they were blasting my stereo system... like full blast. I don't mind much but it was a brand new 13'' ($500) sub. Sure, I hear that they don't need to be broken in, but I'm old fashioned and like to take it easy on my subs in the beginning... then blast them later. I won't be returning. read more

Came in to get my stereo I bought online installed. Only cost 95 bucks. And they had the parts needed to install. They told me less than an hour, came back in 45 mins and they hadn't started yet. So had to wait around another 30 for the guy to finish. They were tinting windows on other vehicles and my truck was not being tended to. Not super happy when I'm being lied to. Highly DO NOT Recommend. I came in asking questions needed my system hooked up and scarface looks at me and talks to me like im below him. Just messed up my day. I let it be cause I just wanted to have my music connected. NEVER again will I come to this place. They didn't even finish the job I had to connect the other speaker when I got home. Very rude & disrespectful. It's like being at the liquor store and the cashier is saying "hurry up and buy!" but when you take out all the 100 dollar bills or spending big, oh now they have a smile and are being really helpful. I had my car speakers installed recently. Initially it was quoted and I decided to bring the car in. Some one at the store installed it for me after 2-3 hours. After the initial install, the speakers was not working at all. The wires were crisscrossed. They did not even test out the speakers before they put the covers back. Then they had to take the cover out again and check. What a waste of time. On top of that, they charged me an extra amount of money for their trouble. The next day, my speakers had no sound and I had to bring it back in again. The lines were off. Very poor job in doing the installation. Customers do not want to come back to fix the problem. To be complete, my speakers are working fine now. read more

I gave them a call, got an estimate over the phone, and he was able to get me an appt for the next day- mind you it was a Saturday, so I was pleased that he was able to fit me in on such sort notice. The customer service is great, they're extremely friendly and polite. The woman in the office that helped me choose what shade of tint to get was extremely helpful. Initially, they did not link the trunk door to the alarm system. They told me at first that the trunk door is normally not linked to the alarm system.
