Jim was the most sensitive and caring person when listening to my situation. He sent Brandon out the next day to set up dehumidifiers in my neighbors home to help prevent any further damage and to help start to dry up the carpet in that room and Brandon did a great job explaining how the agreement went and the process was to go .
