I needed a transmission service last month so with the past good experiment I came to this place, again. My car stayed there all day and then they told me that I did need a transmission service. The front desk person told me that, they can rebuild the transmission with the cost of $ 4100. I asked him if they can find an used transmission and then install it. He told me ,sorry there isn't any used transmission they can find. I asked him, if I find a used one and they can install; he said they don't do that.7 So, his goal was to rebuild the transmission and charge me $ 4100 +. I didn't follow his advice and left. Then, I found a used transmission in Wisconsin online, bought it and delivered it for $ 800. I went to my mechanic garage, they did a fantastic job and replaced the transmission. It was $ 1500 total, part+labor. I saved lots of money and my car is running perfectly on the road. I will never go for any service to Transmission Service store again.
