The power steering when turning was still broken!!!! I called their store immediately and was told that - well, we told you there was still a bit of a glitch!! They then said it needed a steering gear and that would be another $1500.00. They charged me $2400.00 to replace the steeing pump. My daughter has been helping me get in touch with the owner. That was a week ago - she has tried calling back into the store and he is always "out":...but they said he is working on it. I diagnose your car and let you know how many things are wrong. I needed a transmission service last month so with the past good experiment I came to this place, again. My car stayed there all day and then they told me that I did need a transmission service. The front desk person told me that, they can rebuild the transmission with the cost of $ 4100. I asked him if they can find an used transmission and then install it. He told me ,sorry there isn't any used transmission they can find. I asked him, if I find a used one and they can install; he said they don't do that.7 So, his goal was to rebuild the transmission and charge me $ 4100 +. I didn't follow his advice and left. Then, I found a used transmission in Wisconsin online, bought it and delivered it for $ 800. I went to my mechanic garage, they did a fantastic job and replaced the transmission. It was $ 1500 total, part+labor. I saved lots of money and my car is running perfectly on the road. I will never go for any service to Transmission Service store again. He brought it to the guys here and they tested it out and confirmed that we didn't need it and that our vehicle was running great. He turned off the light for us and we were on our way.
