Owners are really nice and prices are fair. My experience could have been better though. I think it was due to them being understaffed. My friends and I came in for some doughnuts and a soft drink. We waited for 5min and no one came to the front. We then asked if anyone was there and got a reply. After another couple minutes he came out with a drink for another customer. Then he helped us. It would've been better if he could acknowledge us and let us know his there and would be with us in a moment instead of us waiting for someone to appear. read more

I was around this area and was craving cronuts. Found this little shop on yelp and decided to give it a try. The worker was friendly. I got the strawberry shortcake Cronut and it was delicious! I've had a few cronuts and I would saw this is one of my favorites! It was crispy, with the texture of a croissant and donut. The strawberry shortcake and the glazed Cronut complimented each other very well and wasn't too sweet. Not sure if they do Nutella banana too, but I didn't see it on the rack. However, they did have the regular Nutella banana donut. I would like to go back and try their Nutella banana if they have it next time! read more

Once I pick up a donut, I just can't stop eating it until it's all gone. Hide the boxes now!! We stopped by Class One because of a friend referral and we were so happy that we did! The service is excellent and so friendly. The donuts that we had here were really delicious and definitely were not soggy. Some of the other donut stores in the area sell donuts that are soggy or sometimes very oily so I feel like I'm having a heart attack while eating those.. but not with the donuts from Class 1! Their donuts stay fresh throughout and the donuts that are meant to be harder (like the old fashioned) maintain its shape and integrity. The donuts are also not too sweet and pair perfectly with a cup of coffee or milk. Parking is ample as it shares a grocery store in the lot and several fast food locations nearby. Went to get a dozen donut day after Christmas, not sure if the donuts were left from 12/24 but these donuts were horrible, stale and no flavor at all. Will not be returning. Family didn't like either. read more

My daughter received a cronut from Class One as a gift, but my husband ate it. He then raved about how good it was, so I had to go and grab some to try. I got a chocolate bar that had chocolate inside and chocolate chips on top. It sounds like a lot but it was perfect. Today we went back for sandwiches and cronuts (they were out the first time). I got a regular turkey and cheese croissant sandwich and it was simple but tasty. And the cronuts were so good!! Crispy outside and soft layers inside. To top it off, Crystal is a total sweetheart! The employees/owners are always super nice to my daughter. We picked up tiger tails, cinnamon rolls, and sprinkles donuts many times and they always give us a few donut holes to take home. Product quality or taste does not justify the increased price compared to literally every other donut shop. Bought 3 donuts for $12. They were good. But I won't be coming back. Maybe the rent they are paying is significantly higher which is why they have to charge so much. read more

You all know the banners on the walls: "coldest beer in town", "best chicken in the city", and when it comes to Class One, "best doughnuts in Glendora". I'm not sure if I was just being a little critical, but I definitely took it as a bold claim, and after looking at the raving reviews, decided to stop in to see what the buzz was all about. It's a big place, but they have a very simple selection. Unfortunately, they were out of a lot of my favorite classics, such as regular glazed, coconut topped, and anything with nuts. I ordered a few and pulled out the cash, surprised that 4 doughnuts were more than $8! These must be good, I thought to myself. That thought didn't last long. Worst tasting were the regular rings, a maple and a sugar sprinkled. The dough was dense and almost reminiscent of a cake over a golden-fried doughnut. You know the kind that breaks instead of tears? Yeah, ugh. Most offensive was the "special" Madagascar doughnut, which just had what was supposed to be a flavored glaze, and just had a single, small raspberry on top; no filling and the same dry, cake-y dough as the rest. Pretty good went to the tiger tail, for the glaze was tasty and abundant. I'm not sure what made them think they could hang a banner claiming to have the best in Glendora, but I feel conned. read more

This is my families favorite donut shop to go to. We love the Oreo donut, Madagascar donut, and ham/cheese/jalapeños croissants. The donuts are delicious and presentation is great. The owners always provide great service. Also, they took their time to say thank you to the healthcare workers at Arcadia Methodist Hosptial and brought donuts to the ICU. If you want delicious donuts and great hospitality come here! read more

Not what it used to be. I've been buying donuts here for 9 years and it has always been a great local neighborhood donut shop. Unfortunately, with rising costs it seems as though they have begun cutting back on quality. My daughter enjoys custard cream fills and the last several times there has been about one bite of cream inside, leaving her disappointed. I just had a raspberry jelly today that also had about one bite of filling. If they are going to raise the prices on filled donuts as they have, they should at least maintain the same quality. The other donuts are normal, decent donuts. read more

The most creative donuts outside of LA! The owners are super friendly, welcoming and greet everyone with a smile! They have your classic donuts (which are done to perfection), but they also have super creative and delicious donuts such as the Oreo donut, fruity pebbles donut, vanilla bean donut, and my favorite, the Homer Simpson donut! The shop is in a plaza with plenty of parking. Ample room inside and a cool, shaded patio outside with chairs and tables and an Instagram worthy bench with a backdrop that says "Donut Worry about a Thing". Class One Donuts also serves hot and cold coffee along with boba and smoothies. Definitely stop by this Glendora donut shop gem for great donuts and the friendliest owners! read more

I would be very cautious with this business. I was short changed during a purchase, they didn't even check but instantly denied it but I know what I gave them. Ok things happen. Went in again a week later and made a purchase, after fixing my coffee I forgot and left my sunglasses on the counter. I was out of town for a week and returned asking if they found my glasses, all the employees said yes they did and started looking for them, the owner came out and said to leave my phone number and he would call me when he found them. Two days later I went back, the owner was very rude and disrespectful and said someone must of moved them. I never got a call and lost a $200 pair of sunglasses that they found and realized the values. Will never set foot in there again. " Be careful " read more

Visiting Class One Donuts is always a pleasant experience. The team there is always so sweet and they actually make an effort to talk to you and get to know their customers. That to me is top notch service when a business is actually friendly. It makes each customer's visit memorable and enjoyable. So, my co-worker came by the office one day to spoil me with breakfast. She raves about this place all the time! Well she gave me the most bomb breakfast croissant with jalapeños and avocado! It was delish! Now when she comes into the office she asks if I want anything and I said go to that bomb place that has those good croissants. I know the name of this place now now because I am going to make it a mission to get something on my weekends. I need to try more. read more

They were out of plain glazed mini donuts, so I asked Ashley who helped me to give me an assortment of the pink sprinkled, chocolate sprinkled, and plain chocolate, glazed donuts. Believe me, they were a hit at the meeting! Everyone was asking me where a Krispy Kreme was because they thought the closest one was in Ontario. Thanks to Ashley for your patience in explaining to me how the assortment options work! Apparently, new seasonal ones are 50 cents more per donut. It's a bit out of my way, but I do believe the donuts were melt-in-your-mouth fluffy sugary delights that were worth indulging in once in awhile!

When my kid said it tasted funny, I split the ham and cheese croissant in half and noticed the dough was still raw in the center. I bought 4 ham and cheese and they were all undercooked. I devoured the jalapeño ham and cheese croissant, which I only got one. It was delicious but I did think the "cheese" (most likely raw dough) was a little weird. Regardless, it was yummy. If you must try them, check the inside and just reheat it in the oven. And just get the jalapeño ham and cheese.
