Believe it or not, a cart did over $2000 damage to both doors on the left side of my truck. Classic Collision fixed my truck back to the way it was before the crash. I have used Classic Collision before and will, if need, use them again. I highly recommend them. Very professional and timely. Their communication with me was periodic with updates all along the way and much appreciated.

The fender popping off is obviously not unsightly but who knows what could of happened as I drove across the country this past dec 2020.

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give this place no stars on Yelp, I would. The initial accident was in feb/March of 2017. The front left fender took all the impact. I noticed after a few weeks or so the fender continued to pop off. There's a warranty on the repair so I brought it back a few times to get to fixed. It was seemingly a "quick-fix" / "let's get you out of here ASAP kind of fix" since each time I've brought it in, whomever was working on it, just pushed the fender back in and not long after I would leave the collision center, the fender would pop back out. This past December 2020 I had trip planned across country so I thought I should finally get this fixed. I came by the shop the week before Thanksgiving 2020 and What a nightmare it was to get any communication from classic collision. Each time I called the GM he said he hadn't heard from geico yet, that he needed to get the supplement approved first, and he'd call me back so finally I called Geico myself where I got connected and got sent to multiple agents. I came to find out the supplement request wasn't even sent until I started calling geico myself. That Took about 3 weeks before I could finally get classic collision to get make any movement on reopening my claim and scheduling the repair and that's because I TOOK THE TIME TO CALL GEICO MYSELF! Really seemed like classic collision didn't seem to care about my claim at all because I ended up spending so much time on the phone with Geico. When I had asked the GM For updates regarding the parts coming in or progress during the repair, the GM would tell me it'd slow their work down just to simply let me know what's going on. I asked for updates since it took 3 WEEKS FOR CLASSIC COLLISION TO SUBMIT THE SUPPLEMENT REQUEST so I felt that it was reasonable to keep me in the loop. I picked up my car the week before Christmas 2020. Everything looked great. Smelled of fresh paint. I had the car for about a week and noticed the fender is popping off again! I wonder if they did anything. I call the GM and informed him of what I noticed. I was already set to leave across country so I'm left looking for a body shop where I am currently to fix whatever classic collision didn't. What a waste of time! Who really knows what they did on my car. They probably pocketed the money. ****wanted to add that the only employees wearing masks were those who interacted with customers (which is fine I guess . . . . although from the waiting area customers can see employees walking between cubicles, offices, the bathroom, and to the back with no mask on speaking freely). Also, The woman at the front desk would pull down her mask to speak. Might as well not wear a mask at all! **I brought all these complaints up to the GM whenever he did answer the phone (which was rare) and when I last met with him at the shop. He apologized for any inconvenience, but what was the use of apologizing if he continually remained uncommunicative??

I…read morebrought in a Vossen HF-5 (Matte Gunmetal) for a curb rash repair, and it was a disaster from start to finish. Technical Failure: They failed the color match twice. They used a satin finish that didn't match the finish of my other wheels. The tech actually claimed he "matched the center cap," which is a different material and color than the wheel face, and told me the paint "needed time in the sun" to change texture. Safety Issue: After the second attempt, the paint chipped immediately, causing a leaky tire. When I called to report this, the receptionist said chipping paint wouldn't cause a leak, which isn't accurate when the chip is on the bead seat. Avoidance & Dishonesty: I called on Monday and was told the manager, Sylvester, would call me back. I waited a full day and never heard a word. I eventually had to call corporate just to get the GM Sal's number to get any movement. The Interaction: When I finally went in for a refund, I ended up speaking directly to Sylvester. He claimed he never called me back because he was "working nights," even though the staff had confirmed he was on-site during the day when I originally called. I accepted the refund because I no longer trust this shop's honesty or technical ability. If you have a high-end vehicle or aftermarket wheels, save yourself the headache and go to a specialist who actually knows what they are doing.
