Since then, Nathan and his crew have tackled several jobs for us, from trimming a 20-foot high arborvitae hedge to felling a huge tree that had begun leaning towards the house. The project was completed but not to the agreement. I wrote this off as a slight misunderstanding because a majority of the work was completed the way I was expecting. I did receive some bi-weekly maintenance until the sun stopped shining. This is where it took a turn for the worse. My maintenance stopped and my inquires both email and phone were ignored until the spring. the payments kept coming out of my account but I still received no service. I didn't get any contact until from them until I filled out a negative review of their services. Long story short. this company does not care about their customers only their bottom line. I would say this is hyperbole if I hadn't talked to Adam about this fact and I got a lecture about how the company can't be expected to act any differently and stay in business. There are many other companies out there I would NOT recommend this one. They seem to be more concerned with outward appearance and collecting as much money from their customers while citing justification based on a vague interpretation of a contract.

They were excellent!…read more The first thing that made me want to use them is when Scott came out to look at my various fruit trees. I'd been told by other arborists that these trees needed trimming. When I asked Scott if my trees needed trimmed he asked, "Why?". He said they were fine as they were. That saved me a huge amount of money right there. He walked around the rest of my land giving good advice, and he didn't feel the need to do many things the other arborists wanted to do. This alone was even more money savings for me. Scott was very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. When we did decide what needed to be done, he sent out his crew who were very respectful and courteous. I had a tree cut down and other trees trimmed, and the crew cleaned up nicely so I didn't have extra debris on my yard. They were very efficient. Had service done and completed. Rained during insulation so…read moreinspection was done without completely looking at boards. Over 20 boards are severely cracked and need replaced . They refuse to replace saying manufacture defect. Other stabilizing boards cracked as well and I've been told company can't be responsible for quality of wood. They will not provide receipt of payment in full as well. 7 days after completion they will not fix even though I have 12 months in contract. They also refuse to provide a receipt of payment. Very sad I really trusted what they said about their quality.
