My only gripe is that I'm always seated in the first 'greenhouse' looking section, that only fits about 4 tables, and the acoustics are just awful. My boyfriend and I joke that we always seem to be sat next to the loudest and most insufferable people when we come here - you feel like you're in the middle of everyone else's conversations and can hear every word, and there's always, somehow, a person right near us going on some rant or political tirade, and to be honest it kind of ruins the meal for us. Due to the proximity and small enclosed space, it's impossible to tune other people out. There's also no sense of privacy for your own conversation, which always gives me the ick to have others so on top of me at a restaurant. Perhaps next time we come we just need to request a table in the further back part, and hopefully that would improve things because I do love the food here. Free street parking is not too difficult to find in this area, although you may need to go a little ways down Wood Street or even take a side road. There is a bit of reckless driving in the area due to this being a business essentially in a neighborhood, so be vigilant when crossing the street or picking up your order - people doing takeout have a habit of blocking a whole lane to put their car there with the hazards on, but it's a pretty dangerous and inconvenient place to do this. Please just find a real parking spot if you're grabbing takeout.

Love this place. My friends brought me here for the first time a couple of months ago and I was hooked on the Pepperoni pizza the first time I had it. The pepperonis were crisp (which is a pet peeve of mine) and the pizza looked so good, I (almost) didn't want to eat it!! I haven't tried any of the other menu items, but if you're looking for quality pizza, this is the place!! I go there to eat, but I also go there to use their free wi-fi and because of that I tend to sit there for a few hours at a time working. Since I'm sitting there for such long stretches, I get to see what goes on "behind the scenes" more than you normally would. I have read some of the other reviews where a couple of people have had customer service issues, but I can only report what I have seen and on the whole I was impressed with how hard the staff seems to work, if they are not preparing pizzas, they are prepping items or cleaning or making sure the eat-in clientele are happy ...they are always in motion and I think that says a lot about a place. They're not just "showing up at the job", they seem to care about what they do and it definitely translates into the quality of the pizza. Delicious!! read more

Worst customer service I have ever had! My order has been wrong 4 times in a row. The last 2 happened same day 20 mins apart. They blame it on there comp system even though I told them by mouth what I wanted. After coming home to pizza wrong again, I called for the right one to be made and delivered to my house. After 70 minutes I call back, just to hear a girl trying to cover the phone only not too and have her tell her "manager" I'm not lying for you. This place must be closing or changed Ownership. They don't deserve to be in business with the lack of respect for not only a customer a human being. The fact I have no choice to give 1 star sickens me. They don't have 2 L bottles of soda, but they were nice enough to let us know we could go buy one across the street at the gas station (downside: they are not refrigerated). They also asked if we wanted everything at the same time or whenever they're done; It was a kind gesture. After about 20-30 minutes, the food came out. It was hot, fresh, and overall, everything was delicious. The pasta and meatballs came out in an aluminum container, about 5 in x 8 in. There was a good amount of red sauce and 4 big meatballs. The meatballs were really delicious, with the red sauce being average, and the pasta cooked a bit longer than al dente. I usually prefer white sauces, but red is the only option they have. They couldn't cut to the sandwich is 5 pieces since it would create a mess, so the best they could do is 4. The sandwich was toasted perfectly. It had a good amount of chicken. The toppings were fresh. Although it was a simple sandwich, I was very pleased with the taste. The pizza was good. My only complaint would be that I wish it were cooked a bit more for a crispier experience - in hindsight, I should've specified this when ordering. This also goes for the veggies where I wish they were grilled to have a slight char before putting it on the pizza or allowing them to get crispy. However, I think flavor wise, it was good. The sausage was really delicious and the cheese, although it didn't have a pull, it was the right amount and tasty. We paid about $50 for this food, which was good considering the 5 of us ate and left satisfied.
