We have had difficulty finding a grooming that would help our lovely dog, she's a Shih Tzu and unfortunately didn't keep the regular maintenance on her fur. Luckily Classy Clips was able to help and she looked cuter than ever. 5/5 stars will reschedule with them!

We've been using Classy Clips for over two years. I'm a picky dog owner. My number one priority is that my labradoodles have a good experience. That was not happening until we started using This groomer. She and her husband really care about animals and it shows. I will be honest and let you that time management is not their strength. But they are gentle with the dogs, they listen to what you want, and they let you know if they notice anything concerning. We've seen positive changes in how our dogs feel after Grooming and when we brush them in between Grooming appointments. Happy doodles = happy dog owners.

My dog was rejected at pet smart ‍ we wanted to get him nice and clean for the holidays but once we arrived my 70+ pound German shepherd was a bit too much for them. We were asked to set up an appointment when it was less busy. I was mortified because well, our boy was a bit excited and really wasn't playing nice with other dogs . My cousin recommended classy clips and I'm so GRATEFUL!! I was worried our boy would act out and give them a hard time and we would once again be looking for a groomer... Korrina and her husband were AWESOME! And our boy came out looking amazing! My husband and i couldn't be happier! Dodger looked really good, and he BEHAVED!!! We went from seeing dog hair all over the house to hardly any. Thank you for hooking up our Dodger, we get compliments every time we take him out for walks! I would highly recommend classy clips!

First time using a mobile pet groomer. Very slow response time, took weeks to finally book appointment, arrived 1 hour late. On July 31, I reached out to Korrina and she did not respond for 27 hours. When she replied, I shared details about our dog and what we were looking for, and we narrowed down a time. I asked if August 17th works for her around 9? She did not reply until August 10th saying "okay let me take a look at the time." No reply. Two days later I followed up asking if our appointment was confirmed because I finally read other reviews on Yelp detailing this company's reputation... Five days later and two days before our initially proposed appointment, she finally got back to me saying "ok I'm looking at around 8:30 for u". At this point I was annoyed, I could have looked into other groomers at this point. But at least it was scheduled. Our day came, we were waiting, 8:30 came and went, at 8:39 she said she was on her way, at 9:32 she arrived. For a while there I was worried she'd cancel like other reviewers have said. She took 30 minutes to groom my dog and I paid her via Zelle. All in all, she was nice but being responsive is key in this day and age. I'm glad my dog is shaved and clean so now we can begin consistently groom her but I think I'm better off looking at other mobile groomers.

This is the only place I go to. Korinna is really great with him and knows what she's doing. They come right to the house and only take about an hour, and that's on Tucker's crazy long fur. But the real reason I go here is because Tucker picked the place. I've tried taking him to other groomers before, there's one by my house that is cheaper, and on the second visit Tucker would not go in, he kept resisting and pulling on his leash. Once I forced him in he started to cry so we left. When he goes to Classy Clips not only is he excited to see Korinna every time, but he's even tried to run back inside when he was finished. You can tell that they really care about the dogs and are really great with them. Tucker is 16 and it's very important to me that he's taken care of, that he's near by, and it's quick, and classy clips provides all of those things. I have noticed that over the years there has been a decrease in the speediness of communication. I don't mind, I always give it some time to book his appointment, and make it for a day when I have an open schedule, so I'm a little more flexible if she's late. I know that she's really busy, and is grooming full time as well as responding to messages and setting appointments. But I don't like people leaving negative reviews on my favorite dog groomer! Maybe they should consider getting an appointment setter?

Great job on our rottweiler. She would run and hide when the nail clippers came out and would spend the day nervously watching me from the doorway until they were put back in the drawer.. this was so much easier! She arrived on time and did a great job!

Korina was great. My pup has skin problems and can be skittish around people. Well, not with Korina. He loved her! That tells me all I need to know. Her rig looks great and she is knowledgeable and fast. Her prices are fair and I would highly recommend her. She's definitely good with animals and grooming. My pup doesn't pose well for pictures but trust me, he's happy. :).

Korinna was absolutely amazing at styling our Aj and made her feel comfortable and safe. She is an elderly poodle with advanced arthritis in her front paws and lower half of her body so she can be a bit difficult to work with but Korinna made her feel at ease and took such great care of her. It also made us feel better that she had worked at a vets office before. We were so grateful that she answered us so promptly and gave a very fair and reasonable price in comparison with the area groomers. We will certainly use her again and I will update when she tends to our other two dogs. But Aj has never looked better.

Trevor is the one that grooms our dog and he does great with him! He doesn't like just anyone! Our boy is very picky and hyper, but Trevor manages him so well and does an amazing job!! The low review is actually for Korinna the one that handles the appointments and I believe she grooms smaller dogs. She is incredibly unprofessional, she's rude, responds days after, she will cancel appointments last minute and be upset that she has to reschedule you. I guess she doesn't need clients.. She should not be the management of this team. read more

Both Korinna and Trevor are incredibly patient with our two labs, and we always receive outstanding service. I have tried to schedule a groom for my dog (second time). Very unresponsive and not responsible. She changes appointment time according to her schedule ON THE DAY of the scheduled time and didn't even show up. Very disappointed. i would rate "No star". read more

Very bad and unprofessional. They lie to you about communication and appointment scheduling. Then when You have an appointment they say they are On their way and never show up. Very rude. Would not trust my dog with these people. They have also done this to two other people that I personally know. read more

I never do yelp reviews but I am sooooo HAPPY with my service from Korinna. I have a 2 yr old German Shepherd. He is GIANT and very protective. He was super overdue for grooming. Korinna came here, she was super patient with Gunner who is a little shy when it comes to meeting new people. She did an amazing job and my dog looks soooo good. She took care of any knots he had since he is a long haired dog. I am super happy and definitely will be booking with her again. Definitely recommend. Thanks Korinna! read more

We just moved and our poor dog was overdue for a grooming because of our busy schedule related to moving. I texted Korinna and she responded quickly and was able to get us an appt within a day of contacting her. My dog is a nervous rescue dog, but she was very patient and gentle with him. We used classy clips for a long time. She was good with our pups until she shaved my puppy somehow mistaking her for our older male dog. All her puppy fur was gone (she will never have that look again). We have golden doodles and the puppy coat is the best! I couldn't believe it when my beautiful puppy came back to us completely cut down! I was not happy to say the least! We will never use her again! If it had not been for this unforgivable mistake, we might have still used her. I just can't get over this mistake! So if you do use her, be very clear what you expect! I thought we were since she's cut our dog since birth! read more

Korinna is amazing! My pups needed to be groomed this weekend and she took us right in! She did an amazing job on my pup Lexie. Bailey will be in tomorrow for her grooming and I'm confident she will be as beautiful and well taken care of! My girls are my kids and I can't thank you enough for caring for Lexie as if she was ur own pup. Really appreciate how professional and patient you are Korinna!!! Amazing work and amazing groomer! God bless her! I am extremely impressed with Korinna and Classy Clips for the following reasons: 1. Excellent quality. Her experience working at an animal hospital and years of grooming experience shows in the amazing quality and attention to detail that she does everything with. The experience for the animal is so much better than going to a Petsmart. 2. Incredible personality. She is so adorable and personable and such a pleasure to deal with in every way. She is responsive to texts and calls and she is extremely reassuring. Basically, an absolute sweetie. 3. Beyond reasonable prices. Her prices are unbelievable. For the quality of work that she does, she basically charges nothing. There are more reasons that I can write but you should just go check it out for yourself. She is wonderful. Setting up an appointment with Korinna was easy and quick. I was able to get my boys Bowser and Scout appointments that week. And the pricing was very reasonable- one of the things that probably made me hold off on getting them groomed for so long were the prices I saw at places. She did such a clean and detailed job that I hardly recognized my frizzy fur balls! They look great and seem happy with their summer cuts. read more

The groomers name was Kaitlyn who did her and she did a great job. Very friendly, got Skye's undercoat out, and gave me a recommendation for which brush I should buy for inbetween grooms. The feel inside is great. Roomy and clean. Each station has its own door, and you can choose between a bath tub or a flat shower type basin. The hook up system for keeping your dog tethered is great. The water temperature is adjustable, and the shower heads swivel so nicely, plus are squeeze pressure style. They had some girls doing professional grooming in the back as well as doing check out, and they were so nice. I asked one of the girls for her opinions on my dogs coat and she was really helpful. Also, this place sells items directly from FrostPaws Bakery, who I've used several times in the past for custom birthday cakes.

There was a dog in the front desk climbing on the desk table where the dog was friendly to people approaching the desk but the moment they had taken my dog to the back past the front desk that dog barked aggressively and lunged towards my dog and the only thing saving an incident was the dog was hooked on a leash to the wall. My dog tucked his tail and lunged away when this occurred. This happened both at drop off and pick up. Definitely will find another place. Plus my dog did have an accident which is fair can be frustrating but accidents happen and I felt there was a tone of irritation in the person's voice over the phone when notifying me. Grooming was subpar as well.

I had specifically requested a teddy bear face and was assured that she would be groomed in the same manner as my previous visit (despite not returning for two years due to a similar issue). My appointment was the last of the day, and the grooming was completed in about 20 minutes--much quicker than the usual 45 minutes. The result looked rushed and did not resemble the teddy bear style at all. Instead, she ended up with a narrow, poodle-like snout and a fluffy top. When I calmly expressed my concern, the response I received was dismissive ("I think she looks cute"), rather than acknowledging the issue. I was also initially blamed for trimming her hair myself, even though I clearly explained I had only lightly trimmed above her eyes and not around the nose. Eventually, the owner acknowledged that the grooming resembled a poodle cut rather than the teddy bear style I had requested. Additionally, I was told that customers typically refer to the style I wanted as a "donut" cut. As a customer, I am not familiar with specific grooming terminology and relied on clear communication describing the look I wanted. To further add to my dissatisfaction, I was charged a higher price than expected, and Coco's nails were not trimmed as part of the service. Overall, this experience was disappointing, particularly given the clear request and prior assurances.

This groomer has a little play area that your pup can walk freely in before and after their appointment. Right when we walked in my dog was not scared at all, a little anxious because it was a new place but not scared. When I picked her up after her appointment she was relaxed and happy. My dog felt very safe here and she was definitely in good hands. I loved the way my dog was groomed and the amount of time and price are very reasonable. She was very responsive to my questions and she even sent me before and after photos of my pup when I was on my way to pick her up (she will give you a heads up before she is done so you can pick your dog up right after she is finished). I just have to say wow! Love my groomer korinna she is absolutely the best groomer I have been to so far Sadie my Maltese and Chloe my Yorkie absolutely love her ! They forget I'm even there when she pulls up they get so excited !!! Looks like the bad reviews on here are from people that have never even used this company ... well your loss !!You won't find a better groomer in the rancho area , not only is she easy to set an appointment through text but she genuinely loves her job and it shows in her work and how much my babies love when she comes every two weeks, we are so blessed to have found a groomer like korinna and are forever clients rt here! Can't say enough praises Ive been coming to her for 6 years now every two weeks and every visit has been a 5 star experience ! Classy clips is the best groomer by far I have used! I used her before she went mobile and that was around 7 years ago , I have had a few pass away and gained new pets in that time and she has been caring and gone above and beyond since the first day we brought our furbabies to her , if I book last minute she does her best to get me in as soon as she possibly can even when it's past her normal hours and we are more than appreciative for all that she does ! My cat not to fond of grooming always comes back with a fresh beautiful clip and smelling great, my dogs run right in the trailer the second we open the door. She is affordable , extremely skilled in what she does and caring! read more

I was very impressed with the job Korinna did with my mini poodle. She cut her exactly the way I asked. More importantly, she was very sweet to my dog, and didn't keep her in a cage for too long. She does all the little things that the other groomers do, plus gives the dogs some TLC and a calm atmosphere. There are only a couple of dogs there at any one time, so the dogs don't get stressed out with all the commotion from being in a larger facility. When I picked up my little girl, she not only looked adorable, but she was relaxed and happy. We'll definitely be returning! read more

I tried classy clips for the first time last week and I have to say I am so happy with how my pup came out! We have a German Shepard (zoey)that seems to have endless hair shedding and also a Pitbull (chance)that can be moody at times with past groomers , when we got zoey back she looked shiny amazing and almost no hair was coming off of her which is a first getting her back from any of her other groomers , they allowed us to check on chance while he was getting groomed and he was so comfortable and came back smelling amazing read more

My sweet cocker spaniel was having a very hard time being groomed at the Vets. I was referred to Classy Clips mobile pet grooming by a good friend. I am so happy with the quality of the grooming and so is my fur baby. I have both my cockers groomed by Classy Clips. One of my spaniel has been having problems with skin irritations and Classy Clips has been so helpful with suggestions. My spaniel is doing so much better since he is being groomed by Classy Clips. I absolutely love Bandits haircut we just moved to Rancho Cucamonga and it's been SO hard trying to find the right pet groomer and I finally got in touch with Classy Clips and Korrin did an outstanding job ! I will now come back whenever Bandit needs a haircut ! Thank you I recommend Classy Clips if anyone is having troubles finding a groomer . Korinna is amazing with animals! She has groomed my dogs for several years now. I own three small dogs, a morkie (maltese-yorkie) a shih tzu, and a shih poo. I won't take them or trust them with anyone else...she loves them and treats them like are her own. My dogs used to feel anxiety when going to other groomers, but not any more. She does it out of her home and only takes the number of dogs she can manage so they all get quality attention. read more

This the best mobile grooming services I have ever used!! I have used Classy Clips services a few times and Korinna has been very reliable and convenient with my schedulle. My dog Nova, is always happy to see her and feels like she is at home when she is the trailer being groomed. Korinna the owner was easy to communicate with what we wanted done as far as grooming and booking was easy through text , they did a great job and we will be having them come out monthly from here on out! Good service when you're able to get it. They did a good job with my pet. However communication is nonexistent. Almost impossible to get a timely response for a booking. Late appointments, to even not showing up without a courteous call. The stress of waiting for a response or if even your appointment will be made isn't worth it. I will no longer use them. I wish them the best. read more
