I read the reviews and it sounded like this nail salon was worth trying. Nikki and Tina gave me the best manicure and pedicure I had received in 6 months since I have moved to the area. It's so hard to find a good nail salon to start over again when you relocate. The salon was clean, inviting, trendy in decor. They were friendly, they gave an amazing/relaxing massage, they had brand new nail polish to choose from, not old nail polish that will never dry like some places around here no matter how many hours you wait. They paid attention to detail. I've had so many compliments on my manicure and for all that, they were not overpriced. I'm happy I drove past a salon on every corner for 3.1 miles to try this place. If you want perfection, attention to detail and nails that look absolutely amazing then book with Lily. Recently Lily was on vacation and I had to see another therapist who seemed rushed, indifferent and did not do the detailed job that Lily does. I appreciate her even more now. I picked a color off the wall that stated "satin, no top coat needed" I then asked if I could get a top coat if I preferred it more shiny and was told that it would cost $3 more. A top coat is included in any mani/pedi and I thought this was ridiculous. I then asked if they had a similar color that wasn't satin and the lady made me go look for myself in the middle of my pedicure. Once I found a color I liked that was similar the manicurist suggested I go with the satin one and I okayed her for my finger nails. The paint was super think and caked in weird ways. She kept putting on more coats to try to fix it. Needless to say, I'm not happy. I had the pedicurist use the other color I found on my feet and they look great. I'm going to have to go home and take off the paint on my fingernails now, which is really aggravating. I'm moving at the end of the month and won't be coming back for nails like I'd planned. read more

They did an excellent job on my nails! I love having my nails done but HATE when they're long. Other places I've been to they try and talk me into adding tips, but I told them I like my nails short they didn't seem to have a problem keeping them that way, and they look fabulous. Make an appointment, but they do take walk-ins. I went on a Tuesday after work, arrived just after 5:00 and I wasn't done with my acrylic fill and pedicure until after 7:15. They got me right in for my pedicure, but they did my fill afterwards so I waiting around for a little while until the person ahead of me was done getting her nails done. Being in the beauty industry, I feel I have a lot of patience when it comes to mistakes and what not, but today was just too much. After an awful pedicure where I jerked my foot away in pain more than a few times because she was just rushing through as fast as possible, I got to the manicure table. At least this nail tech was polite and calm with the tools. I picked a light pink color to go with my graduation outfit. I would have assumed that if they knew the color wasn't going to be dark enough to cover the hair color stains on my nails they would have said something, and yet nothing. And to top it, the nail tech then raised her voice at me when I expressed that I had to leave because we had a dinner reservation but wished I would have been told that the color was not suitable for my nails. I paid almost $100 for a pedicure that I did not enjoy in the slightest and nails that I plan to paint over myself until I can make it back to another salon. The only positive thing I took away from today was that the salon seemed clean and I'm not afraid of infection or nail fungus, even though my nails look like I have one. read more

Racist. I've been there about 15x's. Always great experience. Until I took my friend in (race is black), the ladies would not stop looking at him. Their faces welcomed him with slight disgust mixed in with a little "is he lost?" They didn't offer him any refreshments as they usually do for EVERYONE else. One of the older ladies started his water for his pedicure... Appeared to prepare for his pedicure. Before starting she condescendingly asked if he played professional football (bc apparently thats the only way he could appear successful and live in the surburbs). He responded politely, No. She got up and in their native language shared a joke with another lady and made the decision to not do his pedi. She had a newer lady complete the pedicure, which was terrible. Y'all... I wish I could've recorded this, I was in straight disbelief!! Never again coming to this establishment. Yelp, definitely did not steer me wrong!! I am fairly new to the Dallas area and have been searching for a nail salon that does good work with a lasting gel polish. I've searched high and low and have wasted tons of money due to polish chipping or the nail techs were sloppy leaving polish on your cuticles. Classy Nails Spa; on the other hand, did an EXCELLENT JOB!!!!!!!! My gel manicure was done to perfection and currently has been on for 2 weeks with no chipping/peeling. I have finally found a new salon and will pass the word to all my friends and family. They have a large array of gel polish to choose from and was not crowded at all. I don't know why this place has good review?! I have given them multiple chances but the aura of the place is just OFF and I don't know about you guys but when I go to a nail place I want to relax. That being said, the owner's daughter is always angry and on a short fuse, popping off on customers. If you ever say you are not satisfied with anything she will get very defensive! Her mother on the other hand is constantly up charging clients. I had my nails done in California and noticed the salons in Texas typically box or round up the nails. Mind you her nail tech and daughter both had done my nails in the passed with the same shape and didn't charge me extra but the mom said no it's an extra $5. First time at this salon. Overall this was a nice place for a pedicure. I went over my lunch hour and had the classic pedicure which is priced comparably to other nail spas I've been too. My tech was very nice and professional and the salon was very clean. It's is a little out of the way from busier streets so it wasn't very busy at noon on a Friday, so that's a plus. The only thing that was disappointing to me was the lack of polish selection. There was still quite a bit there, but not nearly as many options as other places I've been to. I personally prefer Essie polish, and their Essie selection was all the way at the top, out of reach, so hardly ever used so they were practically solidified. I chose another brand instead and was still pleased with the result. My tech took the time to make sure there was a sufficient amount of color coats - I chose a white polish. Other than the one nail seeming a little rough and not smoothed out at the top, I'm very pleased with the pedicure and would recommend this spa to anyone. read more
