Over priced. I got a no chip manicure and no chip pedicure. My daughter got a short full set with no design or anything just one color and a no chip pedicure. They charged us $208! I asked why so much and was told "oh yeah no chip cost more and your daughter got a full set." I have been there before and gotten more elaborate work didn't pay over $100 with tips. I don't know why prices are so different now but I have NEVER paid that much for any nail services. I like my nails but I definitely won't be back. read more

The worse no-chip manicure I have ever had. Got a no chip manicure on Saturday 2/10/24. Today is Tues. 2/13/24 and every single one of my nails have chipped at the tip. Both hands. $40.00 plus tip. Really disappointed as Valentines day dinner is tomorrow. Also, she had a hard time finding the color I picked and I'm pretty sure she just grabbed a similar color but didn't tell me. I love and will continue to love coming to this beautiful and clean salon. I got EXACTLY what i asked for it was actually perfect. I've been coming here for about a year and the knowledge that they have for me just taking care of my nails and not doing acrylics every day of the year is so helpful for somebody new to acrylics like I am. I do love the acrylics that they do provide for me though. My favorite nail artist would be Lynn she kills it. Every time has made my nails look perfect. Every single time I took this beautiful picture outside of Magic Kingdom in Disney World. The salon help me help my now brothers fiancé, pick her nails for her proposal and they turned out beautiful as well. She just got a simple no chip and it was perfect. This is the second time I've gone to this place because at first I thought it was the person that did my nails. Only reason I give this place a 2 is because the lady that did my nails was nice. But if you go for DIP, ITS NOT REALLY DIP! She put the sheer dip on and then proceeded to use gel nail polish and UV light on top. If you're a die hard dip user and have been getting it for over a year like me you know what the dip method is. I even asked her because didn't use a color powder for the DIP. When I normally get dip, it stays on for 3+ weeks. This took 3 days. I also have chips on all my nails because again ITS NOT DIP! Ok, so, if there was a less than a fraction of 1 star, I would give this salon that many stars. I just want to say how much it saddens me to leave this review, because I live so darn close to this one nail place! But they have burned me with the nail drill... EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. This last time, I have learned my lesson. And no matter how short of a walk it is... I cannot do it. They are not careful They are not trained All of their instruments are filthy. The owner who is unmistakeable as everytime I've been there, she parades around in the most gaudy faux fur white vest you have ever seen...and is waaay over made-up. Anyway, she always tries to do my nails personally as a favor? But this last time, was the last time she was going to burn my nail bed with that drill. And don't even get me started on the LENGTH OF TIME it takes to get just a manicure! You'll be there all day. So, after they burned my cuticles with the drill attempting to get the remnant of my acrylic nails off, they then placed an acetone-soaked cotton ball directly on all of the wounds they inflicted as a result of the drill. I was biting my lip and shaking my head in pain. I began talking to the woman next to me, and she was in total shock and absolutely horrified. The nail tech saw this and then began getting upset, and told me in essence to just get up and go. THE Best thing I could say is that they only got the lady sitting next to me with the drill ONCE!! I have been a loyal customer for a long time. I would come in every 2 weeks for a no-chip manicure. Yesterday, I came in for my regular manicure only to get home and have the nail polish bubble up causing the first layer of nail polish to peel off. I called the following day and made an appointment to have my nails re-done. When I showed up at my scheduled appointment, not only were they rude to me but wouldn't address my situation. They kept on telling me how busy they were and I needed to come back. I explained to them multiple times that I had an appointment at 3. I don't understand why they schedule appointments if they obviously can't honor them. Maybe they should stick to just strictly walk-in appointments. They only removed certain fingernail polish even after pointing out the other bubbles on my other nails. I left the salon so upset because of the way they treated me, only to come home and have two of the nails they fixed bubble and peel away. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Literally zero customer service. No hospitality whatsoever. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted, a man walked up to me, pointed at the nail polish and looked incredibly put out that I was there. (I had an appointment.) There were some older children in the corner who were fighting and yelling at each other that had been sitting with the man when I walked in. Very odd. I was brought back to a chair for a pedicure, the water was cold and the equipment was dirty. When he pulled out a very used and dirty file, that's when I got up and left. First time customer , will not return. The salon was way understaffed on a Saturday morning . The owner started my dip manicure but kept getting up and walking away to tend to other duties in the back room. There were times I sat alone for ten minutes or more at the nail station waiting for her to return. I would have asked for another employee to continue the manicure, but there were no other employees to be seen! After an hour, I was only halfway through my manicure, with my old dip removed. I Asked to pay for dip removal only as I had another commitment to attend. I came today for a no chip with full set and a pedicure. My pedicure was fantastic. I was seated in a private pedicure room with up to date massage chairs equipped with electronic controls. My nail technician, Jenny, took her time and did not rush. My full set came out nice also. She took her time and made sure I was happy with the designs she did. Yes, they are on the pricey side but I'm a firm believer in paying a little more for quality service. I will have to agree with some reviewers on the negative attitude of the owner. 2 stars- The atmosphere was great and classy as the name describes and the staff was very friendly. My issue was I came in for the mani-pedi, which I thought they did a good job until I got home and gave it the real once over. The Polish was a little messy/wasn't as neat as I've had before. This salon is terrible! I booked a mani/pedi and it was the worst experience I have ever had! The tech was done in less than 45 minutes, for both! Mind you, I don't want to spend 2 hours there but she went so fast and did such a lousy job that I was dumbfounded. She acted as if she didn't understand me so after a few requests, I just gave up! She was young and I am sure understands english!!!! She took the warm towel to wipe my legs down instead of wrapping them. The amount of lotion on both the foot and hand "massage" was minuscule! She spent less than 30 seconds on both foot and hand massages! The most upsetting part was that there was no plastic shield between us (for manicure) which every other salons seems to have and the utensils were not from a new disinfected package! She just kept insisting "they clean". I can't believe this salon isn't closed down for unsanitary and not obeying covid protections! Don't waste your money there! read more

I have been coming here for years but I'm pretty disappointed. I went on Friday and asked for gel tips with white no chip and was told gel is better. The next day, 3 nails had cracked. I went Monday and I was asked to come back the next day, I did and the nails were removed. I said I just wanted them fixed and was never told I would be paying anything, and every nail except 3 were cracked. I waited 45 soaking the gel off before getting a new set and being told at the end that they would give me a discount and could pay $25. And I still asked for no chip polish and was given something else but I had to be somewhere so I didn't fight it. I paid $75 + 2 tips for basic white nails so I will go somewhere else next time. $50 for a pedicure!?! People looking for a deal might want to steer clear, but if you want 1.5 hours of bliss, keep reading. I needed some cute hooves for my upcomign DC trip, and I wouldn't have time to go to my normal place at home. Thank you yelpers for coming to my rescue. I was easily talked into the Deluxe Pedicure, which included a honey scrub, a parrafin treatment, and a pretty ferocious hot stone massage of my calves and feet (a first). Tammy and I had a bit of a language barrier, but we communicated through my grunts, groans and sighs and her smiles and 'OK?'s. The place is gorgeous. Very spa soothing for being so large. Multiple rooms keeps it from feeling like a foot dormitory. Their massage chairs were magic, and I fired mine up over and over and over again, kneeding away at my lower back for the full 1.5hrs. Now... I've had better polish jobs, I must admit. She didn't buff my nails smooth, so the polish looks more like what I'm capable of then that acrylic nail look. But, I'm still 5 stars for the pure pampering of this place. read more

Instead of apologizing and rectifying the situation, I was told that I must've been too rough on my nails and to come back when Brian, who originally did my nails, was working. If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would but I was forced to give a 1 or greater. If you want to get a fungal or bacterial infection in your body that requires hospitalization you will come to classy nail salon. The supplies they use are completely RUSTED, non sanitized and from Home Depot. I came to this nail salon to have my dip manicure removed and the man that seated me began to slap my hands and laugh at my request to remove the dip polish. He kept huffing and puffing every time he had to get up and grab another rusted tool. I was absolutely disturbed when he got up and came back with a 350 degree towel that he placed on my hands and laughed when he said "oh too hot?" He also returned with a power drill that had a nail file attached to it. YES, a POWER DRILL. After my hands were burned, I immediately got up. The manager had been watching and laughing from the front desk the entire time. I went to the front desk and I let the manager know that my hands were slapped and that the tools used were unsanitary I still had foil and cotton stuck to my nails that the man refused to remove for me but I still proceeded and asked how much I owed despite still having aluminum foil on my nails and cotton stuck to them the manager stated I owed them the full price for the removal of the polish and that I "should have removed the dip MYSELF before entering the salon," I proceeded to pay the full price of the removal and the manager threw the pen and receipt at my face and told me she was "going to call the police on me" and that she had a "rent to pay, and that I should have sat there and got more work done" so she can "afford her rent." hahaha this place is absolutely disgusting. If you want to get a raging MRSA infection in your nails and be placed in the hospital on a 3 week course of antibiotics you will come here to get your nails done! I moved to Seattle and was looking for a great nail place when I come home to visit family and after my Amazing Lash appt (next door), I decided to check this place out. I was not at all disappointed! Tammy did my dip and has done my shellac pedi and Tina has done a shellac mani and these services were top notch! They are super friendly here and I always tip high because they deserve it! I'm never rushed (maybe because I always come before noon?) and it's like I have the whole place to myself. It's great! All these 1 star reviews sound like they're from disgruntled basics and a few were really sketch and bordered discriminatory, ex "typical Asian..." Wow, who says that?! UNSTERILE****Going on day 2 of a painful infection in my big toe, conveniently right before the holiday weekend and a vacation.
