I ordered the buffalo chicken slice. While the. Buffalo sauce was yummy, the roughness of the pizza crust and chicken were a miss. The crust /dough was rough. The chicken was either overcooked or old.

This is the best pizza in the area, and way better than the touristy pizza places closer to Times Square. Always fresh, hot, and delicious with friendly service.

Left slice: margarita. right: burrata with cherry tomatoes.

This pizzeria was scrumptious. I stopped by while staying in Midtown Manhattan and ordered a slice each of margherita and burrata. The margherita was perfectly drizzled with olive oil, and the burrata (my favorite) was topped with sweet, sunripened cherries. The atmosphere was inviting and matched the restaurant's name.

I would give Claudio's five starts, but ever since we dined in there once and saw some questionable activity in terms of cleanliness, it's made me a little blah. It's a great local place to order out pizza from. We usually order from here once or twice a week now. The Claudio supreme is great, and very garlicy. Is it the best pizza in New York City, not by far. Is it great neighborhood pizza when you're lazy and it's a fast doordash option. 100%

The pizza was really yummy. Needed a little bit of salt but still delicious. The crust was crisp and fluffy and awesome. Very friendly staff and served with a good attitude. Lots of selection for flavors.

Tried this place because it was near our hotel. Id say you get good pizza here but I just wish that their crust could be crispier. As a pineapple lover it is disappointing to see pizza places in NY not carry Hawaiian pizza. However this place has chicken bbq pizza w/ pineapple (3.5/5) which was pretty good. It doesn't beat Hawaiian pizza but it's pretty close. The combo pizza (4/5) was VERY good! The cheese was great, toppings were great. Only thing is the crust was not crispy enough for my taste. If it wasn't for that I'd give this place a 5.

Delicious pizza. Tried to find a place near my staying place and was delightfully surprised by the quality of the pizzas. In fact, this is one of the best NY pizzas I tried. Would highly recommend.

This is my first time trying an authentic NY slice! They had a nice variety to choose from. The service was quick and efficient. There was indoor seating which was so nice to be able to get out of the cold and sit and enjoy their food. I highly recommend giving Claudio's a try!

The first day we landed here, I have to have New York pizza. So after a long day walking around and went from highline walk to Chelsea market and then little Spain we went to grab couple slice of pizza before heading back to the hotel. Let me just say, the pizza was delicious. They heated up for you. The employee was nice and quick about getting your pizza ready. Would recommend people to come here.

When we entered the restaurant and took the elevator up to the restaurant, we were delighted to find free wine provided for us to pour in the elevator. Admittedly, it was red wine, so not my favorite, and it did taste cheap, but still appreciated. To start off, we ordered the onion torta, focaccia, and smashed potatoes. The onion torta was surprisingly good and tasted like a form of french onion soup. As a focaccia enthusiast, the focaccia was fluffy and delicious. We also got the charred beans, carrots, ravioli, tagliatelle, ravioli, and trout to share. The charred beans were surprisingly the long beans and not the smaller ones we expected. However, they were very juicy and better than we thought they would be. The rigatoni resembled cacio e pepe with its pepperiness, the tagliatelle tasted like standard red sauce, but i did enjoy the ravioli and the ricotta inside. For dessert, we had the basque cheesecake which was alright, but I'm not the biggest fan of cheesecake. Overall, we had a great time at Ci Siamo and I would definitely recommend ordering the focaccia and onion torta and we could have skipped the carrots, beans, trout, and tagliatelle.

Any drawbacks ? youi ask.....well, yes, there is one, and it should be cosnidered. The restaurant is so so so popular that the noise level can be a bit ..... shall we say "daunting." This means those dishes aren't truly gluten free for people with celiac disease or anyone who has to avoid gluten. When I pointed that out to my server, he just gave me a blank stare. I tried to explain why labeling those items as gluten free is misleading, but he seemed completely disinterested, even annoyed, dismissed what I was saying, and simply responded that the pasta is gluten free. I acknowledged that the server doesn't write the menu, but absolutely zero customer service skills. The service overall was lacking. Aside from taking our order, no one checked on us or came back to see if we needed anything. Our server was just hanging out chatting up the hostess. We had to request the bill from the manager & paid at the hostess stand. Before paying, I spoke with the manager and explained what had occured. He was more professional than the server, but he was still dismissive of my concerns and of the service we received. Management seemed happy enough to promote the "option". The food was okay, definitely not enough to make up for the poor service and handling of a serious dietary issue. Needless to say I will not be returning.
