Friendly people and a good slice. Small inside, but a decent slice to cap the day. Crispy crust and a little cheaper than other stops I've made. Worth another stop if I was back in NY.

Vodka slice. Around $5.50 A bit pricey, but solid flavor

This is one of the many pizza spots around Midtown East, where I have primarily stopped for lunch, though I also had a slice as a snack. The place is rather small, and the service is a bit more curt than at some other places, such as the nearby Casiano's. For how small the place is, they have plenty of unique slices, and it's nice that the price includes tax. Speaking of which, the prices are an odd in-between compared to some other reasonable slice joints. They are a bit too high compared to some places, and not distinctly better enough to be worth it. The former place also has a combo at more reasonable times compared to here. Anyway, aside from all the comparisons, it has been a pretty good slice each time I've been here. Overall, the crust alone is much higher quality than La Pizza Italia, La Vista, or Little Italy, being nice and thin but not too much so. The sauce is also better with a bit of tartness, and it seems to be made with fresh tomatoes. I also like the cheese, and using fresh mozzarella in many of their slices is a good idea, as it is one of their definite highlights. The Fresh Mozzarella, at around $5.50, is the best slice here, as it highlights the cheese and sauce best. I haven't taken a photo of it, but it's very tasty. The plain slice, or as they call it, the Xeno, is about $4.25 and is solid. The Vodka here, which is a dollar or so extra, is solid, though I prefer the flavor at a few other places. I prefer a few other places, for deals or quality, but it's a good slice in an area that doesn't have many great ones. Mid/upper 3.

Delicious! My son said it was better than the famous Joe's Pizza!! That's pretty impressive.

    Garlic Knots and "Chicken Roll"

Finally gave them a go... but, should have trusted my instincts. Upon first glance, you see that the cheese on practically everything behind the glass of their display case is cold and that their stock likely does not move much. Grabbed a chicken roll and 4 garlic knots. The garlic knots looked fluffy and fresh... but, looks can be deceiving.. which they certainly were in this instance. Though definitely garlicy, the consistency that bread was not ideal; sort of too firm even though they were light and airy. The chicken roll wasn't that much better. Served more like a traditional NYC pizzeria would a Stromboli... open ended and cut up into 4 pieces (IMO to heat up quickly) . The breading on the chicken cutlet was not very good. Thankfully I got two little containers of their marinara (which was a good bit on the sour end) that I was able to moisten and add flavor to these two items. I really wanted this place to be good so I could have a better pizza option while at work, but, sadly, it left a lot to be desired.

Overall good pizza- nice quick service and classic slices. Can't ask for too much more- recommend d

Horrible, smelly pizza and pizzeria with tables that should be sanitized. I really hated this pizzeria and do not plan to return anytime soon.

    "Chicken parm" over penne

Very disappointed. While its undoubtedly a great chicken cutlet, this is NOT a chicken parm. I ordered the chicken parm over penne entree and this is what i got. I come here frequently for slices and enjoy them, so was excited to try and entree and was thoroughly disappointed. Updated: store owner reached out- this was a mistake by kitchen and will be refunded - Will try again in future! (Forgot to take photo before started eating)

In NYC just for the weekend, so of course had to have some pizza! Too many choices near the hotel, so we figured it was best to ask at the hotel reception for recommendations, and they sent us in the right direction! Xeno's was a short walk from our hotel, small and modern looking, not busy at that time but they had a good selection of pies. We each tried a different one and were all very happy. I had the one with vodka sauce, cheese, and basil, and it was everything I envisioned. We sure got a good recommendation from the hotel staff.

Awesome pizza shop in Midtown East off 52nd near 3rd Ave. It's clean with a few two tops of tables, quick service, and the staff is super welcoming and friendly. I ordered a slice of the Hot Voddy which was delicious, piping hot, had a wonderful crust that crisped up when reheated in the oven. The hubby got a slice of pepperoni which was so different from mine with the grease of the pepperoni but went really well with the tomato base. $12 for 2 slices and a soda.

    Pepperoni pizza

Great pizza! Love the crunch from the crust. I have been here three times and each time the pizza has been consistently delicious.

Great pizza for an okay price. Would come back. Seating inside and some outside. Buffalo pizza was a nice subtle Buffalo! Loved it. Garlic knots were my favorite. Water bottles available too.

BLUF; fresh and delicious We were in DC for just a few days and looking for some genuine New York style pizza. Hard to find down in VA where we live now. Unfortunately our train got in late so we had to settle for something we could find quickly. I really didn't want to go into Xenos since it frankly looked a little too much like a chain restaurant. Wow. So glad we stopped. We got a Margherita pizza that was amazingly good. Fresh basil and cheese, crunchy crust, tangy sauce. We wolfed it down. Defintiely would go back.

This location was super busy and there was a line outside the door, even at midnight on a Thursday. However, the line did move quickly inside. There are not any chairs inside, just bar tables to stand around, although there did seem to be a small table with a few chairs outside. Some of the bar tables had shakers with extra chili flakes or parmesan. The pizza slice gets put into their oven to be warmed to the crisp (if it has been left out for a while), so I would say that the service was excellent for that consideration. My friends and I shared a slice of the Supreme. It was SO good! I had heard this was an overrated spot, but the taste of the onions and sausage on a thin and crispy crust was fantastic. It was pretty large in size and could be shared with others. I would definitely come back to try their other pizza slices. Very solid spot to me.

Iconically known as the workplace of Peter Parker in the original Spider-Man movie, I knew it was mandatory to pay a visit during a very Spider-Man focused weekend. Now I'm sure there are cheaper slices available elsewhere - these range about $5-6 per slice, but they're really delicious. I'm a big fan of the thin crust and simple yet yummy toppings. We went 2 times during our trip - first ordering 2 pepperoni and later a Caprese, White, and Supreme. They were all great, but my favorite was the classic pepperoni. If you're going with a group of more than 2 people and don't all mind getting the same flavor, I recommend waiting in line next door - which is where they sell by the pie only. Both lines move relatively quickly, but some times are definitely more popular than others (weekend nights). You can honestly expect minimal eating space because there's so many people trying to be in there, but we got lucky and were able to eat at one of the countertops on the side. They also have additional seasonings available such as parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and chili flakes. Definitely willing to come back next time I'm near Times Square!

I ordered via Uber Eats this time, and MAN -- I was blown away. I honestly thought that they had screwed up and sent me a gluten version. I checked the order and receipt. RIGHT BY THE DOOR. Do people not realize that putting a bar near a door on a freezing cold night benefits no one? Good thing I did not order alcohol or I would have froze to death. Seriously, none of the pies stood out in grand memory. All I can think of is, well, nothing. Nothing positive anyway. The names of the pies are funny, and the staff is friendly, but besides that, the quality of the food for lack of a better word, dare I say it, sucks. Hoping to salvage the meal, I ordered their Chicken Parmesan. It was the Hail Mary pass that unfortunately did not connect. The cutlets are overcooked and dry, and the red sauce cooked with it has minimal tomato flavor. At least the spaghetti is cooked to a nice al dente and mellow garlic butter flavor, but like the sauce cooked in, it is also minimal. Part of the problem I feel is they are trying to go for a vibe that has a New York and modern feel. It does not work. Stay true to one or the other. Or at least look at other business models. I will use another pizzeria in Bushwick that exemplifies it perfectly. It is a hipster pizzeria in a hipster neighborhood. Through balance, it creates an ambiance both welcoming and warm without losing any of its Bushwick character. It does this by not beating you over the head with hipster vibes, just enough to let you know that you are in Bushwick. The band Franz Ferdinand was playing as I was wrapping up. I have to say the centerpiece of the entire narrow room is the bar itself, and let me tell you, it is an absolute stunner of a contrast. Instead of the usual dark, sticky tavern wood, they've dropped in a long, continuous slab of pristine, elegantly smooth white stone. It glows under the soft lighting like a block of polished marble.
