Clawdaddy seriously hit the spot! The food was super tasty--everything we ordered was full of flavor and cooked just right. The fried chicken wings I had were cooked perfectly and tasted great, and my wife said the exact same thing about the fried shrimp! You can tell they know what they're doing in the kitchen. The Hot Cheeto Crab Sandwich is ridiculous in the best way possible. It's crunchy spicy packed with flavor and doesn't miss. The fried rice is legit and the wings come out hot crispy and seasoned like somebody actually cared. But the boil? That's where it gets dangerous. That shrimp and cray rice is my fav. Had the Diablo shrimp; they was extra crispy(not my style) they were better for 2dayleftovers after they softened up and drowned in claw sauce. Had the wings fried; they were tasty but I saw feathers, was a turn off but I peel the skin anyway. The strawberry daiquiri was very very very very sweet; ima pass. But the peach Bellini one was drankable. I think I'll be back today for that rice. Haven't did the boils which they are known for. My rating is on that rice, I like the flavor. First order Togo was packed rice quantity; minimal Shrimp & cray; the second order was cool/ok (quantity but had more meats which I enjoyed. let's see what this third go round look like. Wish it came with or able to add bean sprouts. Oh and the claw sauce is good to. They have others but I haven't tried them, I can only vouch for what my tongue have tasted. They good!!!! read more

I went recently with my family for my mom's birthday. It was our first time and and I got a mild seasoning boil. I think it's some of the best crab I've ever had! It was easy to crack and peel, meat came right out. The seasoning also isn't like any other I've had at a seafood restaurant--it had lots of chopped garlic but tasted amazing, surprisingly wasn't overpowering. I also like how they provide latex gloves and a bib for the experience. Would come back, maybe even for my own birthday next year! read more

My issues were with the customer service I received after I had to send back an item I ordered. I originally ordered a catfish poboy. It was a very large portion and looked delicious. However, when I cut it in half to take a bite I realized it was not catfish but Swai. I have an allergy to Swai and Tilapia. I should have asked to be sure but if you put catfish on the menu I should be receiving that. I notice that a lot of seafood places switch catfish for Swai but choose not to specify for whatever reason. Our server (blonde haired Asian guy) had a nasty attitude and refused to check on or continue to service our table after I sent the poboy back. He completely avoided our table and I watched him check on everyone else in the restaurant except for us. I felt that it was unnecessary as I was not rude and I personally do not like to send food back but I cannot eat something I'm allergic to. I didn't not order a Swai poboy. He even confirmed it was in fact Swai. Sophia who was not our server was extremely sweet, accommodating and continued to check on us. I can tell that she knew he was avoiding us and I really appreciate her for taking the time to continue to make sure we had what we needed. I probably will not return b/c good customer service means more than good food to me. It's unfortunate that b/c I couldn't eat what I ordered. But my bf and I should not have been treated that way. This was our first visit and we spent $103.00 to not be properly serviced due to something that it out of my control. read more

Had an excellent experience here. Ordered 2 lbs of snow crab. The seasoning and available sauces were amazing and unique. The sides were on point as well - I had corn on the cob and potatoes that soaked in all the savory sauces by the time I got to them and they were outstanding. All the appropriate tools were provided along with plenty of napkins a d gloves to help with the typical seafood aftermath. The chicken options were great for the couple of outliers that didn't crave the shellfish. Was a great venue to reunite with my family in a very modern and energetic environment. I come in here a few times a week, and I always order the "chicken tenders" but when I ordered them today instead of real chicken while seasoned like normal, it looked like processed meat if I wanted that I would've just gone to McDonald's. It looked like a sponge on the inside. Service great as always but the meal was very disappointing. I would be sad to see the business go down that path. I will not return to this place. Has a nice ambiance but food was horrible and prices were too high. The servers could've been a little more attentive too. I usually go to Bayou Seafood which is always good every single time, but wanted to give this place a try. Went on a Saturday around 1:00. There were about 7 other tables while we were there and three servers. They were quick to take our drink and food order. Had to ask twice for sweet n low for my tea...which had a weird flavor. Ordered mozzarella sticks, crawfish and shrimp, a gumbo, and rice with wings. The only thing that was good was the mozzarella sticks. The rice in the gumbo was hard some of it didn't seem cooked properly. And the taste was not good at all. Other places have way better gumbo. I noticed they proportioned the seafood in the gumbo as well...2 shrimp, 2 crawfish, and 2 pieces of sausage. Other restaurants you get whatever they scoop out. The crawfish and shrimp boil had a mediocre flavor...and it was pricy! 15.99 for a lb with a minimum of 2 lbs and $24 for the shrimp! Crawfish tasted frozen none of it was fresh, it was over cooked, and small. My husband ordered the rice with wings...but he never received it. I was eating the crawfish and shrimp for a good 15 mins and they didn't come to the table to see if we were ok or to bring us his order. He had to get up and go to the counter to let them know he never got his order and they seemed oblivious. No apologies or maybe next time you come we can compensate you...nothing. He had them take that order off we got a to go box and left. We will not be back. With other Viet Cajun restaurants around...I would definitely choose to go somewhere else. I also waited tables in service industry for 10 years...so I know what being attentive to a table should be like. read more
