This location has been fantastic for me. I recently upgraded to a truck from an suv and the maintenance is so much different. The owner and her husband were great with explaining things to me. I just returned after 3 weeks to take advantage of the their Top Off Policy which is a great deal considering I'm paying top tier for an oil change with the best oil options. If you have a mini cooper stay away because they cannot perform a simple oil change without a manager performing the repair. According to the employees they have messed up other mini coopers due to oil change practices. They will decide between vacuuming the oil from the top of the engine or using the normal drain plug method. They've had my vehicle there before and were able to perform the oil change with the drain plug with no issues. I change my own oil and come here in between my own services. read more

Do NOT GO HERE! Recently came for a oil change, 3 days later my car is at the dealership 30k worth of repairs for a whole new motor needed to be replaced all caused by lack of oil. Mechanic even looked in detail for cracks spillage anything that would lead to the oil level being that low after just leaving jiffy lube for a full synthetic oil change. Idk what's worse, lack of responsibility as a brand, or the negligence of upper manager that won't even return a phone call. How can anyone be ok knowing they just added 30k in repair work to a single father. Bad enough I have to budget for a rental so I can provide for my family, total disrespect and unethical franchise. Dennis replaced the headlight within five minutes and I was so impressed with the customer service that he provided. A standard oil change stop, though slightly dated. Newer locations have nicer waiting rooms, but honestly, you're getting an oil change. The smell of a garage will do you well. I thought everything was fine until a few hours later I was driving and my car started smoking from under the hood & also into my car. Jiffy Lube tried to kill my car!!!!! Normally go to Jiffy Lube in Yorkville or North Aurora, and have never had problems with them. Had a groupon for an oil service and window treatment. A week later I'm taking my car to the dealership where I'm told that during the last oil change that they never tightened the plug. It warped the washer and gasket which then had to be replaced as well as 2 quarts of oil. My husband called Jiffy Lube, was placed on hold for over a half an hour and then his call went to voicemail!!! Do not go to this location if you want to keep your car!! read more

My wife today brought my truck in for the early bird special. You know to save some money. They confronted her with over 4 bulbs that were blown out (which were working fine the night before) and then put a deep scratch in the top of my fender on my pearl black paint. Not to mention the grease finger prints I had to get off the arm rest, the fenders, and the large hand print on the hood from having to slam the hood closed. I guess next time it may be worth the effort to change the oil myself. read more

Don't go here. During one of my visits, they left the radiator cap off and caused $200 worth of repairs. I decided to give them another try because everyone makes mistakes and they are very nice to the customers. The 2nd visit they told a woman right next to me in the waiting room she needed the coolant topped off and they would do it for $7. She said no, her boyfriend will check it out. Then 10 minutes later he said the same thing to me! I asked to see the level. I went out there and the tech guy said, "oh, it's okay, you don't really need it".WTF! And lastly they listed on the services performed that they vacuumed out my car. Guess, what, they didn't. I got home and checked the oil to made sure it was changed.
