Chicken & Pork Empanadas!! To die for!!

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE GEM!!! We live nearby, and have always wanted to stop in. Well, unfortunately, I'm alone on this trip but thought it was a perfect opportunity to stop on by, and I am thrilled that I did! Quaint set up right off the main strip in town, but I was pleasantly surprised on the atmosphere and ambiance of the place. EMPANADAS is where it's at! There we go! I'm sure the rest of their menu is fantastic but Dayuuuum those Empanadas hit just right! I should have ordered more plates just to take home. The staff was pretty dang cool, as well. They offered for me to try some different whiskies to compare, but what they recommended in the Old Fashioned was superb!! Thank you for that experience and I hope to stop by again soon before leaving the state. As always, enjoy, eat local, and Enjoy!!

Cute little spot in the heart of Cle Elum! The menu is diverse and lots of menu items sounded amazing. We got carne asada tacos, carnitas taco, and chicken verde taco (all were perfectly cooked and plated with great toppings) I had a peach Bellini and it was refreshing, I liked the freeze dried lemon garnish. My husband's beer was great! The Wagyu sliders were tender and amazing on these delicious little brioche buns. The guacamole was so good! I wish we would have ordered guac and chips too. We also tried a new appetizer that was the fried burrata with grilled focaccia, omg the flavor on that my husband and I still talk about! Soo soo good! Our waitress was so sweet. She did forget to put our app order in because a table after us got their food before we got ours. Then she brought out the main dishes and we had to ask where the appetizer was. She blamed it on the cook, I don't know. But still great and would return. They also have lots of seating outside with fire tables when weather is nicer.

The steak quesadillas are amazing! Staff is friendly and it's a nice restaurant, it looks good. The croquettes de jamón are not good but overall we had a good experience!

Next time will definitely dine in!! Cle town tapas hit the spot! Got a to go on a Saturday night after work - friendly service, easy ordering and quick pick up! Great location in the heart of downtown Cle Elum on main drag, street parking with side streets/block parking available. Casual/industrial modern/clean vibes. Pro tip - get the cauliflower!!! So. Freaking. Delicious. Big ups to the chef, dish cooked perfectly and that vinaigrette was amazing! Will definitely be back (dine in next time) :)

    Samples - happy to hell!

Super helpful finding the beer we wanted, nachos were delicious and half size was huge for 3. The shrimp tacos and mango salsa so yummy! If you like beer or bourbon this is your place not to mention great atmosphere and service! Will come again!!

Amazing place in Cle Elum, I'm still thinking about their empanadas The staff was wonderful and their drinks on tap, beer and a full bar

Stopped by for lunch while visiting the town of Cle Elum. There is a lovely outdoor seating section, but it was too chilly for us, so we sat inside. The inside had a nice ambience. The staff were friendly. I hand the 1903 cocktail which was boozy just the way I like it. My friend and I shared the chips, gauc, and salsa. The green salsa was tangy and flavorful. The red salsa had a nice kick. The guacamole had a good texture but too mild for my taste. The broccoli appetizer was amazingly delicious. You get a lot of food, more than I was expecting for a tapas style bar and restaurant. Definitely would come back if I return to Cle Elum.

Excellent food. Good margarita considering how far north this is! Service was fantastic. Cook in the back was energetic and entertaining. I'd go back again and again if I find myself in Cle Elum, even though I cannot pronounce Cle Elum.

Too expensive. $15 for a draft margarita just seems a bit much. Plus tip. Not somewhere we would frequent.

It was fine. Seattle pricing for smaller than average portions and lower quality food. Chips & Salsa/Guac are a rip off.

Food is good but prices are absolutely ridiculous. Support a long time local restaurant family in town instead.

Huge portions of fish dipped in a light, airy batter. The rest of our party got burgers and highly recommended the truffle fries. Honestly, if your establishment holds 10 or 100 people, the staff and kitchen should be able to manage that number. We saw one table actually leave after waiting longer than us without their food because they had somewhere else to be. Not great. Once the food finally arrived we were so hungry that I'm certain anything would have tasted good. We didn't complain or ask but they did remove one soda from the tab. It's a cute place with a decent menu but I'm on the fence about bothering to give them another try.

We noticed this Mexican Restaurant was open till 9p so we decided to eat here. It was a busy weekend night. This place had outside seating as well. We found 1 empty table right when you stepped in. Our server was amazing! My husband and I were going to split an entree. My husband's go-to is always an asada burrito. However, I asked for a suggestion. Our server recommended the Molcujete to split. Really it was the price of 2 entrees at $33 but was thinking that we needed to try something completely different and this was it. My daughter and mother split the enchiladas with rice and beans. The food took a long time however our server made sure we were kept in the loop, apologized and gave us more chips and salsa rather than ignore us. The molcujete was so different. In a pot with all the different meats, veggies and cheese along with tortillas. I liked it at a 4.5 out of 5. However, my husband didn't like it as much giving it a 4 out of 5. My daughter & mother loved the enchiladas giving it a 5 out of 5. The churro dessert was amazing. Carry cash because this place does charge a service fee for using a credit card. I think this place would have been more like a 4.5 star if they didn't do that. In the past, that was the cost of doing business was accepting credit cards to get more business but now instead of adjusting pricing on their food businesses is adding it.
