Their detail apparently DID NOT include wiping down the seats??? Vacuum job in the car was sub par. Overall felt that I could have done a better job myself and saved $39.99. read more

This used to be the $4 three minute car wash for the basic car wash. They have changed it to this company. They've increased the price but kept the service the same. I left with my car still wet and not all parts of my car are even cleaned. Not impressed. Not going back either. I used to go here all the time, such a shame. read more

Come in to make your car look it's best, and leave with dents!!!! Going through the car wash, the car two cars in front hit its brakes and the car in front hit it and the next hits it. What, the equipment doesn't shut down??? And then they say contact YOUR insurance company and REFUSE to provide information on the other cars involved! BEWARE! Failure of equipment can happen. It's how a company handles things from there that counts. FAIL here!!! read more

Great facility, free Vacs and undercarriage wash if you bump up to the $6 option. Good customer service and a great wash. We're just traveling home but whether visiting or living here, I'd recommend them. My only complaint is the $2 tire shine upgrade. I thought it would be applied by a person for the extra cost. Instead it was sprayed on by the machine. I've got low pro tires and I ended up with more of it on my wheels. :-) Won't do that again. Still a 5 star place! read more

For 4.00 I can get my car cleaned- a decent clean for 4 mind you! If you have love bugs etc upgrade or plan on cleaning those off yourself. The basic 4.00 wash is decent but not great. I like that it's quick & the staff helps guide you in the wash. They also tape my rear wiper down to avoid damage. The free vacuum use after is a huge plus as well! What I really don't like is the person after hovering trying to sell you a new windshield "free" with your full coverage insurance...that's why insurance in FL is so damn high guys!!! People taking advance of insurance eye! That bothers me. Get rid of this sales pitch at my car wash please!! read more

Staff if always friendly. Car wash is fairly priced. I thought it was worth 5 stars but unfortunately, the vacuums are a bit weak and the day I went through the swirling things that clean the side of your car were broken on the keft side. read more

Friendly staff that seems to care about your car and does a good job taking care of your car cleaning needs.

I go there often and credit card reader doesn't work well but today it just wouldn't work so I had to back out and leave. Fortunately the weren't busy Saturday morning at 9:30 and it usually isn't which leads me to believe that other customers have had a similar experience. read more

I like the car wash. I cant say a bad thing about it. Very affordable. Make sure you bring your own rag. You need to wipe down some after the wash. I like the free vacuums. I hate the windshield sales pitch. Its every time you go in there they circle you car like wolves. There is no damage to my windshield. Any chip is borderline microscopic. Either way its the same bs time after time. I wont even acknowledge them anymore. read more

Deceptive. Overcharged. And then gave huge attitude. Just lost my business and 8 car family.

I originally drove up and got the express wash ($7) but didn't touch any of the love bugs on my car. The attendant showed me where to pre soak the bugs off and let me run through again. The vacuums are free with any wash and they did a good job - there's no time limit and there was a few spaces left for people just coming out of the wash. Overall very reasonably priced and good customer service! read more

I was charged extra for my oil filter on my Prius. I only found out when I was ready to pay. I have owned the car for 4 years and I never was charged extra for the filter by any other place. I told that to the attendant and he argued with me that other places charge extra also. I am never going back. Also their "synthetic" oil special is actually for semi synthetic oil and they up charge you for true synthetic oil. read more

Well the carwash at this location is pretty darn good, the reason I'm giving it a two star review is the high pressure sales yet again from the windshield guy. I know my windshield has a few chips in it. If I wanted it fixed I'd have it fixed. But, however, I don't need him to tell me that he can fix it for me - he's probably the last time I would ever call. read more

Excellent service, I paid the monthly membership $ 29.99 including special wash $ 10 unlimited, my car looks perfect because Bay Breeze uses excellent products to better serve its customers, besides with that membership only have to get and wait me that the computer access to the machine, the employees are always very helpful and friendly. I brought my new car in to be washed for the first time at Baybreeze Car Wash & Lube in Lutz, Florida. While I was sitting in the car during washing, a brush flipped my sideview mirrors forward and then the next brush flipped my sideview mirrors forward. The driver's side mirror popped out and fell into the belts in the car wash. I immediately told the man (Cornell) who was running the car wash, who proceeded to look for the mirror. They couldn't turn off the car wash to find it. My car was also scuffed on the mirror and side corner panel from the car wash brushes. Cornell implied that I had bought a poorly made car if things were falling off of it in the car wash. He filed an incident report. My husband has been a car body man for 35 years which has included restoring and painting cars that have been featured in major car magazines. My husband looked at the car that evening and was able to get the scuff marks off. I returned to the car wash the next day to speak to the manager, Howard Hogan, so I could retrieve my mirror. He proceeded to tell me that I must have hit a pole and that there was no way his car wash could have made the scuff marks on my car. I was trying to tell him that my husband got the scuff marks out so he wouldn't have to fix any scratches. He continually went back and forth with me about how his car wash could have never done it, even though I sat in my car and watched as my mirror was being damaged!!!! The most he could offer me was that he would look for my mirror. I drove out with the impression that even if he found my mirror he would probably throw it away. There was no way this guy was even going to acknowledge any sort of damage to my car. I would have been happy if the manager apologized and offered me a free car wash and sincerely promised to look for my mirror. I would have even considered coming back if he was apologetic. Instead, he insisted that I caused the damage to my car. This is a cheap car wash with extremely poor customer service!! read more

It's love-bug season so I decided to give this car wash a try since they were the only one between work & home. I've used another Bay Breeze location, but when I pointed out how one side of their car wash was was not operating that day (none of the brushes rotated) my seemingly helpful alert was politely ignored and they continued to charge people full price to wash half their car (and rub the dirt off the other half with towels!). Instead they obscured the view of customers like me so we could not see their dishonest practice! Anyway the price of the Deluxe wash at the Lutz location was $10 and they offered a full month of unlimited washes for $30 so I figured "what could go wrong" and bought the month. I was given a Radio Frequency sticker (they applied) and the wash was OK that day so I thought I did well. A few days later I returned only to find my RFI sticker didn't work. There was only one employee working alone to service dozens of cars and after he was able to see my distress he allowed me to use the car wash but could not fix the RFI sticker issue for future use. I returned yesterday to get my car washed prior to the weekend and my RFI sticker still didn't work. Upon reporting this an older man (I was later told was the General Manager) said he would allow me to use the wash but I must see him immediately afterward to get the issue fixed. His attitude was almost like he thought I was pulling some kind of scam but I ignored it. Upon entering the wash I could immediately see things were wrong. No soap was sprayed on the car! In fact it seemed as if only water was used through the entire process and my car wasn't clean. I reported it to one employee who said it "wasn't his job", and to a second worker who explained they were aware of the issue and if someone complained they would give them a free basic wash on another day (IF THEY BOTHERED TO COMPLAIN). They would not stop washing cars nor did they ever tell one customer that the car wash was broken and no soap (and possibly no waxes) were being used to "wash" their cars!!! While I waited for the GM I saw over 25 cars washed without soap. The General Manager I was asked to see to fix my issue was nowhere to be found and after waiting 20 minutes for his return I saw ALL the employees were gone except the one man who claimed it wasn't his job to help us anyway. I left with a dirty car, no resolution to my RFI sticker issue, and a number to call this General Manager. I did call on my way home but it's been over 24-hours and no one has bothered to return my call. At this point I have to ask myself if it's worth doing business with ownership who has clearly demonstrated that at 2 different locations they care more about taking in customer money at all cost, and won't even stop taking customers when the car wash has malfunctioned (nor would the tell the customers before paying so they had a choice)! read more
