I'm not a fan of writing reviews, but what those guys did was just amazing. First of all I found them through Yelp. I checked their website and it looked like they did good work. I spoke on a phone with the owner Mark, very nice guy, he explained to me everything about my carpet, their process, and which cleaning package is better for me. We scheduled the appointment for Sunday 10am because this is my day off plus they had a 10% discount. The technician who is also Mark's partner, is Robert (they running business for 2 years). He showed up at 9:45am, with all his stuff and he started working. I chose the deluxe package for my 8x10 wool carpet which had a few stains on it. I payed $129. The whole process took about 40 min, then Robert explained me everything he did. All spots are gone and carpet look amazing after he finished. He is very serious about his work and always works to be the best. In a dilute they did scotch-guard protection so the carpet is protected. I had my 6 seater sectional and ottoman cleaned yesterday after a last minute booking which was great. However some events made me a little unsatisfied. First of all upon arrival I was told the ottoman wasn't included - however I had a long conversation upon quote from the owner stating that it was a 6 seater sectional and ottoman on multiple occasions. Upon finishing my husband then asked the gentleman if he had done the scotchguard as this was the main thing I expressed as important when he came in as we have a toddler and her juice cups leaking and being thrown on the couch are why we wanted a clean. He had forgotten. Luckily my husband asked. He didn't thank us for the tip and tried to leave as quick as possible. When we asked how long it would take to dry we were told 4-6 hours however 12 hours + later and it's still wet.
