Alex spent substantially more time and effort in trying to address the odor/stain problem than the technician on the first visit, and even if the issue was not fully fixed at the end of the day, I felt after this visit that the value of the services provided was fair (after all, I understand there are no guarantees in cleaning). These folks have exceptionally good customer service. I reached out on a Sunday afternoon and they got back to me in minutes, answering a number of questions and finally scheduling a time. They had to jump through hoops for my coop's insurance and they were completely accommodating. John and Sean, the technicians, were great. They came in masked and with booties on their shoes, explained what they were going to do, finished in the timeframe they estimated, and gave me some candid advice about some old leather chairs. About a half hour after they left, the office called to make sure everything went well. Saturday morning, Memorial weekend, I got my sofa and loveseat cleaned. They came promptly within the time range and was done within an hour. It took hours to dry but that was expected. I am very satisfied with the whole process, service, results and price! I shopped around and found their price to be the best for what I needed. I have a 21month old who has made my gently used sofa set into her personal bib, art palette and tear catcher. I got the basic cleaning and it did the trick! I paid cash and the cleaner, Alex, was friendly and professional. They do take credit card, but cash was easier. My one tip is make sure you dust behind your furniture before they come.
