Had a great experience with Clean Your Couch. I wanted to deep clean our couch and area rug since we've had it for 2 years and we were having guests over. I reached out to them via Yelp for their pricing and availability and they got back to me very quickly. Soon I was on the call with them to schedule the appointment (next day!). The cleaning person came and he was very well mannered and nice. He explained to me what he's going to do and told me that it'll be a little loud. He worked quickly and professionally. After he left, it took ~4 hours or so for everything to dry, after which the couch and rug both felt very clean. I was extremely happy with the service. Overall, I would recommend them. Wasn't sure what to expect in terms of how clean they could get my white upholstered counter chairs. We have a toddler who has spilled milk and every other meal on these chairs so I was hoping for the best, but still waiting to see the outcome. Nick came by and cleaned the chairs very thoroughly, take a look at the before and after photos to see the finished product. There are SO MANY companies providing this service in Manhattan that can be very overwhelming but after reaching out to about five different options in the area Clean Your Couch had the best communication, fair price and great service! I reached out via email on a Sunday and they responded right away. They clarified my questions and gave a fair price without playing games or pushing me to confirm asap (many others did that). I do NOT recommend this business at all whatsoever. They were extremely responsive in getting my business and while the technician was a 'nice' guy - after spending 20 minutes cleaning my couch he sprayed my entire couch with some sort of liquid he thought was Scotchguard then realized it was not :| He proceeded to quickly re-steam my couch to get rid of whatever he sprayed then he sprayed what I assume was Scotchguard - it I was in a white unmarked bottle, not a scotchguard labeled bottle. A day later I complained because even though they 'scotchguarded'' my couch I spilled some liquid on it but it did not come out at all, the people of Clean Your Couch re-sent the technician to clean it again and instead they over cleaned it and made the situation worse. I asked for a refund and they asked me to find someone who could do a better job then they would refund me. (Tacky) This is sort of behavior from a business that calls themselves 'customer oriented' is just terrible. The rep just continued to say ' they are a customer oriented business' and completely ignoring he fact that they made my couch worse and refusing to refund me for their bad job. Very efficient and accommodating office/ customer service . I sent pictures of all items that needed to be cleaned and was given a firm price with-in minutes. Made an appt for upholstery and carpet cleaning and the service tech came within the service time window given to me. The service tech, Dennis, was very nice and pointed out what stains would not be removed before he started. There was some confusion as to what items had to be cleaned. He left and I realized that a chair had not been cleaned. Texted the company to ask for a refund on the one chair, but instead the company called me right back, apologized, and sent Dennis back to complete the job within 15 minutes. I requested the premium stain removal service as my carpet was badly stained. This service was indicated to remove stains and it was indicated that they will be using stain removal solution and a bunch of other solution. When the cleaner actually came, I showed him the carpet and the only thing he kept insisting that there is no guarantee that the stains could be removed. At this point, I was a bit annoyed because I am paying for the service of removing the stains on my carpet, and if you are unable to remove the stains, then what am I paying for? But anyways, I agree for him to go thru with the service as I needed the stains removed and since I don't know much about this industry, maybe those stains are truly uncleanable. The guy then goes thru his "cleaning process" and shows me the dirty water at the end. He probably did clean my carpet, but the stains was still there. What made it worse was that after I paid and he left, I spent an additional 3-4 hours trying to remove the stains with simple kitchen cleaning product and that did do the job. This led me to believe that this company has a standardized "cleaning process" and they really don't care if it works or not. It's more like you pay for the "cleaning process" and pray to God that it will work. If it doesn't work, at least they cover their asses and told you in the beginning that not all stains are removable. Well, apparently the stain are removable but they are just not willing to put in the extra effort of washing it a couple of extra times to actually remove the stain. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for someone to get the job done. Also just an fyi, I wouldn't have mind even if the cleaner told me that I had to pay extra because of how bad the stains were and might require extra work. Since the main reason why i hired someone to clean my carpet was becuase i didnt want to do it myself. But it seems like the cleaner just want to be in and out ASAP. read more

Not only did they give me a quote within 30 minutes at 11pm on a weekday but their prices are nowhere near as expensive as other companies in the area.
