Not only did they give me a quote within 30 minutes at 11pm on a weekday but their prices are nowhere near as expensive as other companies in the area. So affordable we decided to get our two area rugs cleaned as well. Our technician was early which was great and he was professional and respectful. We will definitely be using this company again. The only reason I took off a star is because there ended up being an additional $40 drying fee that I was unaware of when I originally received a quote. If drying is necessary, they should mention it before the technician arrives, and it should be included in the quote. Re: Alice's response: I was told over the phone, once the technician had already arrived with the dryer, that it would take 12 hours for the couch to dry without the drying service, as opposed to 1-2 hours with the service. My poor dog got sick about 2-3 weeks ago and had really bad diarrhea on the rug. My husband and I had no idea what to do and just thought that our nice West Elm rug was ruined.
