Moving here from Hawaii, you can imagine how horrified we were when we first tasted the tap water in Nevada. We knew nothing about soft water machines or how it worked. We had done some research and decided to go with a particular company. We purchased a unit that was supposedly right for our household size and the best price than anyone. 2 days before our unit was to be installed, my daughter told me about "Clear Water Technologies" and its' owner "Jason". My daughter had her unit installed with Jason when she bought her new home. She said she was sold on Jason and his service. Jason came to my home the day before our other installation to show me what he had to offer. He did not try to up sell me in any way and actually listened to what I wanted and educated me to water softening technology which I knew nothing about. I did make a decision on a unit which was going to be more efficient and I felt really good about the whole process from beginning to end. Jason spoke to me in laymen's terms where I understood what I was getting and how it was going to work. With the other company I was nodding my head yes but not understanding why. The other professional thing I loved about Jason is he never spoke bad about the other company at all. He was confident in his product that he knew it would speak for itself. I cancelled my other installation and had Jason install my new water softener the next day. He and his plumber were prompt and very easy to talk to letting me know what they were doing. They cleaned up nicely and Jason explained how the unit was going to work and gave me two numbers I could call in case we had any problems which included his cell number. We have had it installed for almost a week and are very satisfied. I almost forgot that Jason had a RO unit put in so that we could drink our tap water and our ice cubes are so much clearer and taste great at no extra cost to me. Jason did call The next day to see how things were going and told me to call if I had any problems. Two days after that I did occur a leak from my turn off valve which Jason had nothing to do with. The valve was 20 years old. He came out with his plumber to replace the valve. He took care of the cost with his plumber. That should have been a cost for me and was so grateful to Jason for taking care of everything. People are quick to complain when things are not done right. Those people never give credit where credit Is due. I believe that good work and service should be just addressed in the same way. Thank you Jason for all you do for everyone. We just purchased our home and had about a week to get everything set up before flying back to Hawaii. I contacted this company via email and Jason responded really quick even on a holiday weekend. We spoke with him a day or 2 later and he went over and explained the water systems etc and what was needed to set up the system. We made an appointment and he came out the next day. Jason is the owner and is involved in every job from start to finish. We wanted to upgrade our home with a whole-house softener and filtration system. We weren't necessarily interested in reverse osmosis. We had the Costco vendor come to our house and quote the job, and then we had Jason visit after receiving a referral on Next Door. Jason didn't try to upsell us at all - in fact, he talked us down to what he thought we needed, which saved us some money. In the end, we saved money vs. the Costco solution and we had the benefit of a very responsive owner-operator. We even had a small issue a few weeks after our install, and Jason had his plumber out the next day at no cost to us. It was a super minor fix, but the peace of mind is invaluable. My experience with Jason was excellent from the very beginning. I contacted him from Yelp and within 10 minutes he had already given me a call. He scheduled a time to come out immediately. When we met with him he was kind and knowledgeable. He gave us all the different options and prices. He also works with a great plumber who he was able to come out to our house the same day (only about 2 hours later) to give an estimate on our install. I really felt like Jason was working with us and not trying to just sell us something. He is so confident in his product and his plumber that he guarantees the work and the product! I met with a couple of other water treatment companies and none were as attentive or as helpful as Jason. His customer service really exceeded my expectations. I never felt any pressure to buy and any question I had he answered it or found the answer if he wasn't sure. He also made himself available via text. Not only did he get his plumber to come out the same day but he was present every step of the way. He came back when the plumber was here to give an install estimate. He was present on the day of the install and he followed up with us a couple of hours after the install and then again a week later to ensure that we were truly satisfied. After I order from Jason my treatment system and RO system was installed two days later. I immediately noticed a difference in my skin and water. My water feels better, my skin is dehydrated, and the taste of my drinking water is amazing! I am so glad that we worked with Jason to really upgrade our home and our lives with his great system. I checked out several companies before I called Jason. I liked his reviews and when I called him I could tell immediately that his company was whom I would probably do business with. Since I have previously had a reverse osmosis water system in I knew what to listen for and understood exactly what he was telling me. After asking a few questions then we discussed pricing. He gave me an outstanding price on the osmosis system. Then of course you need to know what it costs to change out the filters each year and the membrane every 3 years. His maintenance pricing was very reasonable. I told him I needed to discuss this with my wife. I called back in 2 days and we scheduled the appointment. He was right on time. Big Jason - I found him through Yelp with great reviews & I'm going to add my own! I moved from out-of-state to Las Vegas, never imagined how hard water could be. But I hate the super slippery feel of water softeners. Everything Jason said about his product rings true. The water is softer - but silky, not slippery. My appliances are so thankful. My skin was bleeding from being so dry about a week after I moved to Vegas. I was warned but had no idea how bad it is. The system I got through Clear Water Technologies works great!! I love the 5-filter reverse osmosis system under my sink, the system in my garage, the fact that I don't even need filters in my fridge for that water dispenser. We moved in the new house in Henderson in January 2021 and had quotes from Clear Water and a large company. We are new to Las Vegas and learned a lot about the water quality just talking to them. You basically get the same or better system from Clear Water Technologies for about an half the price! Jason, the owner, of Clear Water Technologies is very knowledgable and personable, and most of all his communication with us is exceptional. His product is solid and his customer service is better than any I've ever experienced. I contacted Clear Water Technologies and spoke with Jason. I had sold water systems many years ago and had a basic understanding of how they work. I immediately recognized Jason's depth of knowledge for not only his products, but also his competitors products that are out on the market. Jason presented me with a thorough explanation of the different systems that he handles, salt and no-salt systems as well as reverse osmosis systems. He never pressured me to buy and never tried to influence my decision on what system to put in my house. When I decided on the no salt filtration system with a scale inhibitor, Jason thoroughly explained to me what I could expect in regards to the operation and performance of the system. We also had them install a reverse osmosis system under our kitchen sink. Jason recommended a plumber who was extremely familiar with installing his systems. We set a date to do the installation and they arrived on time and did the installation very quickly. They went over and above my expectations on the installation, even fixing a leak I had near my previous water system. I feel I received a very fair price, warranty and everything went very smooth, just as Jason suggested it would. I have had my system for about 4 months now and it is working just as was described to me. My water feels silkier and it does not eat away at my metal fixtures as had been happening in the past.
