For the past several years I have used ClearView to hang my holiday lights. (I have six trees in my front yard wrapped with lights.) Their service has been amazing! The office staff is great about reaching out by email every year to schedule the installation; they send helpful reminders close to the selected date. The men who come to install the lights are as nice as can be. I have had the same foreman for the past several years - he remembers everything that was done before and always listens carefully to any special requests. They use their own lights, timers, etc. and I have never had an issue with any of their equipment. People from my neighborhood regularly stop by to tell me how nice my lights look and to thank me for putting them up. read more

We have used this company for the past 2 Christmas holidays to put up our Christmas lights . They have done a great job both times - the lights were done perfectly and they never had any problems - stayed on as expected and the timer they set up worked great . I love that they schedule the take down date for you and you don't need to be home. It is very convenient that they call you before Thanksgiving to set a date for the lights so you get on their books before the craziness of the holidays . We stopped in to look at the french door screens. We are sick and tired of replacing regular screens on our patio doors that eventually fall off their tracks and are rendered useless. They bend and we really would like something retractable. We got a quick overview from the receptionist and grabbed a brochure. Prices are quite high. About $900+ for two screens for french doors, and stoppers on each side so you can open each side independently ($40 each!). We haven't pulled the trigger yet because of the cost. read more

We replaced an Anderson retractable screen door on an 8' Frenchwood sliding door that never seemed to work well with a ClearView equivalent. It was installed very quickly and works great. Shawn clearly has this down as he did a great job fitting the screen onto the slider. What we notice is that it outperforms the original Anderson product we bought many years ago and we are very satisfied with it. When retracted we get a clean look out both the stationary and operable panels that looks so clean. We will probably add another for a smaller 6' slider. read more

The screens themselves seem great so far (but newly installed, so time will tell)! However, we weren't thrilled with the installers who didn't show up masked, and had a bit of an attitude after being asked to put them on. Also, I had to request stickers for the screens (my husband is prone to charging through them without looking) because they didn't have them when they did the installation (how hard can it be to make sure those are with the installers?) and then when we got them I called and got advice to put them on the inside but then someone else said outside. And they aren't staying on. This part is important if we want them to last for any time! read more

OMG. We have been wanting screen doors for years that can be retracted. We live in SF and don't need year round screens, which would diminish the valuable light we get from the back doors. I have my retractable screen for a few years now. I have not had any issues with them. They work great in keeping the sun out of my windows facing the West. It used to get so hot in the west side of the house, we could not be in the rooms for very long without getting all sweaty. The screens made a huge difference. I have had 3 installed, one is almost 15' tall and another is almost 9' wide. The remote has no issues in getting them up and down. Although the project was fairly expensive as we had to hire another company to add to the frame (we have foam molding on our windows, so the frame had to be built out), I am very happy with the results. read more

We've had our screen for about 4 years and it's been great! The reel system still works great and especially now with a toddler in the house, it's nice to know that it won't break any fingers. There is a bit of slack in the screen at the top, so there's a sag that leaves about a half inch gap at the widest spot. I would still recommend the screens and the original service and installation was great. read more

In our last couple of houses we have used a competitor brand of retractable screen for french doors. They always slammed shut if you let go of them, have poor magnet connections, and the tracks that the screens slide in were always getting jammed. I did some research and decided on ClearView for our new house. Dan came out to measure and sold me on several benefits of their product. Nice extruded aluminum canisters that completely hide the screen, not just sheet aluminum. Adjustable tension system on screens that slowly rolls the screen up when you let go. Magnets that run the complete length of each screen door for a solid connection. Nice transom and upper beveled moldings that the tracks mount to, and a one button system interior to the door that locks the dead-door upper and lower pins. Great design all around, much better than any competition, and just work better. Well worth the money paid. Shawn did an excellent job on the install and worked around some oversized door handles that we had on our larger 9' french doors. They're not the cheapest option, but they will operate and last for a long time. read more

Within minutes of posting my previously bad review on Yelp, the president of the company, Andrew Lezotte, called me to apologize and to make right what was done wrong by his employees! He quickly scheduled an appointment to see me. I'm glad I gave him a chance to prove what his company really is all about or I would have regretted it. His integrity speaks volume when he gave me his word. He speaks from his heart and very honest. I told him that I have been reviewing and checking motorized roller shades online for my outdoor kitchen but unsure what to get because there are so many options from different companies. Andrew explained to me why their outdoor roller shades stand out--it's wind resistant, blocks the heat, has powerful motor, keep the bugs out, custom size, fabric mesh is clear view and blocks 95% UV rays; on top of that, the power screens can integrate with Control 4 home automation system (which is what I have at my home). Wow! My only concern was timing, I needed this ASAP. He said it will be ready for installation in 2 weeks and Shaun will do the installation. On March 21, 2019, the exact promised date w/ no delays, my order came and got installed. I can truly say that Andrew meant everything he said and he's right about Shaun. Shaun's work was very professional and with quality--he perfectly lined up the bottom frame of the 2 roller shades (located at 90 deg angle), tacked the cables on the bottom of the fascia board so it's not dangling, installed the motor in the hidden spot behind the frame (nobody can see it), and synchronized opening and closing the 2 shades together. Shaun also installed the Somfy RTS switch on the post next to the kitchen so that I don't have to carry the remote control w/ me and misplace it. Not only that, Andrew gave me the Somfy RTS Interface to integrate the roller shades to my Control 4 home automation system. Now, with a single tap on my phone I can operate my outdoor shades anywhere I am, whether I'm in my backyard, out of state, or out of the country. I've been cooking outside, enjoying the view through the clear screens, and not being bothered by the glare of the sun! My husband, who's very picky, is thrilled to have this product! i love the ClearView Retractable Screens so much I had them installed on three double doors! (one is a french door which opens out the other two are double doors that open in) What a difference it has made. I love the open air feeling they give to my home.
