Highly recommend Javier from R&R!…read more Our bathroom had 2 issues. The shower had 2 points of discharge and water came out from both ends when we turn on the water. The control switch was not working properly and it appears to have something broken inside the switch. The second was the bathtub was dripping for months. Our property manager gave us some recommendation on handyman, and we reached out to a few others. Everyone of the handyman looked at the issues and said they couldn't do it. Javier from R&R was professional and friendly. He came, looked at the problems and gave us multiple options. We were told that our bathroom fixtures were on the older end, and replacement parts would be pretty slim. Javier said he would try his best to find ways to fix our problems, and if it can't be fix, then he would have to go with the full remove and replace option. Needless to say, the cheaper option would be less than half the price of the worst case scenario. We were presented with the cheaper options to be less than $1000, while the worst case scenario would be in the mid $2000 with our drywall cut open in order to do the fixture replacement. We would also had to then deal with redoing the drywall since that is not part of the company's scope of work. Javier came back after we accepted the estimate and was able to fix everything faster than I thought. To my surprised, he was able to find the replacement parts and fix everything. My experience with Javier and R&R has been exceptional. I highly recommend R&R to anyone with plumbing issue like i had.

I…read moreoriginally intended to wait about three months for this review, "to make sure that everything was alright". Now we're at the seventh month mark and let me say that every day I am grateful for the work that Peterson Plumbing did on our home. Peterson Plumbing did a complete replumb with PEX. In a word, Thomas is awesome! We were initially skeptical when he offered the lowest estimate for repairs and did so over the phone without coming out to the house. My wife had talked with him first when getting quotes. We had the plumber that had been servicing our home for the past five years. Their quote was about four thousand higher. Another estimate from a local plumber was double of Thomas'. I reached out to Thomas and expressed my concern about him doing an estimate without coming out. He said he lived in the area and knew the homes; he even swung by after his day was done for a quick meet and greet. His estimate stood at what he stated. Even with a record 86 drywall holes in our house; Thomas said that typical replumbs have about 35 holes. Now for the things that we found out that he and his staff did not share with us. We have hot water quicker at every faucet in the house, except one. When they replumbed, they did so more efficiently than the original piping with backbone of the plumbing being between the first and second floors. The master shower used to take over a minute to get hot water, now it's less than 10 seconds. The kitchen was about 30 seconds, now it's about 15 seconds. The downstairs bathroom stays at about 15 seconds. Plumbing took one day. Drywall repair took two days. Thomas told us it would take one or two depending on how much repair work needed to be done. Every step of the way Thomas stayed within the guidelines that he outlined for us and never came to us with extra or hidden charges, despite being the least expensive estimate. Thomas went above and beyond as well. At no charge, he redid our pool fill which had been non-operational since we moved to the house over 10 years ago. He also swapped to valves for the shower and sink faucets in the master bathroom. He also replaced a damaged aerator and ordered the replacement part from Delta himself. I didn't even know until the package arrived and he phoned to swing by and install it. If you're looking for an honest plumber who stands by his work; Thomas is your local plumber!!! Don't hesitate. I have referred Thomas more than any other local business.

We immediately noticed the change in the water and are very happy. It doesn't stop there. We are getting epoxy installed in the garage and Scott told me not to worry, they would come disconnect everything, put it to the side for the installation and then connect it back after. When I logged on here, I saw that there were some poor reviews which peaked my curiosity. I looked at them and I can honestly tell you that these people don't know the kind of system they have. They obviously did not listen because everything was explained meticulously. They are comparing this system to systems that are subpar. Also complaints about spending a few extra dollars for service and filters. If your health and well being is not important for you to spend a little extra money and you would rather spend that money on a 10 dollar Starbuck coffee filled with diabetes then you are a lost cause. I 100% recommend this company and I just recently bought a house of my own and will have them install one there as well.

I have learned to use You Tube in order to teach myself how to do almost any DIY project around my house. However, when it comes to a "banjo" countertop over my downstairs toilet and an opening that only a professional knows how to gain access to, I knew that this repair was out of my league! My wife and I are both teachers, and when I called Clem, he was very friendly and accommodating! He made an early morning appointment for us, and he had all of the necessary parts to make the repair without even seeing the problem first. (I would have had to make at least 2 to 3 trips to Home Depot!) He was very prompt, very professional, and he was able to make the repair very quickly! If your looking for a great plumber in Temecula, look no more. ClemCo Plumbing is run by Clem himself and he has great customer service and does very clean work. My Water Heater went out and Clem was very up front about the problem. I felt comfortable with his advice to replace it. He was on time for the first appointment at the end of the day. He returned first thing in the morning and did the replacement. I was very happy with the cost which was quite a bit lower than a few other Plumbing Companies in Temecula had Quoted. After he did the Water Heater he suggested I have him inspect the other Plumbing throughout my house. He found a couple more minor issues which I decided to hold off on for now and adjusted my pop up for free. Clemco plumbing came out to the school district to help us with an issue that we had. He resolved to issue rapidly and was able to come out that day. I was so impressed with their knowledge and skill set that when I had an issue at my house I called them. He was able to resolve my issue and was priced at a very reasonable rate. I am a distant rental property owner and Clem has always been relied upon to perform trustworthy, reliable and and fairly-priced service, all while I am not there to oversee. Just an update because we had Darren back out a few weeks ago for major work on a master sink and…read moreminor work on two toilets. The sink was a major problem because my elderly mom couldn't use it for 24 hours after the return pipes crapped out with leaking and clogging. Murphy's Law, this happened over the Christmas weekend and we didn't want to pay extra for anyone to come out on Christmas Day, so we scheduled Darren to come out on Monday, which was a legal holiday, but he charged us his normal rate. Darren arrived promptly at the allocated time, assessed the situation, made a 15-mile round trip to the hardware store to get parts, came back and went right to work. When he finished the jobs, he cleaned up expertly, which is important so I don't have to hear about it later from my mom. For the amount of time and quality of work and pride he takes in plumbing, it is amazing how reasonable his rates are, especially for loyal customers. And it is worth mentioning that some of the work he did for us this time out is what two other local plumbers insisted over the years "That can't be done; they didn't build the countertop correctly, not enough room to do it properly," blah blah blah. Of course, those two plumbers were full of you-know-what because when Darren arrived, he said: "That's B.S., they should have done the faucet installation correctly, to begin with, and because they didn't, you now have to shell out $30 for another part." My elderly mother and I are just thrilled to have found such an exceptional and honest plumber; thank you, Darren!

I originally just wanted the wax seal replaced in hopes that would fix it but Anthony told me there could be a hairline crack or roots growing in the sewer line. I chose to have them install a second toilet in my house and Anthony was absolutely correct, roots were definitely growing . I totally recommend this company to my neighbors as they are always there to answer the phone when help is immediately needed. I was given the quote over the phone and they did not do like other companies that Jack up the price once they start the job. Thank you Anthony, another outstanding job.
