So I just moved to Long Beach and was in desperate need of a good chiropractor and a good massage therapist. I had heard good things from friends about Dr. Bob, and his excellent reviews on yelp made me feel comfortable making an appointment. I was not disappointed! I was a little nervous because I've had the same chiropractor for 3 years until I moved to LB. Dr. Bob is cute and funny and makes you feel comfortable. The roller beds are the best! My first adjustment was a powerful one because it had been about 2 years. Dr. Bob is great at his adjustments and will listen to you as far as where you're hurting. Up next, Krista for massage. This girl has some seriously strong hands for a little thing. She is super nice and professional. I got a deep tissue massage from her for my back and shoulder that needed some serious work. Sooooooo many knots, it hurt so good, but she will adjust her pressure per your request, so if it gets to a point where it's too much to handle you just say the word and she'll accommodate your request. But I needed to get those knots out, so I hung in there. I will definitely be back for round 2. I'm so happy I found my new chiropractor and massage therapist...and the price CAN NOT BE BEAT!! They don't take insurance, but they do take my HSA debit card and they provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance co. for reimbursement. The receptionist is super friendly as well. Parking is kind of a pain being on Broadway but it's worth it for great service! read more

I love love love Dr. Clements. He was recommended to me by my husband. I have never been to a chiropractor before. I wanted to get my back adjusted and to see what things he could help me with. I wanted him to look at my lower back because I was experiencing some pain from carrying my nephew. Upon talking to him I realized that chiropractors can help with TMJs. I was so surprised. This was a major issue for me. I was about to order a mouth guard that would stop me from clenching down on my teeth when I sleep. The mouth guard would have cost me approximately $300. Dr. Clements did some exercises to stretch out my jaw and provided some acupressure on the muscles that were tense. Dr. Clements does wonders. I was told from others before that chiropractors want you to visit them a lot so they can make money off of you. Dr. Clements is not like that. He knows his stuff! He makes the most out of his sessions so you see more results. I saw him 4 times and he told me to see him in a month if I feel like I need to get adjusted. I would definitely recommend his services to my family and friends. He accepts insurance so every time I see him I just have to pay my copay! read more

Dr. Smith is great! His friendly personality makes you feel at home... Which is good cause an adjustment can be a scary thing lol. Every time I feel neck and shoulder pain, he's the man! I don't often do this but I just felt compelled to give Dr Clements a 5 star review having been there twice now for a slipped disc. Today when I went I could barely walk in and was in tears. I did the same thing six years ago but went to the emergency room where I was given Dr Clements as a referral by one of the physician's assistants that came to see me. I am so glad that I went- no surgery needed- cured me, all I had to do was follow his instructions. And he doesn't even require that you keep going once you are cured- you can if you want to of course and this time I'm going to consider it to keep my back in good health. I feel a tad bit better after today's visit but will go back the next two days and should be 80% better by then. It's doesn't happen overnight and you have to follow the instructions he gives you with exercises, but I cannot recommend this place enough! I went two weeks ago to see Dr. Clements for the first time and before receiving an adjustment from him, he told me I had 10 ribs out of place. A couple days after my adjustment I was experiencing pain in my right rib. I was able to come back in a couple days later and receive an Xray and another consultation with another chiropractor in the office. Dr. Clements felt it would be best for me to get a second opinion since this was an unusual case. It turns out my ribs were sprained, but after speaking with Dr. Clements about another recent sprain we discovered there is another internal issue with my ligaments and that is an abnormal condition not related to Dr. Clements adjustments. I was initially upset about the injury, however Dr. Clements went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of by spending time with me and understanding my situation, as well as compensating me for the inconvenience of the physical pain. He does really genuinely care about his clients needs with a passion to see them get well and back on their feet. He is very inexpensive because he doesn't do chiropractic for the money, but because he really wants to help people feel better. Even though I am not able to see him right now because I need a more gentle approach he was able to recommend me to another chiropractor in his circle that would be able to do some techniques that are less aggressive due to my ligament weakness. I truly believe he was a bridge to helping me discover some new things about myself and through his long-term experience and education he gave me some hope for discovering what is wrong with me. I recommend him to those seeking corrective issue of a straight neck and need curve put back in their necks and for anyone who is looking for accelerated healing in other areas of pain. I was able to experience relief from numbness and tingling right away after his ajustment. This is not a fast food chiropractor. He really takes his time with you to cater to your needs because everyone is differnet. read more

I threw my back out lifting heavy car parts at work. I will put it this way, I walked into the office crooked in extreme pain and walked out straight and almost pain free. I've been going to her for about a year and feel guilty for not lauding her expertise and healing hands before today. Jilly's knowledge of physiology is unsurpassed. She's always given me deep tissue massage, which targets the knots (of which I have plenty) in my body. Love love this office! I've seen both Dr. Roberts and Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith saw me for an emergency appointment one time after I threw out my back... I felt so much better after his adjustment! He was also very knowledgeable, and explained what was going on. Dr. Roberts is who I normally see. He's super gentle, also very knowledgeable - and I feel great after every adjustment I've ever gotten from him. I recommend this office to any of my clients. This review is long over due. I came to Corey with a lot of neck and back pain issues. Mostly due to sitting down for long periods of time at work. I wasn't one of those people that could be fixed in a few sessions. So I saw him once a week over the course of 4 months. He's always been patient and truly caring. He always gives useful tips on how to stretch throughout the day to minimize the stiffness. There's also massage services within the facility at reasonable rates so incorporating that in to treatment was also helpful. I'm very impressed with Clements Chiropractors, i have always been very skeptical of chiropractors in general. After a serious neck injury which also resulted in my lower back getting injured. I went to physical therapy after 3 months, after not being diagnosed properly from my doctor. Physical therapy didnt seem to really help any of the pain, in fact my lower back injury happened after i started physical therapy. It got to the point where bending over was a thought and difficult to do. Dr. Roberts walked me through everything before starting and made lots of sense, which my own doctor wasn't. After the first session i felt immediate relief bending over became easier and the pain subsided substantially. I'm convinced and i recommened them to anyone. Dr. Roberts also is very personable and friendly. His customer service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. If you're on the fence give it a chance, I'm glad i did. read more

I have been coming here since 2007. Dr. Clements and Dr. Weber are amazing chiropractors. I couldn't move my neck to the left for a year. I had been going to a different chiropractor office twice a week for more than 1/2 a year and it was barely improving so my husband recommended that I see his chiropractor, Dr. Clements. I must say that I was really doubtful that anyone could make my neck better, but I came in anyway and within 3 weeks I had full range of motion again. I cannot thank them both enough. Very disappointed in their business practices. you receive 1 bill then they charge you for something else. Have made appointments to see the main dr. but then they give you a student and the student cant even handle your body correctly. also massage therapist are limited on the type of massages they give you. even though you ask to help with a certain area like you neck or the mid-back. they don't seem to work on that. I also had a few acupuncture appointments there and the treatment hurt more than anything. read more

At first I would find a Chiropractor like most people, I would ask around or I would just walk in and hope for the best. After about move 4 I started to change my approach. I'm SO happy. I was diagnosed with Scoliosis back in July, when I was living in Northern California. Upon moving to Long Beach, I started seeing a chiropractor at a different place in the area, and had no idea what I'd been missing the whole time. A coworker of mine recommended Clements Chiropractic, so I decided to check it out since the place I'd be going was extremely expensive for the extremely poor customer service I was receiving (never on time, lost booked appointments, receptionists wearing ripped jeans and crop tops). I figured it was worth a shot since I wasn't happy where I was going and was told I was supposed to go somewhere 3x a week. Today was my first visit with Dr. Smith, and I was so impressed. He was very professional, reassuring of worries I came with, and incredibly comfortable to be around (no icky vibes like my last doc). He was gentle when doing my adjustments, and even had me lay on heating pads to loosen up first and then finish by being stretched on an electric massage bed. I had no idea so much could go into an appointment. I was used to my old chiropractor spending less than 10 minutes with me after being extremely late to every appointment (as in- not even at the office when I arrived on time kind of late). Not only was Dr. Smith comfortable to be around, knowledgable, and super efficient, the prices are incredible. It is WAY cheaper than I've experienced elsewhere, but with WAY better quality of service. That just seems like an unbeatable combination to me! You'd be crazy to go elsewhere. read more

Dr. Clements is absolutely the Best! Not only as a professional chiropractor, but as an individual. He really cares about his patients' well being. Even sacrificing his own pain to make others pain free. I went in there unable to walk, move my head and my arms without severe pain from spinal back, neck and knee pain driven by the nerve tension and crushing spinal pain. I was so depressed and felt useless. I was so afraid of tackling my pain thru a chiropractor as I had never been to one in my 68 years.
