Not a great experience for me. I had a problem with the washer plumbing that turned out to be a simple solution but didn't get tested. Turned out it wasn't simple and had them back out 2 more times. Repair was good, but I went to use my dryer and it didn't heat up. Thought my luck was just really bad and ordered a new dryer. Pulled out my dryer and the duct vent was pulled off the dryer and the gas was turned off. The lack of attention to detail was very disappointing to say the least. I called to share my issue and didn't hear back with a resolve. This was my first time with a plumbing company because I've always gone with family knowledge or the little guy. Not a good experience. Responding to your comment- The problem was the lack of detail caused the problem. I never said I always wanted the dryer, if that was the case, I would have bought it with the brand new washer. It's insulting you would say that and does not speak to your character. Simply stated, a mistake was made and no one followed up as I was told would happen. I didn't need a tech to turn the gas back on. I needed the tech to do that as part of the job. This is a forum to share experiences and I shared mine. read more

Called left a message, recieved a call back within minutes, spoke to Vance, sent out someone within the hour. Max came out, super friendly and professional. Talked us through and even went back to the office to retrive and run a camera. After running the camera we talked through a plan, he gave us a quote and cleaned up the area he was working in. Pretty good size job because they had to knock out about 3 different access points to re-route the line. It was a two day job, BUT GET THIS, they made sure that after day 1, they still hooked up a line so we had water for dinner & showers that night, until they could return the following day. Now I personally could've made it another day camping style, but making sure we had water overnight for the wife & kids, that was Everything!
