RDZ plumbing is awesome! I had a severely clogged main line drain where there was literal TP piling…read moreup in my front yard. Fun! I reached out to RDZ around 10pm and was promptly responded too with a quote for hydrojet and camera inspection service by Sandra for either immediate service or for first thing in the morning. I opted for the service for the morning and Manuel and Federico came out and showed up promptly at 8am. They assessed the issue and began to hydrojet the main line. After clearing out the clog, they inspected everything with a camera and we found out that faulty piping was the culprit to our clog and after a fair quote on the spot and agreeing to the work, they went to work to dig out and fix the buried pipe. After they completed the work, they refilled the hole they dug out and you couldn't even tell that they dug it out. They cleaned the area up nicely. During the camera inspection, they found a potential issue that is further down and past our property line which is a whole different issue that ill have to look into with either my HOA or the City but without their thorough work and inspection, we would have never known of the other issue at hand. All in all, I would highly recommend RDZ plumbing to anyone who require their services as they are fast to reply and come out and their professionalism shows in their work. Sandra, Manuel and Federico were very friendly and showed that they were happy to help and the price was very fair.

I hired CM Jetting Services & Camera Inspections after talking to Carlos and telling me their…read morepricing was "extremely competitive." I had a feeling the quote was on the higher side, but I trusted that statement and moved forward. Shortly after, I started getting callbacks from other companies like Drain Mob and All American Plumbing and their quotes came in 30-40% lower for the same scope of work. That was frustrating. To be fair, Carlos seems knowledgeable and I don't have any complaints about the quality of the work itself which he deserves 5 stars. However, I do feel misled on the pricing (subtract 1 star) When I brought this up to him, instead of having a professional conversation and addressing the difference by offering to match their prices, he became defensive, raised his voice, and even called me "cheap." That response felt unprofessional and unnecessary (subtracted 2 more stars) Being told your rates are competitive when they're significantly above market and then being treated that way when you question it just doesn't sit right with me. If you're considering this company, I'd strongly recommend getting multiple quotes first so you can make a more informed decision.

My wife called them to…read moreunclog a toilet, and Christian charged us over $400 simply to remove the toilet and pull out a small piece of plastic that was lodged underneath. The entire job took less than an hour. This wasn't a complicated plumbing repair--it was a basic service call. Charging that kind of money for such a simple job feels like blatant price gouging. In my opinion, they took advantage of the fact that my wife was the one dealing with the situation. Homeowners deserve fair, transparent pricing, not outrageous bills for routine work. I will be sharing my experience on Google, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau so others can make an informed decision before hiring this company.
