We showed up at our scheduled time, only to be told that our appointment was not showing in their system and that their next available opening wasn't until 2:00 PM. This was a Valentine's gift. Being told upon arrival that they couldn't honor a confirmed booking was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I understand that technical errors can happen, but when a customer has a confirmed booking with a reference number, there should be better coordination between their booking platform and the spa. At the very least, there should be an effort to accommodate the client or offer a meaningful solution. If you are booking for a special occasion, I would strongly recommend calling ahead to verbally confirm your appointment to avoid this kind of situation. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

Here you lie down on a massage table and they wash your hair and give you a scalp massage with some face and neck for about 45 min. They shampoo and condition you twice, then dry and comb your hair. The best part is that they then remove the hair wash sink and you flip over for a full back and shoulder massage for the last 15 min. I think this is better than the typical $100+ head spa service. The comb, hair dryer, table and sink were all very clean and I left feeling super relaxed. There's also an option to do a 30 min foot massage along with this head spa service which I thought was cool. I will be back!
