I love getting massages particularly Thai massages because they walk on you, stretch you, and give you good pressure. Cloud Nine elevates that "beat me up" massage experience. My masseuse was Coco and she has the strongest hands! She asked me if I liked medium or hard pressure in the beginning and I appreciate that a lot. I also speak Mandarin Chinese so we had our session all in Mandarin. I got the 90 minutes "the cloud" massage. She really made sure my upper and lower back were taken care of. My lower body had been incredibly tight as well because of weight lifting, dancing and hiking. She definitely made sure my calves are soften up and I love that so much! Their price is affordable and reasonable ($80 from Mondays- Thursdays). Even cheaper if you pay in cash. The owner is a solid guy - seems super passionate about the massages and the oils. This place has been my go to for the last couple of months. Every two weeks. After trying out three different massage therapist, I stuck with my last one. It was hard to choose which lady to stick with, as they were all good. I'm writing this review because not a single massage lady was bad. This is very rare. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They are so accommodating. Usually, I'm pretty anxious about massages, so I requested a couples deep tissue massage. it was absolutely amazing, I told them very sweet lady about the stress nuts that I get in my shoulder area and she was able to get them out with ease, first starting off with light pressure then slowly building up always making sure I was OK with it. my partner also loved the massage and it is the only place we go to. I needed an "emergency" deep tissue massage after overstressing my back for the past several days. The massage studios I've used before had no last-minute openings, and I was beginning to feel desperate. A web search then pointed me toward Cloud9Massage, which was just 2 minutes from my home! I called, booked an immediate appointment, and was on the table 15 minutes later. I received one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had from Leni. Her technique was perfect, and she dug into my muscles like a surgeon looking for tumors to remove. The best part was the "walking massage", with Leni's feet on my back while she gripped the two poles on the ceiling over the massage table. Deep tissue massages are very physically demanding on the massage therapist, especially someone as petite as Leni. The walking massage let her apply the force of a much larger person to my back. Massage was good but service is below mid. I asked for a female masseuse and they insisted they didn't have one. Because I had a busy day I just went with it. The actual massage was good and relaxing and time passed by way too fast. When I was leaving they asked me to give even more of a tip which I thought was kind of ridiculous but what made it worse were the dirty looks I got from the masseuse and the others up front. I always leave feeling very relaxed and refreshed. I feel that CiCi's massage is essential to maintaining my health and making it possible to continue working hard. The 90 minute massage that I experienced this evening at Cloud Nine Massage sent me to the moon and beyond. I was able to experience a special offer that included cupping, hot stone therapy, and a choice of premium essential and body oils focused on either relaxation, muscle treatment, or skin treatment (I chose muscle). The pacing was perfect and relaxing. The transitions were seamless and the whole process flowed beautifully from start to finish. I felt safe mentally exhaling and confident giving my body over to be worked upon by skilled hands. The table was comfortable and there was an optional warmer (which I said yes to!) I've been to Cloud Nine twice now and Lisa has been my therapist both times. The 90 minute massage option is bliss, reasonable and comes with your choice of oils and the use of hot stones. You can even pick the music you'd like in the room. So cool! It's safe to say I found my new regular spot. The Services Menu is straightforward and I found it easy to decipher and choose from. The oils they use are unique blends, feel high quality and you get to pick what you'd like. With the 90 minutes they're included, with a shorter massage you can add them on for a small fee. The rooms I've been in are lit by a sea salt lamp and have a humidifier going. I asked Lisa for a hard/heavy pressure both times and it's perfect for me. The outside of the business looks basic, but don't let it deter you - they've done a great job building out the interior. David is the owner, and he is happy to show you around! I'm interested to see how he works the packages with the steam shower and saunas he's installed for the future. I'm hoping it becomes more of a day spa vibe where you can add those services on to your massage. I booked my appointments using Yelp and David is responsive. I was so grateful that they had availability on such short notice today. I've been recently under a lot of stress and decided to treat myself after dropping my screaming toddler off with family for a break. I had the cloud nine massage with added deep tissue and cupping. CiCi did an amazing job and worked out all the tight areas in my body. I like very hard pressure and did not have to tell her to adjust because she was already very strong. There was no intake, no questions about problem areas or any specific concerns. My massage was started by one person for about 10 minutes and then another took over. I scheduled a 120 minute massage. During the massage I could hear the phone ringing at the front desk. My therapist excused herself to answer the phone. Additional time was not added for the disruption. Over all the massage was good and the therapist was good about checking in for pressure. Time management could have been better. I had asked for specific attention on a particular part of my body and it was left for last and time ran out before any reasonable time could be spent in that area. I have family and friends who have had good experiences there so I will probably try them one more time in case it was an off day. read more

I agree with the previous comment. Great message, but service when tipping is ridiculous. I gave the lady $10 (which I think is decent, correct me if I'm wrong) but that wasn't it, it was the way she rudely nd almost forcefully took the money. Imagine when you take a knife from a child, that was the way she took the money when I gave it to her. Furthermore, the nasty looks they give when you give them a tip. If it bothered her so much, she could've have ask for more and asked me if the message wasn't good enough for a bigger tip or something rather than ripping it off my hand. I used my trusty Yelp search engine to find this establishment. After a gnarly weekend skiing, my body was in need of relief. I called in around 12pm and told them that there were two of us and asked if there was any availability that day. They said yes and asked us to come in at 2:30pm. I asked several questions regarding services rendered and pricing. They were very patient to explain it all. Located in the 7-11 plaza, we arrived promptly at 2:30pm and a lady greeted us with a warm smile. We were asked to sit for a little as they cleaned the room, and walked us back to a couple's room with two beds. We stripped down to our underwears and laid on the massage beds, ready to be relieved of our aches. When we first started, they asked us for strength (light, medium, or strong) and I said medium. It was the perfect amount of force! My bottom half was killin' me, mostly shins and calves, and so I politely asked if she could work on my shins. She was very attentive, and made sure to cover all groundsb (top, bottom, front, back). It was a really thorough massage (I enjoyed it so much!). My hubby fell asleep like 10 mins into the massage...and we all had to endure his loud snoring. We did a 90 minute massage (paid cash). It was $85/per person which matches with their website. We tipped over 20% as well. I immediately told my family about them after my visit! I can't wait to make more trips to this establishment. Our ladies were wonderful, I feel bad for not catching their names! My hubby and I were so relaxed and ended up sleeping at 9pm and had the best deep sleep. read more

Hidden Gem! I didn't have an appointment (woke up and desperately needed a massage) Cloud was able to accommodate me as soon as they open. I was thrilled they were willing to take me last minute. I did a 90 minute with cupping. Great pressure and technique. Bonus, I didn't walk out feeling beat up like most massage places. The cupping helped relieved some tension and aches in my upper and lower back.
