When I find a place I love - I return. Again and again. I HATE paying to go work out. I also HATE having to drive to work out, when I can do it for free in my home! But this place has it all. I WILL continue to return. The instructors are all knowledgeable and understand all the ways to help you perform your best and get the most from each visit. I'm a believer in strength training and using your own body weight to do so. Not cardio. This place gives me all the things my body needs. And I'm sore after! Hurts so good! I love it! I love the atmosphere! The lighting is always relaxing and cozy! You can go at your own pace. And push it as hard or soft as you're feeling it. I've been working out here for about 2 years now and I love it. From the beginning classes to the more advanced, it's always a workout and I feel so good after. Good for all ages too! Absolutely love this place! I was not looking forward to getting back into exercising after having my third baby but they made me feel like I could do it and they give me the modifications to do until I got stronger to do the harder moves. I've attended CP since they first opened. I was hesitant because I was never a dancer and I was expecting to be surrounded by lithe young 20-30 somethings. But I wasn't! Each class has a wide range of women (and men) and the instructors teach to everyone's level. I appreciate that they focus on functional movement while encouraging everyone to push their boundaries and expect more from their bodies. Definitely times my brain is confused at what my body is being asked to do because I haven't moved in that way since the 80's. I'd recommend at least trying a free class. I started at orange theory the same time I did CP so they could balance one another. I had to leave OT because of the constant impact on a quirky knee. Fortunately, CP has helped me strengthen the small muscles surrounding the knee and maintain my active lifestyle. read more

Absolutely not worth it! If you are older than 40 then the South Jordan Club Pilates might be for you but they have hardly any 1.5 classes and the clientele is definitely older which can be a perk for some people. Unfortunately for me, I'm not in that demographic and it just feels like I'm paying to stretch. And make sure to read the fine print!! You have to give a 30 day notice to cancel your membership which is just a sleazy money grab. read more

Love love love Club Pilates!! I started going back in May 2017 when they opened and 8 months later I'm still completely addicted! How did I not know about Pilates on the reformer before this?! The building is beautiful, reformers and equipment are top of the line, and the instructors are all amazing, especially Amy and Chelsea! At first it does seem a bit pricey but I find the price is very motivating. I have the unlimited pass which is $199 a month and I want to go as often as I can to get my $$$ worth! With only 12 stations, it truly is like getting private lessons. They can watch and critique everyone individually with such a small class size. I'm a member for life! ‍ read more

I've been attending these pilates classes since December 2018. Best decision ever because I finally found a fitness activity I can commit to and see definite progress! The studio is clean, well maintained and comfortable. There's lots of parking. I love that I book in to a class using an app to keep me organized and there are a range of class times to suit your schedule. Most of all the staff are amazing, incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging. In just four months I'm stronger and more flexible and I am thrilled with how my body is changing. Classes are by level so you can keep setting goals for yourself and every class is a little different because they have so many variations using equipment. Best Pilates studio. They're machines are top in the profession and their teachers are well educated. I leave feeling like I got a complete workout in a very controlled class. If you're starting out, they have classes to teach you proper form so you continue to excel in their programs. Just really impressed with this studio. read more

I have enjoyed club pilates in Lehi for the last 6 months. I am stopping for a bit due to an injury; but I had to give a shout out and thank you because It really has been wonderful. No two classes are the same but they are all equally wonderful. Chelsi has such a calm energy I think she could talk me off a cliff and with that she helped me do so many things I did even think I could and there isn't enough emojis and praise to describe the superior teacher Amie Prescott is. She is a diamond in a room of gems- excellent knowledge and skills to teach - you always felt better after a session with Amie and finally Tiffannie Schofield is an amazing personal touch to Club Pilates. She welcomes you like you belong and you could instantly feel a little over your head at first but she keeps track of you and opens herself up to you personally and really makes the whole club pilates experience work and be a positive one - because it can be very tricky to add something new into your life but Tiffannie makes it doable.
