The instructors I've met are knowledgable and attentive to students' various levels for modifications. After three yoga classes at Sacred Moments, I have found my second home. Knee injuries, healing and physical therapy interrupted my usual physical activity for about 3 years. There is a no phone policy in the yoga room, so it's the perfect hour to disconnect and recharge and get in a good yoga session. There are assigned spots when you book, but if it's not a full class, they can often be flexible and move your spot around to be near a friend. I love it here!

Members bringing in other people after hours which is not policy and it just wasn't fitting my like. I wish them well but this location seems like it's catered to UCF students so I've found other locations I prefer better.
