This place is terrible, dirty, and overall nasty. I wasn't even going to join my friends or go with them here but they were insistent. So I went but I had a terrible night. The place had a creepy feel to it and I felt uneasy while I was there The bartenders were rude and I was ignored by them and they gave me the wrong drink. There were no smiles on none of the employees. I was treated wrong even though I was being friendly with the employees. I even left a tip but I was still given a hard time. I didn't order any food but I did pick at my friends' food and it was horrible. This place can be summed up in one word: DIRTY Came in a little after noon on a weekend, the whole place reeks of cigarettes, the brunswick zone looking carpet looks like it hadn't been vacuumed in months, and all of the tables had crumbs all over them. Despite these facts, for some insane reason, I still ordered food from this establishment. I ordered a burger and fries. I'm not sure why the server even asked how I wanted this cooked, because my temperature order or rare came out as dry extra well done. The fries did not stay in the fryer long enough and were raw. High hopes but a crash and burn into reality! When we pulled near the "establishment" I thought our gps was broke because it looked like an uninhabited place of many years. No signage on the building but a sign stating over $180k won on poker machines...and it looked like it believe me. I ordered a bud light draft and it tasted like budussy light!! The few patrons were nice and the regular there at the end of the bar appeared to me to be a very large suburban rat! When I ordered pretzels the rat stuck out his tail and caught the bowl and proceeded to help himself and added a little dressing from his mouth for my delight!! The decor was very unique a combination of tripped out library entrance meets the twightzone! I still felt happy about the experience! Nothing could get me more pumped than the baby high chair by the DJ booth, I'm sure it's for one of their premier talents! The cook seemed to believe that smoking while he cooks adds flavor to the food....I'm not sure about that? I would recommend to go there to see why you should never go again...besides you can check that off your bucket list! This place is now called playoffs. My husband and I have been going here for the past couple of years to play pool. Each game of pool is only a dollar and the pool hall is usually empty so it's nice. The drinks are a little on the expensive side so we dont usually go there to drink. The bar tenders are very nice and care about their patrons. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere. I hear the food is delicious, though I have yet to try. read more

It's a nice little bar that's trying, without trying too hard. They have a good selection of songs for karaoke on Thursdays. The bartenders were nice. The beer prices are a little high for the burbs, without being in a downtown area. There is a separate area from the bar that has pool tables. And they have dj's on the weekends. read more

Club....!? No not even close.... Maybe it's great for people that like run down ghetto places but seriously..... What a shit hole.... The bartenders are rude and condescending...doesn't crack a single smile looking miserable just being there. What ever happened to being welcoming....? The security guy was nicer even though he was clueless as to what was going on at his own place of employment. You know, I have no issues with hole in the wall places, some of those places are the best places to go and have a good time.... But what's with this place having background images on the walls so you can have pictures taken like you're at a high school prom!? First off their pool room has an empty unused bar, so bright in there with no music in the room..... The balls didn't add up.... Had 3 tvs and a projector with only 1 tv on.... Their selections.... What a joke.... It was a constant "oh we don't have this" or "we ran out of this"....ummmm hello it was maybe 11 pm on a Friday night and you're dead but you ran out of your "drink specials"????? Give me a break!!! Oh and my pint glass for my beer had crusty shit on it..... You're not even busy yet you can't wash your glasses properly!? Bartender was very nice. Food was good. Taco salad was pretty good. Wings are great. If the beer on tap didn't smell funny id give them 4 stars but it taste perfect. So you get 3. Came here to watch the hawks game on a Monday night and no one was here. Sucks cuz no one was here, but worked out cuz we got immediate service. This bar has so much to offer with pool tables, darts, slot and poker machines, plenty of TVs to watch the Blackhawks or the sport/team of your choice, jukebox, and a wide variety of foods on the menu. I've been here several times but last night was the first I ordered a meal with my beer. I ordered a chicken wrap with onion rings; it was delicious and we could see the chef create our meals as we sat at the bar and watched the game. The service was friendly, fast, and personal and it looks to be a great place to bring a private party. read more
