The service was delightful and very helpful. Even the manager came over to ask if we knew about the free refills and offered her assistance. I really hate to complain because I love Jim's Stakeout, I've been a customer for over 20 years but primarily at the Allentown and Elmwood locations. I ordered an 8" chicken Diavlo and packaged up, it felt light, once opened, my goodness, it looked almost empty and since we already drove off, I just ate it but I was so disappointed. I firmly believe that the original location is best but both the West Side of Buffalo locations are the better than the others. This particular order at the Amherst location on Transit, we were all disappointed and we ordered 5 hoagies, a wrap and two orders of fries. Not sure what's going on at this location but they have to do better. They have some great steak subs and this location just makes them look bad.
