    Really good. On time and simple pricing however it is somewhat complicated to make changes or reach anyone for clarification on much anything. However movers where so nice and really did a good job protecting my stuff.

    I cannot say enough about this company and its service. The concept is brilliant. From my first contact with Ervan at their headquarters to the very last box loaded onto the truck the plan was explained and carried out meticulously! Edgar and Xavier were wonderful! Friendly, professional, patient, kind and helpful in every way; I could not have asked for more. They wrapped and boxed photographed and barcoded everything to create a digital inventory of my goods As far as I am concerned, this is the only way to declutter your home if your are wanting to show it for sale or are in the process of downsizing. Thank you Clutter and ESPECIALLY Edgar and Xavier!

    This is our first time using Clutter and our experience has been amazing! It was so easy to select the size of our storage unit and estimate how many boxes/items we need to put in storage. The main reason why we chose Clutter is because they send someone to come pack our items and put everything in storage for us! Anthony A. and Denzel R. arrived early and immediately walked me through the packing and storing process. We ended up selecting a larger unit than what we needed and they were very honest with the fact that we could probably downsize to a smaller unit for our items. We deciding to keep the larger unit in case we wanted to add more items to our storage unit. We really appreciate their hard work and honesty throughout this process. We could not recommend them or Clutter enough!

    So glad I found Clutter on Yelp. We had to get our house ready for sale. We had a lot of stuff and furniture to put away so that we can stage the home. As we were on a tight timeframe, this was a great solution. I also applied the yelp offer and got $50 off, and they also offer a $100 Amazon gift card if you fill out a survey after the service. We will store our stuff for 3 months or so. This option is more economical than renting a storage place and hauling the stuff there ourselves and back. They also provide free boxes and nice packing material to protect frames and TV's. Thanks to Hulland, Brian and David who were very nice and polite as well as hardworking.

    Totally impressed from the moment the team lead (Robert M) and his associate (Jerry) arrived @ 8:59am as the Clutter URL link (including their where about) had estimated!  They were professional, efficient, hard working, excellent team work, and customer-focused.  Their friendliness is just the icing above all those qualities.  All my 101 items from a 10x10 public storage were photographed and bar coded and available online for me to view!  I have dealt with multiple international professional moving company & their storage warehouse in the past and I have never heard of or seen this online viewing novelty.  One month ago I never even heard of Clutter but given this incredible experience I want everyone to know about Clutter and wish you a happy & smooth move.

    NEVER USE CLUTTER! Many pieces of furniture were ruined by Clutter and their payment for damages is insulting! My furniture was in great shape and now I can't sell any of it. They want to give me $200 for a large custom sectional sofa that cost almost $4,000. I could have sold it for over $2,000, but now it's worthless and it will cost more than $200 to send it to the dump. My white leather couch has mold because they covered it with tight plastic and it couldn't breath. If you value you belongs steer clear of Clutter. Because of them, I'm losing a lot of money and keeping people from being able to purchase good furniture in what was great condition for a fair and affordable amount.

    This is the first time I've used a storage, moving, and packing service and have to say I will be using clutter from here on out instead of doing things myself.     First time using Clutter and let me tell you IT WAS AWESOME! I am moving alone from a one bedroom apartment on the second floor and it was so helpful!! Leonel and Nathan were very efficient, friendly, and excellent packers! Made this move a lot less stressful for me! Also the Clutter notification updates on direction and time of arrival was a bonus feature. They arrived within their timeframe and customer service was always available. I highly recommend using Clutter to help out with a move!

    Joshua B., Brian M. and Kirsten R. were on time, fast and professional! We had boxes in our backyard and a bunch of stuff out of boxes and they helped us pack everything. They photographed, bar coded and moved 25 boxes in an hour. They even navigated around all our cars in the driveway as they carried boxes from the backyard to their truck. I highly recommend Clutter and Josh's professional team!

I always choose return to UPS store if available as option for me. It's too easy! You just bring the item with the QR code and use the self-scan. No printing labels, no packaging stress, nothing. I was in and out in just a couple minutes. The staff is super friendly and efficient, and the whole experience always feels streamlined. It's one of those small conveniences that makes a big difference when you're running errands. If you do a lot of Amazon returns, using the UPS Store drop-off is definitely the easiest way to do it. If you have mail shipment that requires supplies and requires items to be weighed, this is a shop for all those needs. Always a pleasure to do business here. Services can be pricey but that is expected. This place is convenient in more ways than one and you pay for that. I like this neighborhood store. I'm always in and out in a flash!

    I was a mailbox customer at UPS Store #6941 and have spent more than a month trying to get answers…read moreregarding a package that was scanned into the store and then could not be located. According to tracking, my package was scanned into the store on 4/16/26, and I received notification that it had arrived. When I later attempted to retrieve the package, it could not be found. An investigation was opened on 4/28/26. From that point forward, I communicated primarily with the store manager, Ally, and received a series of conflicting explanations regarding the status of my package. On 5/5/26, I was told that the package was still under investigation and that documentation was being reviewed. However, I later learned through UPS that the original investigation had actually been closed on 5/4/26 because UPS had determined the package was delivered correctly to the address on file. Despite that, I continued receiving information suggesting the matter was still being investigated. At one point, after I expressed my intention to escalate the matter to corporate, I was told that the package would be "redelivered" to the store. This immediately raised concerns because the package had already been scanned into the store on 4/16/26. I later contacted UPS International Claims directly and was informed that the statement that the package was going to be redelivered was false information. When I brought this information to Ally's attention and requested clarification, communication from her stopped completely. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I was told Ally had spoken with the claims department and that the package remained under investigation, despite UPS records showing the original investigation had already been closed the day before. Since then, I have repeatedly requested updates and clarification regarding: * What happened to my package after it was scanned into the store * Why I was given conflicting information * Why I was told the package would be redelivered * Why the status I was being told did not match information provided directly by UPS I have also repeatedly requested contact from management and ownership. Multiple employees have told me they would notify Ally and have her contact me. I was told again recently that Ally would reach out. She never did. To date: * I have not received a clear explanation regarding the chain of custody of my package. * I have not received answers to several reasonable questions. * I have not been contacted by the store owner. * Ally has stopped responding after I questioned the discrepancies between what I was being told and what UPS Claims told me directly. I understand that packages can be misplaced and that investigations take time. My issue is not simply that a package went missing. My issue is the lack of transparency, the contradictory information, the lack of follow-through, and the complete breakdown in communication once I started asking difficult questions. As someone who receives time-sensitive business and promotional shipments, this experience has been incredibly frustrating and has significantly damaged my confidence in this location's package handling and customer service practices.

    Stopped in to drop off a package that needed to ship out via UPS. The package I was shipping is a…read moremedical package so it comes with a receipt and print out for records. The quality of service here is great. The people working are always friendly and greet you when walking in. The location also has moving items, mailing items, and printing/faxing available. The value is ok if you need something quick and convenient. There are other places that may be cheaper. Definitely check this place out if local. I chose this place for all my Amazon returns because it's convenient.
